The property was very beautiful and clean. We had a child with us and the baby chair in the kitchen is very thoughtful. Lana and her daughter was very easy to get hold of. The experience was remarkable. Definitely recommended!

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

This house is on the Retallack resort which is lovely. it is peacefula at night, the surroundings are great and there is plenty to do if you wish to use the facilities of the resort. we like this location as it is suitably placed to venture off to different areas of Cornwall. we always enjoy Daymer Bay for dog walking, Trevose head and Padstow. the house itself is as the photos show. good proportions, well equipped, warm, comfortable and ideal for the 5 of us and our 2 dogs. check in was super easy and Tom was very proactive throughout. we very much enjoyed our stay

Finding a place that housed 7 of us is not always easy but Adam's place was just what we needed. It's a lovely property, well equipped, comfortable and an ideal location from getting to St. Ives and a number of National Trust properties. Needed Adam's help on getting the Heating working (not his fault) and he was straight on the phone to help out which was really appreciated.

Lovely property in a quiet area, conveniently situated for the shops and town. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Sunny conservatory was ideal for breakfast. Gill was very friendly and gave me plenty of info about check in, heating etc

The location was perfect as a base for walks and sightseeing in the West Penwith area, as well as for exploring Newlyn. The view from the garden includes rolling fields and and a view out to Mounts Bay. The flat was cosy, clean and warm, and there were plenty of interesting local-themed books to peruse. Tom and Gail were friendly and helpful, and we would happily return.

An excellent place to stay in Mousehole, highly recommended. Lis was extremely helpful and friendly, the flat was very comfortable and clean, and the views spectacular. Looking forward to returning!

We stayed at Vanessa’s to walk the St. Michael’s Way from Lelant to Marazion. The property was perfect for our needs, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen/living area was perfect for an evening cuppa and very well equipped. It was peaceful and had great views. St. Ives is a fabulous place, with amazing beaches (great for cold water swimming in Feb!). We loved the Thai restaurant (recommended by Vanessa - thank you!) and The Sloop Inn (c1312) was a lovely ‘real’ pub with a great atmosphere. We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

I had a very cosy, comfortable, restful stay on a stormy, winter weekend in St Ives! Barbara's place was a welcome retreat indeed - especially as it's up the hill away from the main hustle and bustle, in a courtyard set back from the road.

Elaine's home was super, we felt right at home. The view of Carbis Bay was uninterrupted and better than in the photos. It's hard to beat a fresh walk along the sand in the mornings with the waves crashing against the rock face. The cleanliness was top notch and the beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend for the view and the home from home feel. The train to St Ives is on your doorstep and there is plenty to see and do there for a trip. Thank you Elaine, was just what we wanted from a break away.

Had a brilliant stay. Beach on the door step. Town in walking distance. There really wasn’t anything to want for. A peaceful getaway location from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Perfect position for the beaches, town centre and for getting in and out of Newquay. The apartment/maisonette is exactly as described, clean, well equipped and a perfect retreat after long days out and about.

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

We had a great few days staying in the apartment, we appreciated being able to park right outside and then hardly using the car for the next few days. A short walk to the train station for the stunning journey into St Ives. We also walked all along North Quay and around the Towans the kids especially enjoyed running up and down the dunes. The woodburner was just what we needed to warm us up after some blustery winter walks, and we were very cosy in the apartment, would love to return in the summer so we could make use of the terrace too. Really responsive hosts who provided some great local recommendations, thank you

A very handy, well appointed apartment just right for a couple. Damian is welcoming and helpful. Fresh coffee beans and grinder were a very welcome factor! Comfy bed, great location, handy parking and dog friendly. What more could one possibly need?!

A beautiful little spot in an absolutely stunning location - a short walk to the beach and cafes and bars of Porthtowan. The Annex is really clean and cosy with everything you need for a mini break. We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful apartment, so conveniently located. The place was super clean and then host was super helpful. You can even hear the sea from bedroom as you fall asleep. We live in Cornwall anyway and this was one of the best value for money places we’ve visited.

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!
