The house is beautiful. Secluded and peaceful. I travel for work and stayed here for 5 weeks. Would've stayed stated longer if it was available.

This place stands out as the absolute best Air B&B we've ever stayed at. We were hesitant at first being that dogs are allowed... (we wondered if it would smell like "dog", or have dog hair on the furniture) but no bad smells, and no dog hair. We were very happy about that! The bed's were very comfy! We had a good bit of rain the week we were there, so the quilts all around the house were great, and used by each of us. As a family with 5 kiddos ranging from 13, all the way down 7 months, we were happy to have plenty of room for everyone. We love playing games, so having all the board games available was a big bonus. My guys really enjoyed using the dartboard outside under the covered front porch! They had several tournaments in the week we were there. Lol Suzy was the perfect hostess, and was so sweet to suggest a few family friendly activities within the Fairfield Bay area. There are quite a few things we didn't get to do in our week stay, but are looking forward to next time!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, especially since we were able to bring our fur baby with us! The home was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The weather was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the deck in the evening. We look forward to coming back with our kids and grandkids soon. Since they have so many things for little ones available it will be super convenient as well!

Felt at home immediately - accommodations wonderful - but the fun artwork and all the extras for our dogs ---- perfect! Our Husky and Dobie enjoyed fenced and safe yard - running up and down steps --- it even had a doggie door. We never had to worry about our pups. Short walk to lakefront was relaxing too. Hope we can visit area again - no question this will be our ONLY place to stay. Just lovely! Thank you for all the obvious thought and care that went into your rental.

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

Super friendly and accommodating family owned operation. I Will definitely recommend to anyone that is going to be staying in that area. Also the bait shop next door is perfect and has anything you would ever need to catch fish at Greers Ferry lake!

Fantastic place to stay for a family trip or trip with friends. Plenty of room, great kitchen to cook in with a large dining room to have meals. Having a coffee/tea bar was so welcoming and the wine refrig was great. Ice machine was super for keeping your drinks cold. The bedrooms were all so comfortable with their own TV's in every one of them - this alone is special. If traveling with children or adults who are grow-up kids, the jungle room is absolutely fun!!! Having the pool was awesome, with plenty of room to gather around or just get some sun. Nice area with shade too, which is a plus for the hot summers. Fenced in yard was perfect for our furry children and they loved it. Location was great for using Greers Ferry Lake and house was very close to a marina to rent a pontoon or boat. Lake is beautiful. We will absolutely return to this spot and can't wait to reserve again.

Chad was a great host. The place was extremely clean in a great area. Everything was exactly as posted and better.i would recommend to anyone!

Great little place with beautiful decor and furnishings. Super clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to our event, shopping and restaurants downtown. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

It was a great, quiet stay! The pictures don’t do it justice with how spacious the area really is! Perfect for 2! The bed was slightly uncomfortable for me, it felt like there was a dip. The walls are thin as well!! I could hear conversations from the other room at times, however everything was quiet at night so it was fine for us! All in all, a great and comfortable stay! Such a quiet and quaint town!

I rented this for my niece and family for their stay during our family reunion. They loved it! I don't know what they expected but they seemed so extraordinarily pleased. The condo was terrific with amenities in easy walking distance for all of them. They felt they were being treated to something extra special. It made me look good! I'd rent again for sure.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! I had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the condo. Everything was just as described and Dee is thorough and accurate with the instructions. She also provided great recommendations for activities and food in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The host was always very responsive and helpful. The place looked just like the pictures. We can’t wait to stay again!

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

We had a really nice stay at this property. It is very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located. We had a bit of trouble with the AC at first and the host was very attentive and proactive about getting it taken care of. (Turns out the AC wasn’t actually on and it was just the fan that was blowing, so it wasn’t cooling. We aren’t familiar with the Nest system, so it took a minute to figure out the problem.) Even after we got that figured out, we struggled to keep it as cool as we would have liked because the system would default to a higher temp when we were gone/inactive and it would be warmer than we wanted upon our return. I will note that there are stairs up to the property from the (easily accessible) parking lot and then into the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be difficult for someone with mobility problems or very young children. Overall, it was a very nice stay! I was especially happy with the responsive and kind nature of the host.
