There aren’t really enough words for how incredible this place is. Lisa has created a space that’s so welcoming, stylish and with everything you could need, in the most utterly stunning spot. I’ll miss my cup of tea by the lake every morning and the view from the front door. The local town is great, highly recommend the Fiddlestone pub. And the Castle Caldwell walk is stunning. Mickey’s Lodge is an absolute gem, perfectly nestled on the water’s edge in Ireland. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking surroundings—calm waters, lush greenery, and a sense of complete tranquility. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place. The lodge itself is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The interior is cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking, the living area is inviting, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was simply sitting by the water, taking in the stunning views and enjoying the quiet. Whether you want to unwind with a book, explore the nearby countryside, or just soak up the peaceful atmosphere, Mickey’s Lodge offers the perfect setting.

Would highly recommend this stay. Check in was easy and the home is beautiful. For a 1 bedroom villa the space you have is vast with a homely living area and fantastic kitchen space and amenities. The bedroom is wonderful combining a country house with a highly modern bath and shower. Hot tub with a TV is fantastic. Walking into Bowness-on-Windermere is only 10 minutes too. Staff were around on a couple of occasions and were always chatty, welcoming and accommodating. We will be staying again. Thank you so much.

Absolutely loved our stay in The Architects Loft! Everything was so well thought out, great design. Fantastic area, helpful hosts and the room was immaculate. 10/10!

Mark’s place was super cute. We slept great in the beds and the shower had amazing water pressure. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. Once we figured out the outlet switches and water pump spurs all was good. Be aware, the fridge is a small under the counter unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking needs. Mark was very responsive and flexible with our requests. We enjoyed the area and had a couple hot tub dips. I highly recommend Mark’s cottage in Belturbet. The place was nice and tidy. A little trouble flushing toilets and shower drains draining but other than that it was wonderful.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible AirBnB, and we can honestly say it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home— warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The space was not only stylish and beautifully decorated, but also so thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which is amazing when travelling with a baby! Luan was super responsive, accommodating, and went out of her way to ensure our stay was perfect; the treats left for us were such a nice touch! The location offered peace and tranquility yet still being close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Luan also offered suggestions to explore with a baby which was so handy! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful additions to the trip, the views made it truly exceptional. We will definitely be returning and recommending this gem to everyone we know.

Great find. Beautiful and clean and did us right fine and proud. Kitchen was really well equipped and spacious. Rooms were all really light and comfy. Absolutely lovely gaff. Thanks for having us.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat. The check in was super easy and convenient. The nights were quiet and we always got a good rest after exploring the city during the day. The quick and proactive communication made us immediately feel at home. Would definitely book again :)
