Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing place to spend a few days. Cristen was very responsive and helpful through our stay.

Valentina is a wonderful host and the space was perfect for me. Walkable but private. Spotless but cozy. Updated but affordable. 10/10 would recommend!

Our stay was great ! Super quiet and private and not far from attractions. Also got a chance to meet one of their pups with was really cute and we also loved seeing the deer that would pass by. Would return again 😊

This place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and had a lot oh homey touches. There was an oil diffuser, guitar, blankets and lots of pillows. The owner met us outside and introduced herself to us before we even checked in. This place will be on my favorites list of places to stay in Austin.

Excellent experience. I stayed here for over two weeks visiting family. This was a wonderful home away from home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I loved all of the windows! The location was great, in a lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The host went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and communication was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Megan's place was cute and a great value! She was also a very responsive host. It was a little out of the way for what our plans were - but that's really my fault, as I was rushing to plan a last-minute trip and didn't look carefully enough at the location. But hey, it was close to McKinney State Park and the falls, so I can't complain :)

We enjoyed our stay at ResortShare's Wyndham property. The property matched the photos and description. The accommodations were spacious, modern and well equipped with things like dish soap, paper towels, and coffee. The balcony provided nice views of the city. The best part is probably the walkability/location. The property is two blocks from 6th St, the popular thoroughfare, with a variety of bars and dining. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would be happy to return.

Super cute little cottage. It was actually larger than we thought it would be. Plenty of room!! The blackout curtains were a nice added touch!!! Everything was perfect for a quick trip to San Marcos. Very close to the college, great restaurants, nesstled in a beautiful residential area. We even saw a deer in the neighborhood the evening we got there! Would definitely stay here again!!

I was there for about 6 weeks. The hosts were so nice and helpful, plus also went way above and beyond to help me with my situation. Everything was set up to be accommodating. Even guest setup for Netflix and Prime, and other streaming. Washer and dryer were great. I have a dog, and the green belt along the pond was wonderful, watching the ducks and heron. Also a walking area up on the main street with a doggy station and more green belt area was great for the early morning walks. Very peaceful and relaxing, what I call nature bathing. Again, the hosts were great, cannnot say enough about how nice they were! Highly recommend!!

Great location and great airbnb! We came to Austin (Accidentally) during the first week of SXSW and were worried about the cost of an airbnb in the city. We found Rob and Cheris’s airbnb and couldn’t have been happier. Checkin was a breeze and Rob was onsite to help us get in after a mistake on my end. The location was 5 minutes from South Congress and 10 minutes from downtown. The unit was fantastic; clean, comfortable and warm. If we are back in Austin again we will absolutely be back!

Quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Frank was a very responsive host and the hot tub was perfect! Ideal for an individual or couple looking for a weekend away. Would definitely stay again!

Katrina was an incredible host! She welcomed us as soon as we pulled up the driveway, greeted us and directed us to the entrance of the top floor. Her home was clean and minimalistic — the perfect space for my husband and our one year old daughter for a couple of nights in ATX! We loved her local recs of food, coffee and parks! The neighborhood was definitely walkable and near a very convenient and perfect coffee/restaurant spot to lounge in (with live music on Fridays nights!). We enjoyed her home and would definitely book, again!

Travis Heights is an oasis indeed. Very quiet and peaceful, I heard only the birds. The neighborhood is surprisingly close to all the fun stuff on S Congress and an easy walk there. The place is spotless, the bed very comfortable and the amenities updated. Dakota was a very responsive and helpful host. I will definitely stay here again during a future trip to Austin. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed here during SXSW, and it was perfect. Pamela and Robb were fantastic hosts—super quick with communication and always happy to help. The location was great, with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport into the city. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I’d happily book again in the future!

Exactly as pictured in the most serene neighborhood in the hills! My husband and I stayed with our adult daughter for a long weekend at the F1 COTA race, and coming back here after a long day to a good shower and cold drinks was exactly what we wanted. David made everything super easy, was proactively checking in and provided detailed instructions so there were no questions. The drinks and snacks were a sweet surprise, the soaps all smelled great, the we never touched the thermostat but the temp was always perfectly cool, there were even toiletries available had we forgotten anything! Just felt very well taken care of start to finish. And such a plus to have full size laundry to wash after days in the heat and dust. There’s also a great coffee shop up the road, the Civil Goat! Many thanks for the thoughtful touches. We’d stay here again!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay! We had a wonderful stay at Billy’s place! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed yet quiet and peaceful. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had such a cute and cozy vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. Billy was an amazing host—so kind and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Billy, for a fantastic experience!

This has to be one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. It's definitely a spot that makes you want to hang out there just as much as sight see. There's books to read, records to play, some movies to watch, and a bar to drink from. Our hosts provided a welcome packet (with the usual house info) but also a decent sized list of places to check out both in and out the neighborhood. With self check-in/out, the process was super easy. You really get the best of both worlds - the comfy feel of being in a quiet neighborhood and staying in the heart of the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

Daniel was very helpful and responsive, the location of the unit is in a center area, not a lot of businesses nearby, so good for a peaceful place to stay.
