I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

This was a great place to stay! So peaceful and a great location overall. The host, Noreen, was very responsive and kind. Would recommend!

We came across the Mermaid Cottage last minute on a quick getaway and it was the perfect spot to stay for us! Very eclectically decorated and a few steps away from the ocean 🌊. Also has a very nice, private porch with nice furniture for lounging. Jenni was an excellent and responsive host, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and cozy place when visiting Avon, NC.

The OBX Beach Box by Sarah was a perfect spot for me and my partner’s weekend get away. The instructions that were given were very simple and easy to follow. Just a cute cozy place. Would definitely stay here again!

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and seemed truly invested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to the OBX! Her place was very clean and just right for our needs, would return!

This is our third time staying at Kickin’ It Coastal in the last 9 months - we just love it! Brian and Meghan are fabulous hosts, and we’ve enjoyed sharing restaurant recommendations :) We will definitely be back - this has quickly become our “hidden gem” go-to getaway spot!

Our stay at Timothy’s place was excellent. The weather was terrible during our stay due to a tropical storm, but the beautiful house made up for the weather. Timothy has thoroughly thought of every detail in the home. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a great outdoor space. There were plenty of televisions to keep everyone happy given the weather. The hot tub is frequently serviced and clean. It has a very nice outdoor tub as well. The outdoor showers are beautiful and well designed. He has hoses on every level to minimize tracking sand into the house. We felt very relaxed. We would definitely recommend Timothy’s place. Very responsive host. Timothy definitely cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. We would come back and recommend this house.

Absolutely loved our stay at Debbie's place. Its located in the most peaceful neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We felt right at home immediately. The house was clean, nicely decorated and just plan comfy! Would confidently recommend to anyone staying in the area!!

The place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house was pristine with lots of amenities and everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the play room and the sand box. Monica was very easy to get ahold of during our check in. The hot water pressure for the showers was amazing! The house is located just a few minutes walk to the beach. It’s also close to plenty of food options and a grocery store. We would highly recommend this place to anyone! Would definitely stay again!

It was our first time to the Outer Banks and we LOVED IT! This house was exactly right for our family of five. They are still talking about ping pong and the retro arcade table! The bunk beds were great for our boys. Location was perfect for us. Walkable to mini golf, go karts, adventure park (a must do), beach, ice cream and restaurants. It was clean and cozy and we definitely will be planning a return trip!

This was our 2nd time staying at Claudia's and it was just as perfect as we remember. Very clean, so much character, and super close to town. We can't wait to come back!

Condo was in a great convenient location. Very spacious. We did a lot of sight seeing so didn’t spend a whole lot of time on site but it accommodated all of our needs!

The calm waves is super cozy and has everything a family with young kids needs (including some toys and baby proofing). It is in a great location that feels very family friendly and short walk to the beach and restaurants. This was our second stay and we hope to visit again!

Our stay was pretty perfect! The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable. Easily accessible, very close to a lot of really great places like Swells’a Brewing brewery, which is a 5 minute walk. Gene was very responsive and helpful, he made the stay a breeze! The condo was so clean and felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

Great location and comfortable space. Within walking distance of the beach and grocery. Everything I need was provided. Especially enjoyed the little balcony which gets nice light in the afternoon and evening. I’d come back.

We had an amazing time staying at Suite Caroline! it was perfect for our vacation! Shops were easily accessible and close by, and the private beach entrance was amazing! Very quiet condo and area. Communication with the hosts was 10/10 and they responded promptly! Would 10/10 come back and vacation here! :)

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!! Excellent location; could not get any closer to the beach! Well stocked kitchen, relaxing living room with great views. Sound of pounding surf and pelicans flying overhead was a memorable OBX experience! Will be back; Thankyou Andrew!
