We were looking for somewhere to stay near Hebden Bridge to explore the local area and I'm so glad we found this place. The cottage is beautifully decorated and full of character and the surroundings are just superb. I hadn't heard of Luddenham /Luddenhamfoot before. Beautiful quirky place. Percect if you like hills! We didn't find parking a problem as there was always a space on the road nearby.

Was super impressed with the home. Such a great deal. Walking distance to the town and a really dog friendly area! Was absolutely spotless inside and very comfortable to stay.

Bethan is a great host with a lovely house! We were able to arrive before the check in time and it was no issue. Bethan was also flexible about when we left. The house has lovely features and lots of room. We stayed in the top bedroom which we thought was great, really big and airy and a very comfy bed. Kids will love that room for the space to play and the blackboard wall. The bathroom was beautiful, large, very clean and an amazing shower. All in all, lovely!

A gorgeous stay! Exceeded our expectations. All the nice little touches, like the freshly baked goodies, ample teas, coffees, hot chocolates and marshmallows, really added to the experience. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is really peaceful and not far to walk in to Holmfirth centre. We would definitely visit here again!

As always cottage, was beautifully clean and prepared for us and our dog. As we ate in this time were impressed that all the utensils needed were there, hosts were as attentive and welcoming as always. Highly recommend the cottage and will definitely be returning.

Perfect property & location as we were visiting family in Harrogate. The coach house is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely welcome basket of goodies & bubbly. Annalisa very helpful with instructions and information of local eateries. Would definitely return. Gillian, Mark and woofies

Cottage located on smallholding where you are entertained by the hens, cockerels, pigs and sheep! Feels remote and peaceful but within 10 mins drive of amenities. One bathroom, which was very accessible for someone with mobility issues. Lovely treats awaiting us on arrival. A warm welcome and great communication from hosts!

Really enjoyed our stay for a birthday weekend. Lovely place with amazing surroundings. Communicated well with clear instructions and good recommendations for the local areas aswell.

We arrived early and parked up at the lodge at Ashley was just finishing the clean so we had chance to meet and had a lovely chat about the park and lodge. We left here to it as we had booked for lunch at the Gamekeepers and the staff were super friendly the cask ales (Tetley's, Saltaire Blonde & Timothy Taylor Best and Landlord) were all in excellent condition and always helps when staff know how to pull a good pint. Open sandwiches were our choice and both were excellent and fresh. The allocated seating for dog owners was very pleasant. The site is fantastic, lots of open spaces for our labradoodle to explore. Then to the lodge and it did when it said on the tin, lovely layout, comfy beds, exceptional showers and end of a cul de sac elevated location meant zero traffic and the very occasional pedestrian taking a stroll. We are coming back as its simple location location to visit the Dales.

Excellent accommodation and even better hosts. The accommodation was as expected from the pictures, very warm and had everything you need from an amenities perspective. I feel it would benefit from a larger duvet though as my wife and I were taking it in turns stealing the duvet through the night, the room was warm so wasn't too big of a deal though. Shower is powerful and very nice! We found the decking was very slippery due to the ice so it would be good if some gritting salt was nearby. Location wise it's 30seconds walk to the sites cafe and pool/gym and the site itself is just a short drive to Grassington, Burnsall and Skipton. Lots of great walks, we would definitely recommend the Grassington-Burnsall walk as it's one of our favourites. Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to local weather warnings for snow and when we contacted the hosts, they was very accommodating, even providing a very fair refund as it was out of our control.

Stunning location which was tranquil and impossible not to feel rested and rejuvenated. The park and grounds were immaculate and very well presented. We had an excellent stay, will very much recommend the place and much looking forward to returning.

Vicky was always really helpful and responsive to questions. Caravan was clean, all the mentors we needed and some yummy shortbread left for our arrival!

We had a great weekend stay. Donna was very responsive, providing easy instructions to find the location, offering flexible check in, providing comfortable and clean accommodation. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant for food drinks and we had a few games of pool. Thank you for a great weekend.

Really nice caravan site friendly staff and clean. Great location for getting out and exploring. Rafal is quick to respond and helpful with any questions and queries. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful lodge in wonderful location. Quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbours should you need them. The park is so well designed with great roads and amenities including a well regarded Health Spa and restaurant. The Lodge itself was attractive with every resource you could need. Warm and comfortable, I loved my stay, thank you.

absolutely 10/10 experience

Had a lovely night here while riding the Pennine bridleway, just a short diversion off the route. Bread, butter and milk much appreciated as couldn't carry them on my bike. Really nice, immaculate cottage with friendly and helpful host. Liked the curious chickens and the cool goats.

Had a lovely stay in Lucy's home. It was absolutely spotless! Enjoyed my first experience of a Jacuzzi bath, must remember to use less bubbles next time! 😂. xxx If we're staying in Skipton again we hope to use Lucys place.

I spent a great four nights at the cottage. In fact, I spent more time in the cottage than expected as I picked up a cold just before arriving and was fully house-bound for two of the full three days I had in Holmfirth. The cottage was both very cozy but also quite spacious - when on the mend those couple of days I really appreciated having that ample room to keep away the cabin fever. And I really appreciated the Netflix! lol The property is wonderfully located in a very quiet and pleasant area yet only a kilometer or so walk into town. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom had ample hot water and water pressure and the bedroom as quiet with great blackout curtains and a very comfy bed. The cottage was just the right temperature for me, clean, decorated with personal touches and cheerfully bright. Sarah provided very helpful information and was quick to respond to any questions I had and to proactively provide other helpful information, too. I hope I can stay here again soon.

Our 3rd time staying here and it’s always good. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We always appreciate the “get you in pack” on arrival as, after a long journey, we can make a brew and have something to eat without having to go straight out to find a shop.

Our stay was lovely. Property was beautiful perfect location for our plans and the communication before and after was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We specifically booked here for our Jack Russell to have a mini holiday of countryside walks and so he could roam around in the enclosed garden which we usually struggle to find gardens that are secure and safe for him without him having the opportunity to escape. This was PERFECT for us and for him. We loved every bit of staying in the hut that we would definitely book again. It was everything we wanted. Nicola was really lovely, helpful and acommodating and the attention to detail in the hut is just beautiful. Better than the picture when you're there. We did the pots and pans walk which was one of the many things recommended in the welcome guide and also a trip to Uppermill. Fantastic and thank you for letting us be your guests. Sammy and Andy x

Me, my husband and our two dogs had another fantastic stay. After coming last year we knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. We received a lovely welcome gift of chocs/crisps/prosecco along with a love heart balloon and even dog treats :) We love coming to this home as it is extremely peaceful with beautiful surroundings and we always enjoy walking to the local pub which is about a 25-30 min walk. The home is always very clean, tidy and we always feel right at home and nice and cosy. We’ve found our perfect little getaway therefore we will definitely be back. Thank you! 🥰

Great location only a short walk into Settle or Giggleswick. The house had everything we needed for a perfect stay, it’s modern, very clean and tidy and has a good central heating system for the colder months. Nice secure back garden with table and chairs for the warmer months. Eleanor is a great host, super responsive and very kindly let us check in early which was much appreciated. Thank you! Antony
