We loved our stay at the beach! We even got to view the northern lights from the deck. Pretty close walk to the beach. Lots of kitchen supplies, pet friendly - although our dog stayed at home this time. We love the location and would like to stay again. Marsha, was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with.

Ross was friendly and easy to communicate with for our last minute stay. The house is clean and large enough for a big group. There is only one queen size bed and the rest are twin and full size bunk beds which is unique but worked fine for us. The location is convenient and easy to find. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, could use some newer pans but that's the case with most rentals. We didn't use the hot tub & pool much but they were clean and ready to go.

This house was as pictured. It was one of the best stocked houses we have ever stayed in. Trish was extremely responsive and helpful. Lovely home, great layout, especially loved the new day bed on the top balcony. Beach and pool were great. Would definitely stay there again. Some family members had difficulty walking over the dune but that’s not anyone’s problem. Would highly recommend this house.

Dawn was very welcoming..directed us to local food..which was very good..the house was very comfortable and very well stocked. It is centrally located to whatever you may need or want. Recommend most highly.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Rodanthe, NC. It is extremely close to the beach and the pier, which provided endless entertainment. The house was super clean and had tons of amenities. The kitchen was loaded with various tools needed to cook. We were able to walk just a few steps to the pier every night to fish, which was great! There are tons of extra activities, like the pool table and air hockey table, which were great later in the evening. The pool and hot tub were super clean, easy to access and use. There is definitely plenty of room for multiple families or guests and the beds are very comfortable, linens included. We definitely will return!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house on our April vacation and it has been great each time. The location is great. The road is quiet enough for kids to bike rides on. There’s a gift shop at the end of the road at pizza/donut place at the end of the road that are open. We’ve stayed with two families each time very comfortably. The weather can be tricky in April so the pool can be heated at the extra cost, which is worth it but it does take a while to get warm enough sometimes if it’s colder outside. We’ve had great beach days each time we’ve traveled in April even if the weather is showing to be in the 60s on our Apple weather app. Several of the businesses are not open yet during April break, but this works well for us because we cook at home and just like to relax on the beach, walk to the pier (walkable fishing pier from the house) , bike ride/run/Swim/use the hot tub. I highly recommended.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Antony’s beach home! His home was absolutely beautiful, warm & welcoming (& super clean) — & even more beautiful in person! We had plenty of room for our family and loved having the use of the pool, the hot tub & the pool table. The elevator was also very helpful & much appreciated! And the beach access was in the perfect spot too! The location of the cottage was perfect — Food Lion, Duck Donuts and Gidget's Pizza & Pasta is a favorite of our family’s! Antony was very responsive and helpful when we ran into a snag (hot tub jets weren’t working & wasn’t getting warm) , but he responded super quick & had a maintenance guy come out right away & it was working perfectly fine within a couple hours. This was a memorable trip for us all & we are already planning to bring our family back again next year to make many more memories at Antony’s place!

“Lady of Dare” was an incredible stay for myself and my extended family. Altogether, we had a group of 10 adults and two large dogs. We couldn’t believe the fair price of this house for our stay when we were planning and acted quickly to reserve our week. Man are we glad we did. The property has everything you could possibly want for an OBX beach vacation. Hot tub, pool, multiple decks, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy, large open living space, HUGE deck bar by the pool, outdoor showers AND bathroom. The list could continue on. Great location next to the Avon Fishing Pier. Close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough that we had 100 yards of beach to ourselves everyday. I can’t say enough about “Lady of Dare”, it exceeded all of our expectations in every way. Both Russell and Hannah were incredibly responsive anytime we had questions or concerns and made sure they were resolved immediately. We will be back again as I can’t recommend Lady of Dare enough! Thanks Russ!

Stayed for our first trip to the OBX. Unit exceeded our expectations from the photos. The two bedroom suites are on opposite sides of the unit which our two boys (10 & 17) loved. Very clean and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable! Only slight critique was a clump of hair in the drain in the king bathroom tub and the shower curtain looked moldy all along the bottom. For our active family there wasn’t too much for us to do in the immediate area other than water sports, which they tired of quickly. So we spent quite a bit of time driving to other towns. But, that was partly our fault for not doing enough research. If you’re looking for fishing, kite boarding, or just a quiet escape, this place definitely fits the bill!

My youngest daughter, granddaughter and I were the only ones who were able to take the trip. We all love the ocean so much. We couldn't believe we were just steps from the beach and the pool. Our oceanfront view was amazing! The cozy balcony had four very comfortable wooden tall chairs. The beach was great, not packed like sardines. It was clean, quiet and spacious. Our condo was on the first floor which left us a short flight of stairs to get to the condo. I have bad knees so it was wonderful being on the lower floor. The kitchen had just about everything one would need to prepare meals. We made our own coffee every day and cooked our meals in. It is so wonderful to have a kitchen. All the linens were clean, packed efficiently and plentiful. The starter soaps and supplies were great. We will definitely be returning to this facility again.

It was especially clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was efficient with new appliances and granite counters. The bathroom also had granite counters. It too, was an efficient use of space with storage. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of storage. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, the ferry, and shopping. The property has a pool, too. We enjoyed the walking paths around the property that wind around a marsh area. Office staff is on hand to answer questions.

Very nice property. Location can’t be better. Right next to the Hatteras/Ocracoke Ferry. The unit was spotless. Kees Vacations was very easy to communicate and book through. I would book again and recommend. Can’t wait to get back.
