The office and cleaning staff were great. Pleasant, assisted us with things we needed and was able to translate and communicate with us well. The security did a good job as well they were aware of the surroundings and was able to communicate with them as well. I personally got into a disagreement with the owner where I did not like how some things transpired. The area may look rough, but the locals are generous and harmless. Be careful booking a taxi because they will up charge since you may be a foreigner.

Beautiful apartment in a classical house, renovated with taste. Orialis was friendly and very helpful, including being flexible with check in hours and helping us arrange for a driver to pick us up when our flight got delayed over 6 hours. Everything in the apartment is as described.

Our stay at Luis' place was great! Luis and Sandra were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Anything that we needed they were able to provide for us, sometimes from their own apartment! Unfortunately two of my party got sick in the last few days of our trip. Luis was great about checking in with us and making sure our needs were met until they were feeling better. The space is clean and well kept. Things to be aware of: -This is not a touristic part of Havana, you live as the locals do -Power cuts are common and outside of the host's control -Spanish only, be comfortable with the language or have an offline translator We would definitely stay here again!

An authentic Cuban finca all for yourself, with a spacious clean and neat house and a huge garden with fruit trees. My partner and I felt at home here, and always so well taken care of by the utterly and genuinely friendly hosts. We missed these people and the place as soon as we left. We enjoyed daily short strolls to the nearby village Barreras (for buying produce etc), and the around 45 min walk to the most gorgeous beach nearby. One can also take taxi to the beach, and to the bigger and busier beach-town Guanabo. It may be smart to bring your own mosquito net/tent, but only for the twilight and early mornings, even though we rarely got bitten. The kitchen is spaceous and has all the basics. I can warmly recommend it, with its local Cuban charm and the most helpful and exellent hosts. This place is a gem!

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise nach Vinales. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage zum Busbahnhof, sodass wir problemlos weitereisen konnten. Amelie und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Menschen und die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit voller Privatsphäre.

Evin konumu ve temizliği harikaydı. 2 gece kaldık, keşke daha uzun kalmaya süremiz olsaydı. Aşırı ferah bir ev. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Havana’nın en iyi evlerinden biri olabilir. Leandis ve yardımcısı mükemmel insanlar. Dolapta bize ikram olarak meyve ve birkaç yiyecek hazırlamışlardı. Daha iyi bir seçenek aramaya gerek yok, Havana’ya gelecek arkadaşlarıma tavsiye edeceğim.

This house truly beautiful and one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at in Havana. It’s very spacious, has great amenities and the decor is exquisite. Privacy is also great in the area and so is the security. I stored my vehicles there without any problems. 10/10 would recommend.

what an absolutely blessing of a gem to find in Old Havana. we wanted a 5 star, private, luxurious, warm and welcoming Old Havana experience and that’s exactly what we received. Issy and staff went epically above and beyond from the moment we made the reservation to when we left the property. the airport pickup in an Old American car was absolutely legendary and Issy completely spoilt us with a tailored experience we will never forget. we will be returning with our friends very soon. Very grateful for you Issy….

Very nice space for our family. Just outside Guanabo, they have bikes to go into town or a short cab ride. The beach is two blocks with lots of beach glass. Quiet location!

This place is very close to beach. We liked it very much. Listening the Sound of the ocean and sunrise and sunset is very beautiful to watch. Although the neighborhood is so calm, It felt safe and the lady was extremely kind. Only thing is there is not much supermarket close. This is something common for Cuba. However there is a good restaurant nearby. One night we had dinner there. It is better for you to bring something to eat for breakfast.

Fantastic house for entertaining, the pool was a nice touch, along with having someone cook breakfast and stock the fridge. I highly recommend and will be back next year.

Can’t recommend Glenda’s tropical paradise enough! The hosts were so helpful with everything from coordinating taxis to preparing delicious meals and making it feel like home. The location was peaceful and private but only a short walk from the beach where there were options for fresh food as you walk along the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place, good price. Belkis and family are extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of me like family, and I really appreciate that! The location is very good, near good restaurants and local private markets where you can acquire all you need for a moderate price. I recommend the place and the area in general. Путешествую давно и жил на многих квартирах, но в такой большой и красивой, хорошо обставленной наверно первый раз. Квартира находится в очень хорошем районе,напротив полицейский участок, безопасно.До центра буквально несколько минут. Заселение прошло отлично.Хозяева разрешили остаться на несколько часов в квартире бесплатно ,рейс был поздно.Квартирой и отношением хозяев к своим жильцам остался очень доволен.Рекомендую.

Lejos del centro, el lugar es cómodo por dentro, pero afuera dicen los locales también que es un poco peligroso y hay que llegar antes de las 6 al hospedaje por que dicen que a esa hora se pone peligroso en ese sector, pero de resto el lugar muy cómodo en su interior

The house and staff are awesome. Gabriel and Suzette make everything easy and comfortable and helped us feel right at home in Cuba. The house was built in 1915. It's basically the second floor of a mansion with the front door on the ground floor where security is always there. The ceilings are about 15' high with lots of mouldings and drapes with giant tassles etc. The roof deck was a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and take in the surroundings. It's close to restaurants and the oceanfront sidewalk that runs the length of Havana.

Affordable stay in local vecinity. A true experience of Cuba. The host is super friendly and very helpful. Simple but good experience. Great a couple of days.
