We had the best stay at Jockey Ridge. Two adults, a 10yo and a dog. The space was beyond perfect, inside and out! The location was EXACTLY what we hoped for and more. The host was as fantastic as the property. Her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We forgot a couple things, and to our surprise, it was included. Sound machine, etc. even poop bags for the dog! And a chew bone waiting for him outside. She made our vacation seamless. Not to mention being able to walk out the door and hike the beautiful sand dunes. Our 10yo loved sand boarding on a boogie board that she provided. We tried all the restaurants she suggested, and more. They were all a hit. What a special place! We booked it from what we saw online, out of hundreds of other locations, and something drew us to this place. And in person, it was better than we could have ever imagined. We hope to do it again next year, and maybe a couple times in between, too! Thank you Jockey Ridge. You made memories forever!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy Airbnb overlooking the Currituck Sound! The location near the heart of Duck is hard to beat, with easy access to fantastic shops, restaurants, and local coffee shops. The views over the sound are stunning, and the peaceful setting made it a truly relaxing getaway for this time of year. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we were set for a smooth check-in. 10/10 would recommend!

This is a fantastic unit for a couple (or best friends!) retreat. The location is perfect - directly across the street from beach entrance, walking distance to great coffee shops, local ice cream, surf shops, brewery, food, convenience stores, and more! I liked the house was at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic on the street. The host is very friendly and responsive with great directions. Check in/out was hassle free. I will definitely be coming back for a long weekend getaway!

What a neat little spot! The space was perfect for our family of three. Close to beaches, restaurants, shops, and the ferry. Gracie, her place, and her art gallery next door encapsulate what makes the Outer Banks so welcoming and charming very well. Will 100% be back in the future.

I had an amazing few days at Jayme's place. Everything was exactly as described. I look forward to returning. This may sound like a cliche, but it truly is a hidden gem. The apartment is spacious and welcoming. Perfect for a small family or getaway with a few friends. I was able to visit with my family, while having my own quiet space where I could work in the day and see my kids/grandkids in the afternoons and evenings. Just steps away, you can rent a bike and go anywhere. The area is also very walkable. A wonderful restaurant is also just steps away from the property. Everything is very close, including groceries, restaurants, and things to do. And, of course, there is a very easy short stroll to the beach so no worries about looking for parking :) Jayme is super friendly and helpful. It was a treat to meet her. I don't think I have ever met a host in person. I have been fortunate to have wonderful AirBnB experiences, but this has been one of my best.

Beautiful & peaceful home!! Walkable to many places and the beach. Tiffany was incredibly helpful & went out of her way to make sure we had a long list of suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. Spending time in the backyard was lovely. We will absolutely be back!!

Really enjoyed the condo it was a perfect base camp for a variety of activities in the OBX. There was a well stocked kitchen which was great as we did a lot of home meals. The condo was nicely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! James was easy to contact and communicated back quickly if asked a question. Was a great stay.

We found the apartment to be very comfortable, neat and tidy. We liked the location and the fact that it was away from the noise and traffic of the main road. The apartment fit our needs perfectly. We would certainly come back and stay here on a return visit to the Outer Banks.

Beautiful home and setting- exactly as described. We didn’t have good luck with weather so the hot tub and area under the house were lifesavers. Probably the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed in and hosts are very responsive. I will mention that there are a lot of things that aren’t open this time of year, but there was enough for us to eat out a few times. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful house, with great accommodations. We LOVED the hammocks, there are plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained on rainy days, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Beverly was a great host and gave helpful recommendations for area restaurants and things to do. She even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely like to return!

I had a wonderful stay! Dana was a fantastic host, and Kim, the co-host, made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with an ample amount of supplies that made the getaway even more comfortable and easy. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made settling in effortless. Communication was clear and prompt, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you, Dana and Kim, for making everything so perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host, Nicki, was wonderful to work with. She was very informative, helpful and quick to respond with any questions that we had. The home and surroundings were beautiful. The house was extremely clean, open and inviting and the views from the property and grounds were absolutely stunning. We will definitely consider future stays with Nicki and even possibly at this home again in the future.

River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

I had been looking forward to this trip as an opportunity to make memories with our young adult children and it did not disappoint! The home was very clean, and sunrises from the dock were beautiful. The four bedrooms provided ample space for everyone yet the layout made it cozy and inviting. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock, close proximity to Manteo, and interacting with the friendly neighbors of the four and two-legged varieties. We had an amazing time! We typically never stay at the same home twice when we travel, but we loved our time at ‘Always Sonny’ and hope to return very soon!

Sheila’s place is exactly as described and was a perfect getaway for our small family. We had our two young kids and the abundant space in the main living area was perfect for play. The view and sunset was spectacular. Will definitely return!

Our stay was pretty perfect! The views were amazing and the condo was comfortable. Easily accessible, very close to a lot of really great places like Swells’a Brewing brewery, which is a 5 minute walk. Gene was very responsive and helpful, he made the stay a breeze! The condo was so clean and felt like home. We will definitely stay again.

Exactly as expected, pictures say it all! Very clean, easy to communicate with the host, well appointed condo. With 4 kids, it can be tough to find something everyone likes to do, no problem with the recommendations and coupons! Thank you!! This was a wonderful place to stay-quiet, peaceful with lots of light and a beautiful view from the deck! The condo was beautifully appointed. It was also easy to get to the National Seashore. An added bonus was an easy ride to hook up with the bike path!

My Husband and I stayed here for a quick honeymoon get-a-way. We Loved the beautiful window with the view of the sound. Sunsets were amazing. The Host was responsive, and will try to do everything she can to make your stay better or try and fix things. The pictures showed that the shower is supposed to change lights to water temp, so we were a little bummed it was not working. But we appreciate the host for sending someone up to at least check it, and they had to order a new one so it should be fixed for the next people at least! You are right on the waterside, so there were many gnats along the doors and windows, so just be prepared for that- we know there’s nothing that can be done as nature likes to do its own thing! Too windy to kayak, but it’s nice they have 2 available in garage if needed. We did, however, enjoy using the bikes and took a nice bike ride along the town of Duck. Took some walks to the beach as well, have to cross a road but not too far, but can’t beat the views

Private beach access and parking. We had a roof shell on our car so had to park in a spot that was just a few feet away from our condo. A local neighbor gave us the tip to park there. Quiet, beautiful, and you can hear the ocean from the deck 😍 Thanks John!

The say at ‘Sea Too’ was the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay I have ever had at Cape Hatteras. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and the perfect atmosphere. I really couldn’t have asked for more!
