Die Hütte ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen und sehr zu empfehlen, auch im Winter. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Fußbodenheizung ist sehr angenehm. Grethe antwortet sehr zuverlässig und ist flexibel bei Wünschen oder Dingen die man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful house in Stryn! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding fjords and mountains. The house is even more charming in person than in the photos – it’s cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for exploring the breathtaking natural beauty of the area. We were able to visit nearby glaciers, hike through scenic trails, and enjoy the tranquility of the Norwegian countryside, all within a short drive. The house itself is a perfect retreat after a day of adventure – relaxing in the comfortable living room with panoramic views or sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee was pure bliss. The hosts were fantastic, providing detailed information about the area and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail really made us feel welcome, and we appreciated the little touches Thank you wait to come back

We had the most incredible stay at Monica and Vidar’s place in Flo! The house was absolutely amazing, equipped with every amenity you could possibly think of, including everything needed for a baby - a bed, a high chair, and more. It truly felt like they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Monica and Vidar are outstanding hosts who went above and beyond. When snow covered the area, they even brought slides for us to enjoy - it was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was super warm and cozy, and the views from every window were absolutely breathtaking. We were incredibly fortunate to witness the Northern Lights during our stay, which made the experience even more magical. We visited during New Year’s, and Monica and Vidar had decorated the house beautifully - it felt so festive and welcoming. Our group consisted of three families, and everyone was delighted. Would thoroughly recommend Siris place. it's in a beautiful, private and quiet/tranquil location. The fjord is just steps away and the view amazing. Siris communication was fantastic, we found the place really easily with the help of her detailed instructions and photos. As others have said, best to pack in a ruck sack as you need to park and walk (10 mins) through the forest to get to the cabin. The accommodation itself was very good. The living area (lounge and kitchen) being modern, clean with views through a picture window to the fjord and access to an outside deck with seating to those alfresco evenings. Although small, the bedrooms and bathroom were perfectly fine. Whilst the weather was not kind to us, we did still manage a swim from the jetty, but did not take advantage of the SUPs or row boat on offer. We booked as part of a longer trip to Norway, wanting somewhere to chillout before moving on to the Lofotens. It certainly ticked all the boxes for us.

We rented this house for New Year's, and it was a wonderful experience. The house was warm and cozy, and it felt just like home. The owner had decorated it beautifully for the holiday. The view from the windows was breathtaking, creating the perfect atmosphere. We would rent this house again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Clean and homely. Relatively short drive to the town centre (beware of a few potholes along the way). Great place as a base for a few days to explore the region.
