Such an amazing experience. We had everything that was needed inside of the tent, everything clean and organised. It was a cold couple nights, but we had everything to keep ourselves warm. Worth a visit and it's also really well located and with beautiful landscape.

We had a great two day stay here. There was plenty of room (a comfy double bed and a bunk bed which could sleep 3 people), the kitchen was great, the log burner was brilliant and the shower out the back was lovely. Great access to Stirling and surrounding area. We'd happily stay again!

We spent Easter weekend here and we’re just come back from a fantastic time. The tent has everything we needed and our three boys from 7 to 11 loved the experience and the space. The boys played out until late and we adults sat outside under a blanket and just listened to the quietness with a glass of wine at the end of the day once the kids had gone to bed. We took lots of blankets, fleecy PJs and hot water bottles but the fire kept us snug when we were enjoying the evening. There was so much to do within short distances from Falkirk Wheel, the Kelpies , Stirling Castle and we even took a trip to Glasgow Science Museum. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals and we had everything we needed to make nice meals and enjoy mealtimes together at the lovely big table.

We had an amazing stay. Our messages were with Tom who was incredibly helpful, gave us so much information on how to find it, checking in and lots of recommendations. Thank you! It's a lovely quiet location and perfect for a break away to escape a busy life. Would highly recommend and would 100% book again.

For those looking for a unique stay in the highlands this is the perfect spot. Tent is clean and cozy and you are set in a field that is nice and quiet and provides plenty of opportunity to stare at the beautiful night sky. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a good stay, the place had all the amenities you expect in a campsite, with a few added bonuses which aren't included in the listing (such as an electric heater and a 2 ring gas stove). Comfy bed, clean private toilet and shared hot showers, and within driving distance of Keswick so it's perfect for exploring the fells in that area.

We decided to spoil ourselves, push the boat out, and try Benji’s bell tent for some luxury camping. We felt very safe and secure at Walkmill, yet it still has that wild camping feel and stunning peaceful scenery. Arrived with just a few clothes in a weekend bag, and found everything already set up for us, with everything you need provided, including cooking utensils. A real bed and wood burning stove with pizza oven, which kept the tent warm and cosy after dark were the highlights. We could have used the “Outlander” gas barbecue , but opted for the traditional wood burning fire pit and cooking rack for evening barbecues, watching flocks of various wild foul flying in their formations overhead to their lake roosts. It was comforting to hear the hooting of owls and soft patter of rain falling on the canvas, knowing that we wouldn’t have all the fuss of packing away a wet tent! Would definitely recommend for seasoned campers or those who may not have their own equipment.

What a wonderful and unique place to camp. We hired a bell tent for the night. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Mattresses and beds were clean and new looking. Suzie was a wonder. She showed our girls round and said that if they came back the next morning at 10 they could help feed. Amy one of the volunteers guided them for 2 hours while they fed, watered and cleaned and held the animals. We watched from afar and it was fab to see. This place is well worth a visit and a camp too. The toilets are basic but we really didn’t mind. There were fire pits to use and picnics benches along with garden furniture to sit on. Hot tubs were available. We got an upgrade when we arrived to beds instead of mattresses. We will be back. Thanks so much for a memorable Father’s Day weekend.

Absolutely stunning place, perfect location for a nice little get away and super easy to find. Amazing hosts, very friendly & helpful. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Everything you need for a night of camping is provided for you.. will definitely be back here again:)

Prior to our stay, Lucy was always on hand to answer any queries. Belltent exactly as described. Lovely view and surrounded by countryside. Was lovely to see all farm animals too. Located on a quiet camping ground. Inside tent were all amenities we needed for our stay. Tent felt cosy on an evening and additional blankets provided. We would love to come back again in summer, when we'd be able to utilise more of outdoor space, with picnic area and firepit. Thank you for a relaxing stay! :)

Carline and her husband were great hosts! A warm welcome and showed us through everything! Throughout our stay she was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble! The site was beautiful and our tent was great! Bathrooms on site were gorgeous and well looked after! We loved our stay and so did both our 2 young boys . We will definitely be back again!

We had a lovely stay in Peter’s bell tent. Peter was lovely and came to meet us when we couldn’t find the right turn. He brought my little boy a water bottle to keep him toasty and made sure we had plenty of logs for the fire. Unfortunately it was an extremely windy night so we didn’t sleep too well but that is no reflection on Peter- the bed was very comfortable!

Just back from one nights stay at the Little River Glamping, lots to do for kids, went down to the river , boys played lots of activities to do! Made dinner in the kitchen, each tent has their own utensils and plates there is a fridge and freezer anything you would need, went into the hot tub spend about 3 hours in there they just loved it! Thank you definitely will be back!

Beautiful well serviced cabin in tranquil spot , all you need for a stay in the area with easy driving and walking access to nearby sites of interest. Surprisingly warm for late October with a luxury feel provided with the outdoor Bath. Great host, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again

Das Zelt ist eine liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, sehr robust und wasserdicht. Dank des kleinen Heizofens auch in den kälteren Monaten nutzbar. Der Garten ist wirklich wunderschön und hat einen kleinen Wasserfall. Die Sanitäranlagen entsprechen dem Camping und überall sind hilfreiche Beschreibungen für die Nutzung angebracht. Vorab erhält man alle wichtigen Informationen für ein einfaches Ankommen. Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

We (my partner and I, our two small children) had a fabulous stay at the Beehive. Ryan &co thought of everything, it’s was such a gentle break into the world of camping for our young family. The surroundings are peaceful, wildlife in abundance, the fresh eggs delicious, what a treat to meet the animals- we are keen to hear how Toffee gets on with her first kid(s). Would recommend to all, thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful and peaceful place, very private which was what we wanted to detox from busy city life. Kids loved the freedom to run around and play in the playground. They loved the chickens too :) Julie was lovely and welcoming. Such a lovely place and people! Great location for the waterfall and Ullswater lake too. We will definitely be back!

A lovely hideout, perfect for getting away from everyday life! The hideout is exactly like the pictures and has everything you’d require for a weekend away in a glamping tent. Loved the animals around us and the fact the tent is in your own private secure area of the farm so you have tonnes of privacy and the dog can run free! Rosie was so welcoming and stay in contact throughout, an overall accommodating friendly host and place to stay :) we travelled around by car and also went to beaches with the dog, we played cards at the outdoor table and had toasted marshmallows, splendid!

Lovely place to stay! Sophie and family were very friendly and helpful. My kids absolutely loved staying here. The horses kept coming to say hello which they loved and the tent was brilliant, we loved that it had fairy lights inside which looked lovely once it was dark and the fire pit was a great addition. Had everything we needed such as cups and plates etc. Thank you for a great stay!
