This was the perfect getaway for five old college friends to get together and catch up with each other. Michael and his co-hosts were extremely responsive to any questions, the house was clean, and quite close to everything we wanted to do. 10 out of 10 on coming back!

The apartment was clean and quieter than I expected. It’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would stay here again.

We've stqyed in many places in Austin over the years and this was one of our favorites. It's in a great location, just west of N. Lamar and east of W Lynn. Wonderful neighborhood and close to many of our favorite stores and restaurants. Very walkable. The place itself is cozy and yet spacious. It's very private (above the 3-car garage, which is a separate building behind the house). The kitchen, bedroom, and living room are large and comfortable. The bathroom is especially nice, very modern and quite large with a shower/bath combo. Lots of extra pillows and blankets, and lots of outlets. The view of downtown from the living room and from the deck, which is up a flight of outdoor stairs, is spectacular. Ann is an outstanding host. She was there to greet us and direct us to the rear garage and always available for questions. We would be happy to stay here again!

I had a pleasant stay and I enjoyed all the restaurant options in the neighborhood. Very walkable neighborhood and extremely safe building. Check-in was very easy and the place was so cozy. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Ira’s place was so perfect for me, I didn’t want to leave! So close to S Congress and downtown Austin, and I especially loved the balcony and pond in the back. Walk to Noble Joe’s coffee in the morning and Rosita’s Al Pastor. 10/10!

Hieu, was great to communicate, and respectful.. The place was very well kept. I liked the book collection. Especially enjoyed reading the book on immune. The coffee selection was very good, and felt home. The bed's were very comfortable. We will come and stay if we have to next time :-)

Beautiful home and very clean. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Larry was communicative and helped us troubleshoot a few things with grace and professionalism. We would love to stay again, next time we visit Austin.

This place is nice for having a place within walking distance of a lot of things. The reserved parking spot out front is really nice to have. The house itself is very comfortable, with lots of natural lights a good layout, and well-furnished living spaces. For two people, it offers the right amount of privacy. Three people who aren’t family could probably be comfortable, too, but beyond that I’d say it’s a great spot for a family. The outdoor space, while we didn’t really use it, seemed nice for enjoying the evening weather. Teri is friendly and the rules are easy to follow. All in all, a good deal for the price!

An amazing place to stay, great back yard space if there’s any outdoor activities, and everything is clean when we got there and amazing environment! Close to the city and a bunch of things to do in the area.

We enjoyed staying at Bahram’s home. It’s close to downtown. Quiet. Private. Not many extra blankets was a downside. Not as clean as I would prefer, personally. Overall it’s a good stay, convenient location and responsive host.

Y’s place is an ABSOLUTE GEM !!!! Our daughter is graduating in May But we wish we had discovered it sooner ! It is the perfect location to visit your student on campus and it has every comfort of home and more ! The kitchen amenities are amazing and the modern touches make it the perfect place to stay in San Marcos …. We would definitely book again ! 5 ⭐️

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

My stay was great! The location was great, lots to do and eat within walking distance. I really appreciate the recommendations Amy and Hoang provided in the area as well. Everything was clean and simple. The check in and out descriptions were super helpful. I would stay here again!

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

This was a great spot. Close to lots of great stuff, comfortable, clean and well stocked. It was easy to get into, the location was ideal and the host so easy to work with. It's a true two-bedroom two-bath with a comfortable living space a compact outdoor space. The building was easy to navigate and quiet. I will be back next time I am in Austin! This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
