Great place to stay if you are visiting York or the surrounding countryside. the pub opposite is very convenient if you don’t want to cook. There is a helpful folder of local business and things to do to help you settle in. Doug and Katrina are great hosts, I can recommend staying here.

Great base for exploring the area. Modern kitchen/bathroom, very well kitted out with anything you could need. Lots of nice places to eat within a short walk - we recommend The Bothy for breakfast/lunch.

We booked here for our daughter birthday. She loved the hot tube, Orla was very helpful and friendly. We brought our dog. There was a lot of room for the dog to ran about. Orla has 2 beautiful dogs of her own and they are very friendly. My daughter just loved the dogs a lot of hugs and kisses 😂 we will be back in the future, thank you

A very cozy home with a pleasant scent, a well-equipped kitchen, soft and comfortable towels, and everything is clean and inviting.

The hotwell house was beyond what we even dreamed it could be upon booking. The spaces were so cozy, curated and comfortable while being in the most perfect and peaceful setting drew us outside to grill and jump on the trampoline. We loved the surrounding area and found Enfield to be peaceful and restorative after a long road trip. Most importantly for us was the sincere kindness and attentiveness of our host, Nick. Such a nice and accommodating guy. We wish we could give this stay more than 5 stars, and already hope to be back someday.

Maddy was so welcoming and lovely! She made sure I knew where everything was, how things worked and that I had everything I needed. The chalet was immaculately kept and very comfortable. Beautiful location not too far out of town with amazing views and so quiet and peaceful. Throughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend, the place is perfect!

A superb weekend, the hosts were lovely and so helpful, with valuable knowledge about local facilities and amenities. Of particular help was where to eat in the evenings. We visited two local pubs for meals and both were as good as they said; The Shovels and The Stork hotel. The Lodge was so comfortable, clean and in great condition and we had everything we needed. With access to the beautiful gardens, we especially enjoyed watching the hens in the well kept coups and the random ducks paying a visit. And if I didn't know any better I'd say the hosts even ensured the weather was at its best for us!

We had an excellent stay at Forbes’ property whilst attending a wedding at nearby Achnagairn Castle (5 mins walk from the property….perfect location!) Forbes met us on arrival to welcome us and show us around the property, which was immaculate! Such a comfortable and cosy place, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and with added touches of luxury in the amenities and thoughtful home comforts provided. I would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

We loved our stay at The Woodhouse! It is a Beautifully designed bijou space with everything you need - perfect for a couple. Susan was a helpful and welcoming host and very responsive to any questions we had. We would certainly consider another visit. St.Abbs is an extremely scenic, quaint harbour side village, a perfect base for long walks up to the headland with panoramic views to be found, or a short wander along to coastal path to sandy Coldingham bay. The local cafes are recommended too.

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Troy’s places, compliments of our daughter and her partner. The luxury studio was beautiful with everything there that we needed. It was so quiet and peaceful with our own private forest walk which we really enjoyed. The hot tub was lovely which we also took great use of relaxing and looking up at the beautiful fairy lights on the trees. The studio was immaculately clean with great heat if and when you needed it and a very comfortable bed. We got a lovely surprise with the goodies and Prosecco which were left for us to enjoy. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this lovely studio to any guests.

Geraldine and Derek are the perfect hosts. Totally felt at home on arrival and the lovely touch of fresh milk, bread,eggs and bread was a lovely welcoming touch. Highly recommend Geraldines reflexology amd back massage including cupping. Just put us into relaxation mode straight away. Sarahs cottage was perfect and our 2 little dogs loved running around the garden. Gear location for trabelling to various tourist attractions. Need to go back to see more as 2 days was not enough. You will not be disappointing if you want tranquility and relaxation

This is my second time staying at the stables and it never disappoints! The place is clean and cozy and the bed and pillows are very comfortable, fully functioning kitchen, modern shower and a very relaxing place to stay. The location is very good aswell if youre planning on visiting galway city, its away from the hustle and bustle but very drivable! The hosts are very welcoming and always ready to reply if you need anything, they were very generous for giving us fresh eggs from their coop aswell which seal the deal! Highly recommend this place for a nice getaway/staycation!

This is such a beautiful and peaceful place nestled within a secluded residential area, and yet only around 10 minutes' walk from the Meadows. The house had the magical combination of being spotlessly clean and cosy, with lots of details to make you feel right at home. The design and furnishing of the house was really lovely, too, with plenty of space and storage. I particularly loved the window seat for reading in the corner. Howard and Kathleen were excellent hosts, with super-fast and friendly communication and providing some lovely food and drink as a welcoming gift. I had a fabulous week's stay and hope to be back!

Highly recommend this cosy home from home if you are visiting Northallerton as only a very short walk or drive to the town centre and has all you need for a comfortable stay This was our third time!

We had a lovely relaxed stay, the area was very nice and peaceful. You can’t hear much noise from the road. One thing to bear in mind is parking isn’t great we had to reverse onto the drive on a very busy main road and we were also blocked in twice which meant we had to wait for cars to be moved. Otherwise we had a lovely time and the lodge was nice and cozy.

We had a wonderful time at Nadurra the location really was a slice of heaven. Outstanding natural beauty and the apartment was perfect, lovely and cosy with the wee log burner fire. The sauna and hot tub was amazing and the wee pizza, bbq hut was great to make pizza’s. We had a laugh trying to get the pizza together definitely learned a few things for future. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt so at home. We will return as it really was a special weekend. One of the best stays I have had as the hose went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was taken care off. 5 star stay thank you so much back home relaxed and refreshed.

This has probably been the best airbnb we have stayed in. The property was private and it was easy to walk to wherever we needed to go. The host was friendly and responsive and let us check in hours earlier. Going in the place was spotless and had everything we'd need. We weren't expecting the kitchen to be stocked with breakfast + spices etc; the bathroom was also fully stocked with shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, moisturiser, etc! Would definitely recommend and book again :)

It was our second time staying with Michael and Olivia. They are fantastic hosts. Cant thank them enough for our wonderful stay. Wonderful people. We will be back in the future again and we cant wait.
