We had a great stay at Ron's place. Everything we needed was there, and we got lots of useful information from him. Enjoyed every minute of our stay, having coffee at sunrise, watching the turtles on the small beach, being centrally located for exploring the island. Our small home away from home. Can't say enough how amazing Mike's condo is! Could not get enough of the view from the lanai! The whole place was super clean and hospitable for guests. Mike's suggestions on restaurants and places to visit were spot on and definitely made our trip! We would love to return one day. It was an experience of a lifetime!

I stayed here with my family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. The space is beautiful with high ceilings and it looks even better in person than in the pictures. High end appliances, spacious master bath, dual patios, and plenty of natural light. We ran into one issue early on, and Micah quickly addressed our concerns and remedied the situation. Walking distance to the beach and Waikoloa Village turtle lagoon. I’d highly recommend staying here, and would certainly stay again. Thank you, Micah!

The location was great, the hotel was very clean, pool area was wonderful, Beautiful Mountain View, food trucks in walking distance, Only thing is no stove but had everything else! Excellent accommodations for my 2 college girls and parents. You can watch sunrise 🌅 every morning on your balcony…….

Great place to stay; clean and modern. Andrea was very responsive when we had a question upon arrival. While you do need a car to fully enjoy the area there are many beautiful walking trails in the area and about a 20 minute walk to a small shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants.

Wonderful place to call home on the Big Island!

Magical place! The view from the back is breathtaking. We could sit for hours just watching the waves and sea birds! Cash was a very responsive host and made sure we were taken care of. We absolutely loved the design of the apartment. The natural materials and open setup felt very integrated with the environment. The location was tucked away in a quaint and impressive neighborhood, parking was easy, and we felt very welcome. There is also an amazing private trail that goes down to the beach with lots of wildlife and beauty to admire! Not to miss the simple pleasures, the clothes washer and dryer are a good size enabling a full load. We would enjoy staying here again! Thanks, Cash!

The accommodations were great, the pool and hot tub awesome, the location could not have been better. it was an oasis in the middle of Kona. We had a great time and really appreciate the hosts. If we forgot something, the hosts had it available. From extra coffee to lawn chairs to soap and razors. Thank you for being so kind and let us use your home away from home. it was truly amazing.

Janet was a great host! Any questions we asked were answered right away and she was so helpful. I would recommend this location as it was central to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Great location for our stay just a short walk to Queens Beach!

What a great location! Karen’s condo was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved it so much we booked for next year. It is like a 4 minute walk to beach, she had beach chairs, toys and umbrella. There is a convenient outside shower in lower parking lot to wash off sand. We saw lots of whales breaching or tail slapping from beach, even a giant sea turtle would come sun itself. If you are planning on staying here, we found directions to actual condo confusing. We were hauling luggage and golf clubs up and down stairs. The easiest way to get to unit if you park in upper lot bring your luggage DOWN to The road to main entrance there is one set of steps to go down to unit.

This condo came highly recommended by friends and it did not disappoint! The condo is well equipped and very clean. It is completely updated and has a spa like master bathroom. The beds were so comfortable!! The unit has central air-conditioning which was greatly appreciated! Excellent location…an easy walk to a convenience store and several markets. Great snorkelling is also available close by. Brenda is lovely! She provided helpful information to ensure a comfortable stay and a great island experience. The private balcony with an ocean view was amazing. We were able to walk across the street to see the sunset every night! The ocean waves also allowed us to watch surfers throughout the day. We would stay at this specific condo again when we return to the island!

This place is 10 min walk to the beach. It is also walkable to restaurants and stores. You get a car parking, snorkeling gear, chairs, boogie boards for the family to enjoy. All in all, great space so the family doesn’t have to go look around for parking

We had a great stay here. Absolutely beautiful view from the unit over the ocean with gorgeous sunsets. Easy, short drive to Kona for restaurants and other shopping needs. Well equipped kitchen and easy parking. Only minor issue was there were no shades to block the late afternoon sun in the unit. We'd happily stay here again.

Keisha's place was great. All instructions on how to find the place and get in were very clear and easy to understand. The place was squeaky clean and very nice. We enjoyed spending most mornings on the outside back patio area. It is a peaceful location, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and we would recommend this place to anyone.

We walked to the black sand beach every morning to watch the most beautiful sunrises and make the first footprints in the amazing black sand. Such great memories! So beautiful, so peaceful! What an amazing location! We enjoyed the friendly gecko visitors on the balcony for breakfast! We were able to travel all over the island to see everything the island offers and then look forward to returning to Turtle Paradise at the end of the day. We appreciated how well equipped your condo was, we lacked for nothing. Thank you again for a wonderful get away!

It is worth renting from an owner that is available and responsive! Tiffany was very great to deal with and very helpful. The place is very clean and very close to downtown. There are bikes for rent across the street. The seaside pool is amazing and relaxing with the waves crashing into the rocks just feet away. Thank you for the last minute stay!
