My friends and I loved the place. It was great for our party and the host was always responding to every message. We definitely would like to come back.

Quirky, historic house with lots of space for our big family!! Would definitely recommend if you need a big space with lots of comfortable “hanging out” rooms.

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

This property is beautiful. The place was clean and stocked well with necessary items. I had a small issue with the lights in the back room and someone was thier in less than 20 minutes to repair. They were super kind. The location was excellent. I will be renting again next year.

This was the perfect house for my whole family. We came to celebrate my brother and his wife’s baby shower. The house was very homey and extremely spacious for all of us.

We are a regular Airbnb travelers and we love to visit different locations, this place is very spacious inside and out. My favorite part was the pool. We definitely recommend this place. We had an awesome time. The only thing we didn’t like was the check out time (before 10am) so we asked the host the night before if we can stayed at least till 12pm and by the time she reply we were already on our way home the next day (10:30am). She stated that there will be an extra charge for $100 for every 30 extra minutes. We think thats a little exaggerated and plus she should of let us know before we checked out. Maybe we would’ve paid an extra $200 and stayed till 11am. Other than that the house was very comfortable, huge back yard, big pool and we might book again but maybe with a longer staying. We stayed from Friday afternoon till Sunday morning, it was a great weekend.

The perfect weekend getaway spot! Beautiful corner of town, so so walkable with grocery stores and cafes a-plenty. You won't regret booking this stay :) Leonard was incredibly responsive and flexible with out check-in times/luggage storage, which (no pun intended) really took a lot of weight off.

I loved my 2 month stay at Katharine's home! It's in a great location that is easily walkable to a lot of things in the city. She's a very responsive host and gave clear instructions for everything you would need. Her home is very comfortable and I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend :)

This listing looks exactly like the pictures. Had a girls weekend and this home was so spacious and comfy. Everything was so neat and the beautiful colors in each room gave paradise vibes. Very easy check in and check out process will definitely book again! Thank you Junior for an amazing stay

Bo and Bills place was great! It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Although we were there in inclement weather, the backyard was beautiful. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would highly recommend their place for any stay in the KOP/Philly area!

I love when the homes are fully furnished and comfortable. Pretty much everything was there. We didn't need much. Great location for sports. Parking can be tricky but never impossible. One other thing. Thu was extremely responsive start to finish! Thank you!!

This place is lovely and within walking distance of many great restaurants, boutiques, and pretty neighborhoods. A beautiful church across the street makes for an appealing view from upstairs bedroom. Love the historic feeling of the building, and the owners have struck a really tasteful balance between original architectural details and modern upgrades that add to the comfort and aesthetic appeal of the place. Very clean (and I'm super picky about this)! Has a full size washer and dryer, which adds convenience. This town and (particularly) Gay Street exude a fun, vibrant vibe mixed with old world charm. The presence of West Chester University nearby adds an air of youthful exuberance. There is occasional street noise, and the stairs are a bit creaky, which didn't bother us but might affect a light sleeper. Overall, a truly awesome place; we would definitely stay again!

Terri was an excellent host. She was very friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to messages. Neighborhood wasn’t too busy and has places to walk to eat or were a very short drive away. The place was clean and provided what I needed for my stay.

What a GORGEOUS home!!! it was so perfect for our big group. Everyone felt comfortable! We will definitely be renting again!!

The place was clean and cozy and perfect for our trip. The subway is only a minute away, although be careful because it only runs roughly once an hour. We were two couples staying and there was more than enough space to be comfortable for the weekend. Thanks Tsahai!

Myself and my team truly enjoyed Ying's listing throughly. The only con to this listing is something that really can't be controlled - the parking. Besides that, beds were ultra comfy, kitchen is gorgeous (no dishwasher :( , large living room/ dining room. Pristine! I will definitely book this listing again if I were to be in Philly.

We had a great overnight at John's sweet apartment. The space is both homey and spacious, featuring two big sunny bedrooms with really comfortable beds. His love of Ireland is evident and was a lovely touch and a contrast to the antiseptic feel to many Airbnbs these days. John was a great, responsive host. He put up with my neurotic worry that i would be able to watch the football playoffs on the tube. Great stay - would definitely return!

Cory was a very friendly and accommodating host. He was very responsive to any issue or concern we had. Would gladly stay at his place again.

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!

Nice little house. But just one full bathroom.
