This is my second stay at Agnieszka's flat and it was great the second time around. Great location and has everything we needed. I always being my two dogs and she is extremely accommodating with this. Super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

An absolutely stunning place. With an amazing view of the sea, we felt so relaxed looking out of the window every day. The property is beautifully designed and styled and extremely ambient with lovely interior design features. The beds are very comfy and the communal space is very light refreshing with an amazing view of the sea. Check-in was so easy with our host kindly meeting us checkout was even better as we were very kindly given a flexible option so didn’t have to rush out which was very much appreciated. With free parking nearby it is a great location to walk to nearby shops and restaurants and Hastings isn’t too far away either. We spent so much time lounging and relaxing in the apartment we didn’t want to leave fantastic property if you are looking to get away and look out at the sea every morning - highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay in this lovely spare on the beachfront, the views and sunset and sunrise made my parents and I very happy with our choice of abode for their first ever time in St Leonard’s. The apartment has all that you need for a great peaceful stay, the bed and bed linen were so comfy, slept like a log. The bathroom is super clean, kitchen is fabulous and modern. Can’t fault it! Would definitely recommend this great place.

This place was beautiful. It was extremely convenient , lots of shops and nearby restaurants. It was very noisy at times (especially those seagulls). Wendy was amazing and was great with quick communication. We will definitely be back here one day soon!

An absolutely beautiful apartment, in a perfect location in sight of the sea and in the heart of St Leonard’s. The flat is exceptionally stylish but also very welcoming and comfortable. We had the most wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back.

What a fantastic Airbnb! We absolutely loved it. So quirky and cute. Fits Hastings Old Town perfectly! The communal areas - the kitchen/diner and the lounge - the best we’ve ever had. Everywhere are lovely touches. So much care taken. The position is right in the middle of George Street so you feel part of the community. Communication with Jane our host first class. So many helpful tips. We felt she really wanted us to have a great time - which we did! If you want a great experience right in the middle of a charming but lively area, this Airbnb is perfect.

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

I had never visited Eastbourne before and chose this apartment due to its proximity to the beach and pier, plus having a nearby parking space and availability for an extended stay. Although apartment no2's windows do not overlook the seafront, the views from the bedroom and living room are pleasant enough, and I found the area particularly quiet during the night. The nearby Sainsbury's was very convenient, and the walk to the pier, the Beacon Centre, even the railway station, or Sovereign Harbour were not vast distances along the pleasant promenade. As for the apartment itself, it was pretty much immaculate throughout - bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, even including the stairs and the foyer, with pleasant decor. John is a very amiable host, always on hand at a moment's notice, always helpful. I loved it here and extended my stay another 8 days. I would gladly stay here again whenever I'm in the area.

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really lovely stay at Jane's place, we were only there for 1 night so didn't get to explore a LOT, but we had a nice walk, ended up getting food to bring back as we were slightly unprepared for a Saturday night! Jane and her partner were extremely lovely, the hot tub under the stars was just what we needed. Thanks so much :)

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

A very special place and ideal for our pre Xmas family get together

The beach house was everything I hoped for in a coastal getaway—relaxing, cozy, modern and full of charm! The place feels so welcoming, with light, airy decor that’s perfect for a beach vibe. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a nice meal, and the living space was a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach. It was super clean and had little touches, like comfy throws and beachy accents, that made it feel special. The beach is on the doorstep - so close that I could hear the waves from the bedroom. There are also some great little cafes and shops nearby in Rye, which made exploring really easy. Julie was awesome—super friendly, quick to answer any questions I had and happy to help at any time. If you’re looking for a chill spot to unwind by the beach, this is it. I’m already planning my next trip back!

Our first Airbnb stay and what a little find (shouldn’t be tell you really), beautiful outlook, lovely and homely, appreciative of the extras gifted 🤗, comfy beds, super clean kitchen and bathrooms, awesome communication, super quiet and could have sat and looked at the view forever!, we wanted to dip a toe and eat chips, both of which we did (even in the mids of a freezing few days!), will return without hesitation!

We stayed here with a good of friends for a get together and it was the perfect location to meet and chat. It’s a lovely cosy home close to the sea. Andrea was super helpful. Thank you!

James was extremely helpful from start to finish, beautiful surroundings, ample parking, easy access, dog friendly, warm property, and lots of little extras James left for our arrival which was an extra nice touch

Excellent spacious apartment, very nicely decorated. You feel instantly at home staying here. The sea view is priceless and such a treat to see everyday. Kitchen was well equipped enough to be able to cook meals out of. Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Steven made the whole process of staying there very easy. Overall a great stay :-)

Had a fantastic stay at Seascape. The property was immaculate, with great decorations and an incredible uninterrupted sea view. Our host, Susan, was great at communicating and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Could not recommend Seascape any more, everything about it was perfect.

Stayed for 3 weeks for work, was a great stay and very comfortable. Great hosts, really kind and helpful. Will be back again if works brings us up to the area!

We're just back from an amazing weekend in Hastings to mark a big birthday. Lauren's apartment is stunning, absolutely faultless. The seaview cannot be beaten, bathrooms and kitchen are really well appointed. The bed is probably the most comfortable I've slept in. It is stylishly decorated yet still comfortable and welcoming. We really appreciated the treats upon arrival. Thank you Lauren. We'll absolutely be back.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour de cinq jours chez Simon. La maison est spacieuse, calme, confortable, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y a de nombreuses activités à faire à proximité, avec plein de recommandations dans un livret laissé à disposition au sein du logement. Simon est très sympathique et réactif. Il n’y avait pas de parking pour les visiteurs,m à proximité immédiate du logement, mais nous avons pu stationner dans une rue située à 15-20 minutes à pied.
