We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our baby moon, as we are expecting our 5th! The place itself was FULLY STOCKED, with everything we could have wanted or needed. Seasonings, a water filter, even popcorn which we were pleasantly surprised. We were capable of easily making a full meal and the environment was immaculate and super modern. Little touches made the space feel complete, moody and upscale. The shower was out of this world, such a luxurious experience, it just made the weekend that much more relaxing. Trey was super helpful in recommending great places to eat, YROC was delicious! He was always very responsive within minutes of a message and proactive with turning on the A/C when it was too hot (we had no idea one remote controlled both nor did we try lol) Mika was a delight and such a sweet baby. We really really enjoyed every part of our romantic but super relaxing weekend and will surely be returning! Thanks Trey!

This was a great stay for a weekend away to celebrate my birthday with my husband. It was very quiet & peaceful, and the view was beautiful. We wish we could have spent more time outside to enjoy it, but it was just a bit too chilly. We did have an opportunity to sit by the fire pit and watch the swans! We found some good restaurants not too far away and overall we were very happy with everything. The heated floor in the bathroom was awesome!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The place felt comfortable the neighborhood was pleasant. Brandon's kitchen was well-stocked with all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking and baking . The little touches, like having makeup remover wipes available, were really appreciated. And the view from the rooftop was simply amazing! Communication with Brandon was perfect. He was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a blast playing basketball across the street – thanks so much for making sure the ball was inflated, that was a lifesaver! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We came here for a retirement celebration with our kids and grandkids. The house is amazing, very large and offered each of us places to gather for conversation and games, plus places to retreat when we needed some quiet. We visited Stafford Hall for their Christmastide event and for hunting shark teeth on the beach. Much fun for the kids. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely home would definitely recommend only thing that was a little bit odd was the size of the bed upstairs and it wasn’t many pots and pans but we love our stay

The house was cozy, accommodating and clean. The beds were very comfortable and linens were clean. It was quiet and the beach was just a short walk/golf cart ride away. If I had to make any slightly negative comment, it would be to provide more wash cloths and towels. But that was a very small detail and we just washed and reused what we had, no big deal. The owner was responsive to all our questions and accommodated a last-minute booking for us. We would definitely book this property with this owner again!

We had such a wonderful time! Michael was an amazing host and provided great recommendations for what to do in the area. We ended up spending most of the time at the areas that he recommended looking for shark's teeth. We had so much fun as a family together and enjoyed the fresh air and being surrounded by nature. The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again! We had such a great time, we didn't want to leave!

What a beautiful cottage! My family of four felt right at home! I rented Ashley’s cottage for a quiet family get away and it was exactly what we needed! The house is beautiful and clean just like the photos and checking in was a breeze. The owner is lovely, responsive and thought of every detail. Shopping and dining are just a few miles away. This place is wonderful to just get away from all the hustle and bustle of city life. I definitely recommend this home and look forward to visiting again in the future!
