Very beautiful home, great surroundings very peaceful, the host responded quick to any question we had. 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Had a great stay at this wonderful Bunkhouse. Very full stocked kitchen. Many games and DVD's on site. Will definitely use this location for future trips to the area.

Home is beautifully furnished with lots of amenities. Very comfortable and felt at home. Wonderful location and close to town. David responded quickly and made the home available to us early. Highly recommend! Plan to stay there again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

10 out of 10 would book again. Cannot recommend this place enough. We’ve stayed in several places in Coeur d Alene as a family of 3 (with a toddler) and this place was perfect. Here’s why: It was immaculately clean. The furniture and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and eating—including non breakable dishes and glassware. They aren’t stingy with paper towels, toilet paper or cleaning products. We were there for 4 days and didn’t run out of anything. There were snacks on arrival that we devoured because we didn’t get in until 11 pm. It’s in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It’s convenient to everything—downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores (less than 10 minutes away from anywhere we needed to go). We will definitely book this place again the next time we’re in the area.

Came to Spokane for a funeral and needed a place the same day. Jeff was an absolute gem. He was always so helpful and very responsive. He made sure we were good and was so very sweet. The place is also so beautiful and fit a family of 10! Definitely would stay here again and hopefully in better circumstances but I am sure to tell you he is the one to go to when staying in Spokane!

Great place to stay near liberty lake. Quiet and clean

This place is so cozy and warm. Definitely homey feeling and convenient to go nearby - downtown and other cities. The local cafe and restaurants are also great! Amazing stay even during cloudy season.

Deanne’s place is absolutely beautiful and super clean. The bed was comfy and there are lots of extra cozy blankets if you get chilly or even a fan if you get hot. Love the French vanilla creamer offered for coffee, nice touch. Hair dryer, shampoo/body wash/ conditioner, lots of towels, and plenty of cooking utensils…she’s thought of everything!There’s even a washer and dryer!! Super close to downtown CDA and close to the highway (not too close to hear noise, the neighborhood is nice and quiet)for easy access to anywhere. Check out the coffee shop two blocks away, very good smoothies. Thanks so much for a lovely stay! I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVED this place! I’ve stayed at many locations where the pictures were nicer than the place. This was perfectly described and looked like the photos! Beautiful, comfortable and close to everything. I will stay here again and again when I come to CDA. As soon as I walked in, I felt right at home! Highly recommend for anyone looking for 1-2 people; it’s great!!

I stayed here for 13 weeks on a work assignment. Margene and her husband were very good with communication and anything that I asked about. I would stay here again in the future and highly recommend anyone staying for a short stay or a long extended stay such as mine to stay with them. You won’t find more responsive and helpful hosts like them. I appreciate everything they did for me while I was there. Thanks again.

We had the loveliest month at Garry and Kathy's. Even my homebody teenager didn't want to leave, and that's really saying something! Perfect amount of room for our family of four, though you could easily fit 1-2 more and everybody would still be in beds. That being said, the couches are insanely comfortable, with each of the three sections are actually full recliners, so more than one morning I found somebody asleep on the couch after watching TV late. The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, though make sure to check out the "Pizza Factory" nearby. Two car garage with garage door opener was an unexpected bonus. Communication was always prompt and helpful. If needed, they could come by same day to address any concerns. (We only needed that twice, due to kid-caused issues, not anything wrong with condo). It's located a very pretty drive just outside town. I cannot stress enough how peaceful and beautiful it is. Hopefully we'll be back!

We had a great Thanksgiving stay. Very quiet and private for an apartment. The warm parking was a great perk!

We loved our stay . The condo is in a great location close to the river walk and restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had everything you needed to feel right at home. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was super well stocked. Robert left welcome drinks for us which was a nice touch and had lots of information waiting for us about the area . The check in was a breeze and it had 2 parking spaces in the parking garage . We would definitely stay here again !

This is a high quality place - very peaceful and quite - it was better than the pictures.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

Leanne‘s place was perfect for our stay in Spokane! We were there to watch the state basketball tournament so the location was great in relation to the Spokane Arena!

Great location, close to a lot of different shops and places to eat which was nice! The place was well stocked with everything we needed and I loved how many extras of things are provided! Plus the underground parking was very nice to have
