Lovely place, as described. An easy and comfortable stay. Directions to first house at the bottom right of the lane would help as there are 3 buildings. Access was much frustrated by roadwork and road closures. Hopefully this will soon be sorted.

Georgie was a wonderful host, and very kind and responsive when we got lost trying to find the space. It was cozy, and her garden was lovely. It got a little chilly outside the room since the only heat was a portable radiator, but other than that, it was a great getaway for our time in Scotland. Thanks Georgie for your hospitality!

Great location and stay. We had a little trouble with the shower but Alan was super quick to take a look and we able to move us to a different property as it couldn’t be fixed immediately. Super helpful and friendly, thank you for having us!

Me and my partner absolutely loved staying here! The chapel though beautifully renovated has kept all its traditional charm. The hosts were super friendly and it’s the perfect historic base to explore the surrounding areas and Newcastle itself. We will definitely be coming back! ✨

We absolutely loved it here! Of all the places we’ve visited, this was definitely one of our favourites. It was comfortable, with excellent amenities. Michael left scones from a bakery, clotted cream and jam for our arrival, which was such a lovely touch. The kitchen was spotless and we loved the decor. The bedding was lovely and the bed fairly comfortable. Was great to have access to Netflix and the sofa was super comfortable. Water pressure was also fantastic. A faultless experience that we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Gary and Mark were very helpful and fast in their responses. Check in and check out were uncomplicated, the annex was lovely for the two of us for the bank holiday weekend. Everything was very clean and well kept, we would love to stay here again when we visit Belfast again. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Fionas. Accommodation was as described, in pristine condition and she gave us a friendly welcome showing us around and answering any questions. We brought our dogs with us who also enjoyed their time, especially the large secure garden. The breakfast items provided were really appreciated and a lovely touch We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us. 5 star review all the way.

Everything was absolutely great from booking to leaving, the only thing I could fault is the WIFI, I was hoping to do some work whilst I was away but that and the tv wouldn’t work. But everything wise was brilliant ☺️

I stayed for five nights whilst on a training course and this gorgeous place worked for me in all ways. It is very, very quiet and with the comfortable bed, silky smooth bed linens, and controllable heating, in this apparently newly-built annexe, everything was practically supportive of a restful, aesthetically pleasing stay. The crowning glory for me was the view across the garden and beyond, making me feel as if I was in the countryside - the outlook is very open. The picture windows are provided with blinds so that if absolute privacy is wanted it can be had. The family live in the large house connected to the annexe - I think - I didn't see anyone apart from the hosts when I first arrived. All the fixtures and fittings are new and modern Habitat type and style, and there are lots of considered decorative touches which make it feel like home - not like a spartan unit like some places can be. I could happily have stayed for much longer!

Absolutely perfect for our short stay in Scarborough. Paul and Anne provided bread, butter, milk, biscuits, jam, teas and coffee - very thoughtful after a long journey! A very cosy, warm home with loads of storage space, beautiful main bathroom - and such a bonus having the extra loo for the children! 10 minute walk to North Bay beach and so handy visiting family in Scalby. Sad to leave such a beautiful place.

A comfortable peaceful self-contained room with an amazing bathroom. Anu has thought of every detail to ensure a great stay. And although it is a quiet spot with trees and birds, it's a 5 min walk to the Subway for easy access to the city centre as well as Byres Road cafes and restaurants.

Perfect stay from start to finish, Liz was really helpful and accommodating and there were loads of nice little touches which made our stay amazing. The place it’s self was the perfect little get away for our short break in the lakes in an ideal location with Bowness centre a short walk with plenty to see and do. Would highly recommend !

Dan’s home was just perfect for our 2 night stay in Newcastle. The location, in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the town centre, was ideal for us. From the moment we booked Dan was friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated his personal recommendations on things to see and do in the Newcastle area. Even though he had to be out of town for most of our visit, he made the effort to greet us personally on our arrival to give us an overview of the unit and make sure we were comfortable. The unit itself was exactly as shown, and in pristine condition. It was very nice to have both the main bedroom and a separate sitting room, and the kitchen downstairs had everything we could have wanted- even laundry facilities. As an added bonus, Dan left us breakfast items, fresh fruit, and delicious homemade bread. We highly recommend Dan’s annex to anyone visiting the Newcastle area. We felt right at home there - truly a home away from home.

Would 1000% stay again, lovely friendly hosts, great stay, nice area! Chris even showed us some of his bikes and cars, it was great! Wonderful base for exploring and popping into York too! The air bnb itself was very clean! Very comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed! The hot tub in particular was extra special and really needed after walking around York all day!

I’ve been using Airbnb since 2010 & staying with Lindsay & Roberto reminded me of the early days in the best way possible! From greeting me at the door, to taking my luggage up for me, to the explanation of the building/apartment - they really gave me a hotel experience in an intimate setting. I travel to Edinburgh often & this apartment is amazing! Very clean aesthetic, bedding was soft & comfortable, it has all of the needed kitchen utilities & can I get an amen for the gorgeous bathroom with a washer/dryer combo?! Also I loved that the instruction manual was short & sweet but definitely came in handy. City Center is a short walk with bus/tram pickups nearby. Don’t hesitate to book this place! This was a 10/10 experience & really brings back the old feelings of why Airbnb was originally created. Thank you Lindsay & Roberto & I can’t wait to stay again! ❤️

Spent a wonderfully chilled few days at Corrie Lodge with our friends and their dogs. House was everything we’d hoped for ~ spotlessly clean, warm, with plenty of hot water and comfy, high quality beds. Andy our host was great with communications, directions & local recommendations for dog walks, always responsive and quickly solved a minor niggle with the Wi-Fi. Would certainly recommend for a relaxing break

Had the best time when doing the nc500 road trip, it’s a very beautiful apartment it has everything what it describes and more. Susana is very friendly and welcoming and she provided us lots of great food for breakfast and treats, sorry to say I used everything coz was Christmas Day everything shops and restaurants were closed. Not problem with that This apartment is very very recommended. Thank you very much again Hugo.

We had a great weekend here. Accommodation was fantastic, had everything we needed, very cosy, loved the decor. Richard and Joanna were both very friendly and helpful. So glad we were there on a weekend with the farmers market - so much beautiful local produce and in a lovely quaint village. The ceiling for the shower is a bit low for my husband who is 6ft 2 and broad but the head is detachable and he made it work. (When you're that tall you get used to crouching anyway) Other than that, couldn't fault it, we had the best time. No doubt we'll be back again!
