Scott was an amazing host! Always very fast, friendly, and detailed responses. The condo was better than I expected. It was a true ski in ski out with fast access to the lower end Right-O-Way ski trail just out the door. This condo location is great in respect to access to slopes and is also an easy walk down to the Gondala Square area with restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo was was very clean, comfortable and cozy. It also had a ton of cooking spices and other related kitchen essentials. It easily accommodated my wife and I with our teenage son. This unit also has an extremely convenient ski locker literally just outside the door to the unit. We had a wonderful stay and I would happy return to this condo again and would recommend it to anyone.

This is the best place we’ve stayed in Steamboat. The place has everything and is close to a shuttle stop. The are hooks, ziplock bags, chip clips, tissues and the best kids toys we’ve seen at a place. We’d definitely stay here again.

Dana is a wonderful host! Her place is clean, warm + cozy with a great view of the slopes. We got lucky with a lot of fresh snow + were able to keep an eye on the groomers at night long after the lifts had closed. Perfect place for a couple looking to explore Steamboat for a few days!

Great place, larger than we expected, but you pay Steamboat prices. Kitchen is pretty small for that many people, just FYI, but lots of storage and individual rooms, so that was nice.

Great location, close to so much but peacefully just away from the main street to relax! Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Amazing stay! Great location, you’re super close to the resort and right next to a city market. Kitchen had everything you need and more. Woke up to the sound of birds chirping in the window, truly serene. If needing a quick get away, whether it’s a day on the mountain or just enjoying what steam boat has to offer, this is a great choice!

Great spot! The property was great and super helpful during our entire stay! Shuttle to the mountain was super easy. Would 100% stay again!

This place worked great for our trip. We did wear regular shoes and boots to walk to the base of the mountain and stored them in a locker each day. However, you could have worn your boots there. We felt like the walk back (which is uphill) would not have been fun in ski boots.

Wow, we loved Justin’s place! Looked exactly like the photos, beautiful surroundings, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds! My kids stumbled upon a book that was the start of a treasure hunt - make sure you look for it! We had a great time finding the treasure chest and reward at the end. It also prompted us to do a scavenger hunt that we unfortunately didn’t have time for but honestly it was so fun to see my kids find the book and the treasure - made our stay so memorable! Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! Would recommend this home! Only 55 minutes from steamboat and a pretty drive!

Tom was the best host I have ever experienced with Airbnb. He was accommodating above and beyond and so, very kind. Every question was answered quickly and with thoughtfulness. The home was beautiful and it was obvious that a lot of time and care has gone into creating a cozy, beautiful, well appointed home. We could have not asked for anything more. Amazing location to all things in Old Town Steamboat. Had a great week walking out the front door to shops & restaurants, along the river, and across to Howelsen for tubing and the ice rink. We easily drove down the street to ski but there is a bus stop a block away right across from the hot springs! Parked my van in the off-street parking around back, but mind the overhead clearance if you have an especially tall vehicle. I think we had 2 spots and the other spots were for the adjacent rental (same host) accessed from the alley. 3 upstairs rooms: 2 nice king bed rooms and another room with 2 twins. Great for visit with kids or another couple. Nice bathroom upstairs but tub is a better tub than a shower. Lower level stall shower is not for people of any type of dimensional exceptionalism. Kitchen is up to date, clean and spacious. Host was responsive across the stay, but I didn’t have much to ask besides hello, goodbye, and thanks! Great spot!

Look no further, this place is the perfect mountain retreat. We booked with a group of friends, we ended up canceling our dinner reservations because the house was so cozy! Some of the people in our group do not ski, so they took advantage of snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and sledding on the property.

We had such a magical experience at Garth's ranch. Every year for Labor Day we find a destination in Colorado to stay with our closest friends. Combined we have 4 adults and 6 kids. The ranch was the absolute perfect setting for us. The kids LOVED it and us adults equally enjoyed it. It was so nice to wake up and have it just be you and nature (and the adorable ranch dogs, sheep, horses, ducks, etc). We spent out days hiking, biking, kayaking, star gazing, cooking over the campfire, etc. The ranch was pristinely maintained and had endless space for us to explore. It truly was a magical and excellent experience. I highly recommend it to any family that wants to disconnect from the hustle and bustle. If possible, bring your all-wheel drive vehicle to get out and explore all the ranch has to offer. We will definitely be back.

The condo was awesome! We would ski to the lifts every morning and when we were done skiing, we would ski back to the condo. The hot tub was super nice and right under the gondola. The host was very proactive and answered all of our questions before we needed to ask. Would definitely come back and recommend!

We had a great stay. The house was close enough to do day trips to various locations, Steamboat, Silverthorne, Kremmling and the lake. We spent a day snowmobiling and snowboarding. The house is clean, well stocked with most anything you might need. The clawfoot tub wasn’t hooked up but otherwise everything was in great repair. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of three were visiting for a week to ski at Steamboat. We could not have been happier with our decision to stay at this fabulous condo. The location is excellent…..literally five minutes from drop off at the base lodge and within 10 minutes of dozens of restaurants in town. The condo is spacious, well decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. The attached garage is fabulous and a perfect way to enter and leave the unit. The host was friendly and very responsive. We would not hesitate to strongly recommend this wonderful Airbnb.

Great value wish I had known about the deck with just a couple steps before I hauled my luggage up the inside stairs, but maybe that was just me not paying attention. At any rate it was great for hauling ski gear in and out every day. I had a great time with my adult children.

This was our second time staying at Ross's place. Same as last time, Ross was very responsive, flexible and a pleasure to deal with. We cooked there most nights, so it's nice to see some new cookware and other kitchen items. There's just about anything you'd need now. Just bring your own staples, spices, oil, etc. because not much is provided beyond salt, pepper and coffee. The location is ideal. It's a doable walk to the gondola (not recommended in ski boots) and the green and orange bus lines stop right in front of the complex so you can get anywhere easily. The excellent hot tub is just a few steps outside the unit. All in all, another great stay with Ross!

We loved this condo! The ski in/out slopeside location was ideal, and the locker room was great for storing our ski gear. We used the host’s suggestion for ski rental delivery, and it was smooth and easy. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend with our family. We also loved the shuttle service included with the condo. We used it several times to get downtown or to the village for dinners when we weren’t skiing. The shuttle app was easy to use, and the drivers friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Steamboat.

Kellee made our trip easy with her proactive approach to communicating. Her emails and on property book, clearly explained the condo. The location is a perfect combination of walkable and access to transit. Our group comprised ages 6 to 74 and all stated “ will will be back” . Thank you Kellee.

Had a fantastic stay at Steamboat. We loved this AirBnb everything was within walking distance as far as Steamboat ski resort is concerned, and downtown Steamboat was just a short drive away. Shana was a fantastic host - offering great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo was also extremely well equipped throughout. We loved hanging out in the spacious living and dining room. And several of us had to do some work remotely - between the desk upstairs, the dining table and the bar table in the living room there were plenty of places for each of us to get our work done yet still be social. Also the kitchen was very well equipped making it easy when we wanted to prepare meals at the condo. I would highly recommend staying at Shana's AirBnb! The perfect Steamboat home base!
