Candice is the nicest host ever , was there for us for everything we needed. The house is absolutely gorgeous and modern, large windows overlooking a beautiful lake. So peaceful!!! Great large decks surrounding the house. The house was perfectly clean and we felt so at home the second we got there.

My family and I rented Ava’s home over Christmas and it was the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The house was very well stocked and truly had everything we needed. We had a 5 year old with us and she loved all the toys available. The space was truly beautiful and Aga was responsive and proactive with everything. We knew just what to expect. Truly above and beyond a 5-star experience-we hope to find an open time this summer to return!

We had a great time at this campsite. The tent was clean and spacious and was a perfect size for 4 adults and our large German Shepherd. It could definitely accommodate 6 people as listed. Steven was very proactive, called to make sure we knew how to find the site, had cold water and firewood all ready for our arrival, and checked in to make sure we were OK. The grounds are spacious, and beautiful-- would love to see it in full fall colors! Our dog love being off leash and playing in the river. We will definitely be back!

Breathtaking Views, Cozy Cabin - A Perfect Getaway. From the moment we arrived at lazy river , we were blown away. The views were absolutely incredible! Waking up to the Delaware river and the winter views, the sunrise over the mountains, was truly magical. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed. We especially loved the deck views of the river, with driving distance to beautiful views like high point and surrounding hills only minutes away, the fire pit outside and the fire place inside, can't forget the good collection of record players. David was a fantastic host. They were very responsive, helpful with local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery.

The Garden Cottage was Just what my family and I needed. everything we needed was right there even toothbrushes of course my son forgot his🤣. Hikes everywhere. Amazing coffee spots, and restaurants. The coming back for a swim or be in the hotub was the perfect end to a busy day. We hope to back!

It's a great lake house, we were there in the winter time and it was warm and inviting! Great location, we're considering coming back for the summer too!

Dasha was incredibly helpful, especially since it was very snowy and we had trouble getting in and out of the driveway. Lovely secluded cabin, well appointed kitchen, nice area to hike around, very dog friendly.

Looking for a quiet mountain lake retreat? Look no further. We booked for Christmas and had the best time. It snowed 6 inches upon arrival! Sunsets were stunning on the lake. The house is large enough for a big family and we loved the open plan kitchen and living room. The soaring stone fireplace made it super cozy. Even the teenagers wanted to hang out! Really comfortable couches and large family dining was so enjoyable for our holiday dinner. Kent made sure of everything you would need to spend time here. Not to mention the wildlife on the lakefront which was so nice to watch from the big windows. I felt very much at home and am already looking forward to rebooking for summertime. Thanks Kent!

This place is very well decorated and squeaky clean. It also seems recently renovated.. The beds are super comfy and the house is spacious. We felt very safe in the gated Arrowhead Lake community. It’s close to Jack Frost and other activities. My only suggestion would be to leave instructions for the DeLonghi nespresso machine or place a regular coffee pot. But this is a minor detail - otherwise a perfect weekend stay and we’d definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay! The property is right across from the lake and the view was breathtaking! Great location to visit many of the beautiful hiking trails in the area. One of the must haves for our trip was access to a golf cart and Mamta made sure it was on the property, ready for us when we arrived. Peaceful, relaxing, Pocono, retreat!

Awesome winter weekend stay in this cozy lake house. Exactly what you want from a retreat to the Poconos. Views from the living room were great, looking over a frozen lake. This is an awesome place to go when what you want is to stay put and just enjoy where you are with the people you are with. The gated deck is perfect for pets, since they can't run off. Kitchen had pretty much all the hardware we needed to cook all meals for 5 people. If that's your plan, being spices/oil and any other essentials you need. Michael was an awesome host and very responsive. His instructions were clear and concise and he provided information proactively to ensure a smooth trip. This is one of the first Airbnb stays i felt great about, and will definitely consider another stay in spring or autumn!

This is our third time at the lake house. The beautiful views of the lake are magnificent! It just never gets old. The house was nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable! The two living rooms plus the basement are so great when having a group stay at the house. Plenty of TV’s for everyone to enjoy. Our hosts David & Lee have always been super friendly and are always very responsive when needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful house that welcomes your dog! The house is in a great location- so close to Kalahari, Camelback, Raceway, restaurants and grocery. The view of the lake is so pretty, and the enclosed hot tub is roomy and perfect. The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

If you're looking for a weekend getaway and proper 'cabin in the woods' feeling, BOOK THIS PLACE!! Ample space for 5-6 Adults. The only drawback is no Air Conditioner. But if you're going with good friends and family, it's an amazing time!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at this peaceful lakehouse. The house itself was clean and comfortable, kitchen renovations are beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Linens were plentiful and soft, not always the case for vacation rentals. We appreciated the picturesque views from the main upper floor on rainy and sunny days alike. The private beach and cool stone fire pit were well-used and an added bonus. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and grilling outside. Our kids enjoyed the access to nature on the property, it felt very private and serene, a contrast to our usual city life. James was very responsive and informative both before and during our stay. I had a great stay with my dogs at this location. It was quite and peaceful. The river is very close and easy to find. Absolutely no cell internet until you log into internet for the house. Place was easy to find and well lit, actually beautiful when I arrived at about 1am. Very relaxing and peaceful. The dogs loved it as they were able to run around thw yard. House was very clean with everything you need for the weekend. I definitely will be returning for another weekend in the future.
