We had a great stay at The Waynesville Cottage. The views from the sunroom are beautiful. The cottage was clean, open, and comfortable. The location was quiet and peaceful, but close to groceries, Lake Junaluska, and restaurants. Robin was one of the most hospitable hosts we have met on Airbnb. She was friendly, helpful, and available for any questions we had. We will definitely come back!

What a beautiful and peaceful place! The cabin itself is so comfortable, I could spend hours on the porch watching the birds fly around. Very close to downtown Sylva which was very walkable and full of excellent food spots. Several breweries in town, including my favorite the Lazy Hiker! Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Will definitely be staying again!

Kathleen and Dwayne are both incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Both share great knowledge about the area and the surrounding trails. I was introduced to the Mountains-to-Sea trail and was recommended various hikes and trail runs to do. Their place is perfectly situated to explore Waynesville, Pisgah National Forest, Asheville, Cherokee, and — of course —Great Smoky Mountains.

Constance was an amazing host; super responsive and loving. The property was BEAUTIFUL, the views were jaw dropping. Especially from the second floor room! Worth every penny.

We loved this cozy cabin in the blue ridge mountains for our thanksgiving holiday! It was just what we needed to spend time in nature. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed and more for a thanksgiving meal. The view was SPECTACULAR and we enjoyed it from the hot tub every evening. The surrounding area has a lot to offer: close to the Smokys, Asheville, snow tubing, etc. Would highly recommend!

The place was as described and how it appeared in the pictures…great place with beautiful views. Communication was great! Host provided detailed information from directions to the house to lists and links to all the area has to offer. Nothing was left out; truly something for everyone. I wish our stay was longer to capitalize on all that was provided and available to us. The host made themselves available for any and all questions either through text or phone call. Everything was seamless. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

What a beautiful home and quiet location. Our stay was meant to be quiet as we were taking care of our 8 month old grandson, but there are lots of places to go and see if that is your goal. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The mountain scenery was breathtaking, and the house itself was gorgeous. It was a bit tricky to find at first since our GPS took us to a different location, but a quick call to the host resolved everything—they gave us clear and easy-to-follow directions. The downstairs was incredibly spacious, the entire house was spotless, and everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
