Loved staying here with my family! Bedding was amazing, plenty of rags, towels and blankets. It was so nice having the washing machine and very clear instruction on how to get in and use everything! We had a really good time!

This was a amazing place to start for our trip down the coast back to AZ the town was so peaceful and quiet we will for sure come back when we make are way back again

I enjoyed my 5 week stay here! Great location! I walked my dog every morning up along the bay, and then in the evenings down by the beach. The apartment was comfortable and clean. A few helpful things to know: There’s a wall mounted heater in the living room and one in the bedroom. These were all I needed for chilly mornings during August and September. No A/C which was fine because the weather is so temperate. On warmer days, I just opened the windows and it was comfortable then. The laundry room on the backside of the building has one washer and dryer for the residents of the five units to use, so I did have to figure out when others typically weren’t using them to get my laundry done. Apartment is a block away from the hospital helicopter landing pad. Typically only a few flights a week coming in and out, and it’s not loud for long. Host was really great at communicating with me, and he worked with me on my check-out time which I really appreciated. I would stay here again!

Joe's place was clean, smelled lovely, and had gorgeous views of the river. We heard a little noise from the neighbors but that is typical in a condo and didn't bother us. We will definitely be renting Joe's place again!

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for the two of us and our pup! Ruth was very accommodating with our pup coming and it was in such a great area! We were able to walk to the beach access, see the tide pools and sunset, as well as be close enough to some of the shops and Newport! We were able to have a clean and comfortable place to come back to when we were finished being out and about. Thank you for the wonderful stay with no issues and a wonderful beach getaway!

Our family rented the 3 bedroom loft overlooking the property and ocean. We were gathering to mourn the loss of a beloved family member and the setting was the most beautiful, peaceful, and healing space we could have hoped for. Our beloved was a former commercial fisherman so being able to see the very expanse of ocean in which she had fished for dungeness frequently made this place very special. It was big and open and perfect enough to hold the enormous, oceans of love, that we and others who gathered with us, were there to share and express. Jana was a kind, patient, and gracious host, even as she had to redirect some of our friends and family to the proper door for our unit. This place, and its host, is the embodiment of kindess, love, peace, beauty, and healing.

We LOVED our stay at River Front!! The location right next to the Florence Hwy 101 bridge was AMAZING – a place from which to watch the tidal action, fishermen going up and down the river, birds and seals, and lovely sunsets from either the apartment or wonderful deck!! Another plus was being right in the cute town of Florence with many eateries and shops in which to browse. We just walked across the street to a fun restaurant for dinner and a cute coffee shop was immediately next door. The location gave as a wonderful base to explore other parts of the coast both north and south of Florence for day trips. We hope to return to this wonderful accommodation!! The apartment was immaculate.

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

The house has a beautiful view of the ocean! It was chilly when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the wonderful deck. Clean, dog friendly, well equipped and very comfortable furniture and beds. Wally gave us great recommendations in regards to food, especially the bakery! Hoping to book with them again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked house close to the beach. I left my jacket behind and the host was able to have the house cleaner find and mail it to me, which was very much appreciated!

The house was very nice and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the stay. We had our “Christmas” dinner there and it was a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing was there were no serving dishes like bowls or platters. Otherwise it was great

Great location! Close to town and the dunes. Beautiful property with awesome views of the lake. We even got to watch the moon rise up over the lake from the living room...very beautiful. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Thanks!

This was my second time staying here and it is definitely my new go to for staying in Newport. Love all the room to relax after a day out and about. The games upstairs are perfect for keeping the kids busy, and the location is very convenient for all our to-dos we like to enjoy while at the coast.

Perfection! The living room windows provide a picture perfect view of the beach complete with crashing waves and swaying sea grass. Set far enough away that the ocean hums pleasantly in the background and close enough that you’re just a few sandy steps from beach strolls through the surf. The home is aesthetically pleasing with relaxing beach vibes and a VERY well stocked kitchen and bathroom. It includes all the little extras that make it feel like a home. Plus luxury linens, plenty of throw blankets and comfortable beds and pillows. Florence is accessible and filled with fun restaurants, shops and activities. The Sea Lion Caves, Hobbit Trail and Darlington Park carnivorous plant reserve are nearby and worth visiting. Perfect beach get away.

Our second stay at this exceptional condo. If you’re looking for a place to decompress, soak in ocean and bay views from every window and savor the calming green of the majestic evergreen pines, this is the spot! We love Puma Point so much and the serenity it offers along with the kindness and hospitality of Kathleen and Gary. Walk into this comfortable beautifully appointed condo and breathe a sigh of calm. It is also a perfect location to explore much of the Oregon coast with all of the magnificent beauty it has to offer. As always, we cannot wait to return. The location of the AirBnb was exceptional. Everything that we needed was within walking distance. The view of the river and the iconic bridge was beautiful and the area was very peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped without feeling cluttered. The place was very warm and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. On the beach with good views from windows and nice deck. Kitchen fully stocked. Large fireplace (bring your own wood). Lots of games, puzzles. 2 upstairs bedrooms comfortable beds. Downstairs "kids room" quality older bunks and beds and extra bathroom. Parking. 2 short carpeted staircases to get to main floor and 2nd floor. Clean, spick and span. I would come back here in a minute!

The view of the harbor was absolutely beautiful in the morning and evening. The accommodation was close to downtown Newport and only about a ten minute drive from the aquarium. I also really liked the huge comfy bed and the bathroom's shower had great water pressure. Wish my sister and I could've stayed at this beautiful home longer.
