Absolutely fantastic location at the base of Edinburgh Castle. Short walking distance to great restaurants in Grassmarket. Accommodation was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Would have loved to stay longer as it felt like home. Great directions and instructions through out the entire stay.

This flat was way bigger than how it looked in the photos. Super clean, amazing, large space. The location was very close to several buses and the tram. Very easy to take a bus or tram to/from the airport and any attractions. We would definitely stay here again some day.

The accommodation was perfect for me and my mom. The room is in perfect conditions, and all the attentions that Eamon provided to us was outstanding, he was willing to help in any situation so that made us feel comfortable during our stay. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb—hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate, spacious and very modern. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and it had everything we needed, from tea, coffee, sugar, milk to all the essentials like bowls, utensils, toaster, dishwasher. Two bathrooms was great for us with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, nice towels and hairdryer. The big beds were super comfortable with great pillows and bedding. One of the coolest features was the Alexa/smart feature to control the lights, heating and electric blanket in lounge on the futon in the window-loved this!!! The layout and style of the space were just stunning, making it a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. Shammi was a great host, responds to questions super quick and offers an amazing service with his lovely apartment. Thank you so much for an incredible experience! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

A great little find in every way! Kate was a great host and has a fab place. Home from home feel with everything you need for a comfy stay. The breakfast provisions were the best yet and the kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds with good quality bedding and spotlessly clean throughout. The location worked well for us with walks on your doorstep and a short car journey away. Thanks Kate, hope to make a return trip in the future and I hope your place will be available as I totally get why your guests return.

Happy with all aspects, great location for those visiting Whitby. We were only there for a wedding but as was so close to the town we walked down on our last day for a couple of hours. Road parking is fine, plenty of room where you can see the car from the house windows. All good, thank you

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Charlie and Susan’s lovely home outside of Lochinver. The house is in a stunning setting with gorgeous views of the Loch. It is quite large for two, well laid out and very comfortable. We had pretty good weather, but if it turns bad, it would be a great place to hunker down with a good book, watching the storm and the fishing boats pass by. Charlie was spot on with his directions for finding the place and very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. Thank you so much Charlie and Susan for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Went up for a weekend of mountain biking, great accommodation for us with storage for the bikes. Will be back 👍🏻

Andrea and Steven’s home in Culloden is a fantastic base for anyone exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas of Scotland. The location is both safe and incredibly convenient, with a Tesco Extra just a stone’s throw away. Additionally, the property is ideally situated for easy access to major tourist attractions such as Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness, and the stunning Highlands. The home itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and accessibility to Scotland’s most iconic sites, this is it. Highly recommended!

The photos don’t do the cottage justice. It really is lovely, great size, beautifully furnished, luxurious bedding and spotlessly clean. We were made to feel very welcome, Anne & Peter were great hosts, we’d definitely stay here again.

Thankyou for such a great getaway. Accommodation was amazing, we had 5 adults and 3 children under 7years old. rooms are a great size and it is perfectly equipped. lovely walks nearby and close to Oban too. Hosts were very helpful and replied to any questions very quickly along with providing recommendations of what to do in the local area. We would highly recommend and would certainly go back again. Elle a été bienveillante avec nous et les enfants tout le long de notre séjour. C'est une dame généreuse qui a été pleine de belles attentions pour nous faire plaisir. Nous la remercions chaleureusement!

Great value little apartment on the edge of the Peak District. Well-equipped kitchenette and powerful shower in the little bathroom. Tony was a really responsive host and left us milk and snacks for our arrival. Off-street parking and lovely local pub was a bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Armoury. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and warm (despite the cold weather). The location is very convenient (with shops within easy walking distance) but tucked away/quiet (especially overnight). Catrina was helpful, friendly and responsive. Recommended.

An extremely spacious and clean living environment- Perfect for 2 people. A beautiful kitchen complete with everything you'd need, a very clean bathroom, great bedroom and a really nice balcony (I imagine it would be great if the weather was a bit better). The free parking was a godsend as the car is absolutely not required thanks to the public transport right outside the accommodation.

We are just back home after a short break in Lochaline. It really is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view across the water to Mull. The house was fully accessible with parking right outside the door, all on one level and an easily accessible shower. Very much needed for me as I’m disabled and it can be so hard to find suitable places to stay. The house was very clean with a great selection of utensils and supplies like fairy and dishwasher tablets. I highly recommend a stay at Lesley’s place!

The apartment is well located being 10-15 minutes away from the Royal Mile and the main Edinburgh shops / restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and clean/tidy with all the amenities that are needed for a short break in the city.
