Great location near Rainey and 6th street. Rooftop pool was great too.

The place was modern, clean and in a great location for those who want to explore Austin by foot/bike! I would recommend for a stay.

This is a great apartment. We found it to be very comfortable and it is just as it was described. The location is convenient to shops and there are several nice restaurants literally right out the main entrance. The secure on site parking was a definite plus. Joey is an excellent host, very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

If i could buy this place as-is I totally would. I really like the interior and it was better than staying at a pricey hotel. Prefect for my conference and 3 day stay. Great location. Walkable to Target or Whole Foods if you need anything. Check the cabinets for what is in there. I bought an eyemask and salt but didn't need to. Believe all the positive reviews here and book if you can.

The property is exactly as advertised—a wonderful neighborhood with shops and good restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the area. Very clean and organized. A terrific deal for the price. I would certainly stay there again.

Hieu, was great to communicate, and respectful.. The place was very well kept. I liked the book collection. Especially enjoyed reading the book on immune. The coffee selection was very good, and felt home. The bed's were very comfortable. We will come and stay if we have to next time :-)

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

Great place! Super comfy bed with blackout curtains, gym in the building, walking distance to lots of places in a great safe neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful! Only drawback was quite low water pressure in shower.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

I was in town for work and brought the family along to sneak in a bit of a vacation—so glad we chose this place! The condo was exactly as pictured, with so many thoughtful touches. The hosts had a portable crib set up for us, along with toddler dishes, utensils, a highchair, and sweet books, which was so great. The makeup towels, pool towels, and overall setup made everything so easy and comfortable. The space was beautifully designed—elegant, upscale, and full of Austin charm. The view was amazing, and we loved the walkability to Lady Bird Lake. Downtown was also walkable if you're up for a bit more of a stroll. The pool view was stunning, and while we didn’t get to enjoy Rainey Street with our little ones, it looked like so much fun. Overall, a fantastic stay—great location, excellent hosts, and a space that really went the extra mile so many little touches that made this place stand out. Would absolutely 100% stay again! Already planning our next trip!!

Paula's home in Travis Heights was perfect for our group. We were 6 adults, former UT classmates, who got together from different parts of the country for a football game. The house is large, with super comfy beds, and is fully stocked with anything you'd need. There's a big jacuzzi, and is in an excellent location. The neighborhood has the cutest homes, tons of beautiful trees, and is close to everything. The owner was super responsive, respectful, and helpful. Thank you Paula!

Lauren and Chad were wonderful hosts - so helpful and responsive, and the space was well designed, comfortable and had lots of amenities - from shampoo and conditioner, to laundry facilities and an awesome remote work space in the loft. I highly recommend!

Brian and the Oasis is the ideal setting for a weekend getaway in Austin. The house has everything you and your group could ever want and Brian is very responsive and helpful. Whether it’s a Bachelor/Bachelorette Party or another event, this is a great location! Definitely would stay again!

I had an amazing stay at Matthew’s home! The house and backyard are absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the location was ideal. Matthew was a fantastic host—super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Maggie’s place was amazing. She really thought of everything for us to have a relaxing mini getaway in Austin. The house felt like we were right at home. We would definitely stay there again.

George's place was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to spread out, and the communal space in the kitchen was amazing. They have truly thought of everything a guest might need. Very clean and modern, and a short drive to many of the sights and downtown.

Perfect play for a large group (especially guys) as you get your own bed, and the backyard is perfect for horsing around. Would stay again.
