Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ideale: si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, il che rende facile raggiungere ogni punto della città. Perfetta sia per chi viaggia per lavoro che per piacere. La pulizia della struttura è impeccabile. Ogni angolo era curato nei minimi dettagli, e la stanza era accogliente e ben ordinata, facendoci sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Es war eine super neue und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hier fehlt wirklich nichts. Sogar Spielzeug war da- genial. Besonders erfreut waren wir über die Getränke im Kühlschrank und die Kaffeekapseln. Alles ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

This was our second stay at Jen's place and everything was once again outstanding. Jens is a really responsive host, answering to messages very quickly. The apartment is as expected and more. Super clean with everything you need for an easy self catering stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen being so close to the train station and within easy walking distance from all local amenities. We'd definitely go back another time and would highly recommend.

Hans’ place is simply great and exceeded our expectations. It’s spacious, clean, functional, well equipped, and has a nice kitchen. The location is perfect as well, situated in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants, close to the U line, and just two stops from the Center. Highly recommended!

Schöne großräumige Wohnung die für uns gut gepasst hat. Ein paar eigenartige Kleinigkeiten: - Kaffee Kapseln gibts nur zum Kauf im Automat in der Tiefgarage. Schöne Kapseln mit aufwendigem Relaxed Urban Living branding, aber eine Unterscheidung zwischen den zwei Sorten is nicht möglich. Eine ist wohl koffeinfrei, da muss man sich halt auskennen oder Glück haben. Der Automat hat die 2€ geschluckt dann aber nichts heraus gegeben. Im Spar nebenan gibts die Kapseln auch. Ein paar inkludierte Kapseln würden wohl auch nicht zu viel in die Marge schneiden. - Ein paar Bilder auf den Wänden oder ein Nachtisch würde das ganze heimeliger machen. Der minimalistische Stil passt eh, aber so ist halt Handy und Brille am Boden. Kommunikation hat gut geklappt und einen zweiten Schlüssel nach dem ich gefragt habe ist prompt erschienen. Die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung war unerwartet und war ein Plus. Hat wohl nicht jede Wohnung.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert von der Qualität der Wohnung. Auch der Wunsch nach einem Grill wurde sofort umgesetzt und nach sehr kurzer Zeit bereit gestellt. In den Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes ist kein Wunsch offen geblieben. Auch die Abreise und Übergabe war wie bei der Anreise einfach super organisiert und von der Zeit sehr flexibel gehalten. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Très bel appartement à 5 minutes des pistes de ski de fond, à 2 minutes de l’épicerie et au cœur du village de Seefeld pour profiter des restaurants et des boutiques. Tout se fait à pied. Nous pouvions communiquer facilement avec l’hôte et le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Je vous le recommande!

-Sauberste Unterkunft in der wir bisher waren, alles wie beschrieben -Alles da was man braucht -super Gastgeberin, sehr authentisch und nett -Unser Tochter war auch total begeistert -wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen

Es war wirklich schön, nach einem anstrengenden Skitag in die Unterkunft zu kommen. Mit dem Spa-Bereich hat alles super funktioniert, Mikail bietet Erklärungsvideos für alles mögliche. Ansonsten war er immer schnell erreichbar im Falle von Fragen. Ein Edeka ist nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, ein Skiverleih 5 min. Zu den Gondeln kommt man innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei. Können wir nur jedem empfehlen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf jede Bitte oder Frage wurde schnell und Lösungsorientiert eingegangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und nochmal Danke an Harald und Vaneide. Tolle Menschen! war ein sehr schönes Silvester!

Der Check-In war problemlos und die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch für unseren Sohn war ein Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Thomas ist ein super Gastgeber, reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und lässt einem wichtige Infos zur Unterkunft und Empfehlungen zur Region zukommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder - Danke! :)

This place is great! The hot tub really made our vacation - it’s totally private. A little hard to get to this airbnb via public transit. The bus comes once an hour and you have to change buses before you go into Innsbruck. Very doable though. Uber was very easy and good option. Gorgeous scenery. Host stays above you in the house, which was no problem. Very attentive in case you have questions. 10/10 would stay here again - the scenery and the tranquility were great! Very good value for what you pay.

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende im Allgäu verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und wir haben die Infrarot Sauna und die Whirlwanne sehr genossen 😊 Wir können die Wohnung sehr gut weiter empfehlen!

This place was absolutely amazing! The views, the private sauna and private hot tub, the comfortable bed, the nice clean bathroom, even the decor. Everything was very well done and nicely put together. You will want to spend more time in this apartment than out of it with all of its amenities. Only negative is that the parking was difficult to find, and the instructions could be more helpful and specific. Hint: there is a restaurant on the left right before the entrance to the parking, which is up a small side street. Look closely for a sign on a tree (or post or building?) that says Inn Above. Also, this is a good place if you have a car, As it is a bit of a hike from downtown-- totally worth it for the amazing views you get. We can't wait to come back- one weekend wasn't long enough!
