When visiting Guanabo Cuba, I doubt there is a better place to stay than Oceanara. The home is very comfortable, on standard with any American or European home. The home is completely air-conditioned with top of the line units, keeping the home very cool. After spending the day at the beach, cleaning the sand off was a breeze. There is a wonderful outdoor rain shower located right next to the bathroom door, making it super easy to bathe yourself and children when coming back from the beach. We never had an issue with sand. The bathroom is very comfortable, with a bidet and bathtub for bathing children. Oceanara has several outdoor areas where you can relax after a day at the beach. We cooked at the outdoor kitchen while surrounded by the manicured gardens and meticulously cared for potted succulents. There are even chickens. We were gifted the most delicious fresh eggs as a courtesy of the house. This was a memorable stay. I will miss watching the ocean and stars from the veranda.

Our stay was wonderful! When you arrive at the house and step onto the terrace, you feel like you've arrived in paradise. At least that was my impression, as the house is exactly what I was looking for. The sunrises overlooking the sea were incredibly beautiful, with the sun announcing its presence in all its splendor and the lullabies of the sea accompanying its arrival. A marvel, further enhanced by the charming presence of Cary, always ready to help and guide you with whatever you need. Thank you to both the Virgin Mary and Cary for a wonderful few days.

This is my third time staying here. The service and attention are impeccable. House is just beautiful--20th century colonial architecture. Denise and her team can take care of any need you have--transportation, meals, laundry and more. They even have a solar power system should the power go out (unfortunately now common in Cuba). You will not be disappointed. I will absolutely stay here again.

Simply Amazing! I went to Cuba for the weekend with some friends for my birthday, Ernesto and the staff are outstanding. Everything you need is easily accessible and the staff always have a smile on. The food, drinks and cigars are fantastic. Taxis to the town were always available and only took about 15-20 minutes to go to downtown Havana, after coming back from exploring one day Ernesto had a birthday cake waiting for me which I thought was extremely thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for excellent service at a beautiful property.

I really felt the most positive energy coming from the owner and her staff. The food was delicious and I was always satisfied & satiated. I’ve been to Cuba 8 times and stayed in many places! This one was by far the best and I like that there was security there and he would always open and close the gate upon our departure and arrival. Wifi always struggles everywhere in Cuba but I actually need to disconnect myself from My phone every now and then so I’m ok with that. However, it should be attainable moving forward but it’s not so imperative to me as it is for others! I would definitely stay again but I do feel that they should not charge extra if I have 7people as opposed to 6. I had an issue booking from the beginning and it could not be fixed so I had to have one of my friends book at another place by themselves. This was the best choice! The house is big, clean and everything was available for us. We were a group of 10 and stood in the house for 7 nights. There was breakfast served everyday for a small charge which was convenient to us because we didn't have to waste time looking for breakfast before starting our day in Havana. The place is located in a great neighborhood in Havana. The owner Perla was just Amazing! She treated us like her kids, helping us with everything she could. The ladies that took care of us fixing the place every day were very helpful and nice. I cannot say anything bad about this place, I just loved it. There is a near by Paladar called La Casa that is a hidden Gem, every guest must try it.

The agency VIP2CUBA and the owner Michel were a pleasure to work with! They were always available for any questions we had and so kind. Our trip to Cuba was amazing. The home was perfect and so comfortable for our big group of adults and small children. We definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

The location was great and in a safe neighborhood. The host was available to answer all of our questions. Breakfast was offered for a fee and was a great way to start our days. The house was spacious and would definitely recommend to others traveling in larger groups.

The villa was a fantastic choice for our weekend getaway to Cuba! The staff, especially Sylvia, were beyond warm and welcoming. They helped with recommendations for local places to eat and were wonderfully attentive. The location is great, within walking distance to many restaurants and a short cab ride into Havana. I will definitely stay again!

La casa de William es un sueño, un lugar mágico, tiene dos habitaciones grandes con dos baños muy cómodos, la ducha del baño principal es un sueño. Tengo que reconocer que tuve mis miedos al confinar la reserva basada en el review anterior por los colchones ya que eso es algo importante para nosotros y las personas que mencionan que los colchones son de aire o mala calidad puedo decir que es incierto. Los colchones son de muy buena calidad y las camas están deliciosas lo que pasa que quien desea una cama firme debe quitar el cover que tiene el Colchón arriba que lo ponen para una mayor comodidad y realmente se siente que duermes en una nube. La casa tiene WIFI GRATIS los aires acondicionados funcionan perfectamente. Agua caliente en todas las duchas, lavamanos y cocina. El televisor de la sala es de 65 pulgadas, vimos varias películas en el sofá cama de la sala el cual está muy cómodo. La piscina es un sueño con su ranchon y bar. William y su familia son un amor. Casa muy segura

I’ve stayed in so many Airbnb’s but this one really stood out to me the most. The hosts always responded to my messages and came to help when needed. My family had so much fun being in the house we didn’t want to go anywhere else. She accommodated to the size of my family and made sure they felt welcomed when they arrived. Not only did we gain memories in this house we gained friends with the hosts. We will most definitely be back again next year. Thank you so much for being so caring and attentive! You’re the best 🩷

Had a wonderful time being away from the busyness of Havana. Really enjoyed the pool and having the outside grill was a blast. The stores in the was very convenient to walk to and having a restaurant near by was great when we wanted not to cook. Would definitely stay again.

If I could rate this house and person with 6 stars I would do it. Really communicative, gentle and attentive. My family had a great time in this villa. Thanks a lot for sharing your house with us and for being a great hostess.

Fantastic house for entertaining, the pool was a nice touch, along with having someone cook breakfast and stock the fridge. I highly recommend and will be back next year.
