We had a wonderful few days here! It was nice and cozy for our young kids and small dog. We enjoyed exploring Idyllwild and the location was great! Would stay again!

Excellent stay in this delightful cabin. The cabin was as described and was clean and very functional. What a treat to stay in a real log cabin! Only negative was that you are by windmills which means that there is a lot of WIND, which is not host's fault. The wind would howl at night so if you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring earplugs! The wind made everything harder, fire pit wouldn't stay lit, it was super cold getting to and from the hot tub, and even my luggage rolled off the deck! Overall we enjoyed our experience and felt the hosts were very communicative and kind.

Absolute magic. This trip was our opportunity to experience Idyllwild and Freewyld before we brought our family together there later this summer. It was amazing. Exactly as described, beautifully curated and truly built to help you disconnect from the chaos of real life. Modern conveniences and well thought out amenities really made it so that if you have to work like I did, you have everything you need from great WiFi to linens so soft I was searching for labels to buy for home. The crisp mountain air, the sound of the creek and the comfortable spaces that promote enjoying a disconnect have us counting down the days to return with our entire family and really experience the Live Wyld life for a four days. Don’t hesitate to book.

We had a wonderful stay. The fenced, MASSIVE backyard was fantastic for our dogs—they had the time of their lives. The interior was very spacious and perfect for our party. The game room with the ping pong table and projector were so much fun. Definitely would recommend!

April’s cabin was an excellent retreat for a long weekend. Close enough proximity to the idyllwild town to drive in 5 mins, but far enough away for privacy and peace. The property is large enough to feel like you have your own space and privacy with a well put together yard with clean and working hot tub and lawn games. The kitchen was clean and modern with everything you need to cook or enjoy a drink. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We would stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed a nice little getaway at Astrid’s cabin. The house has a lot of character with a fun, cozy vibe. It felt private but is also just a quick drive away from town. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds, and the upstairs loft is a great place to hangout and play board games or listen to records. The living room is also a nice to place to relax and watch tv. The house was very clean and contained all listed amenities. The hot tub was a lovely bonus, especially after a long day of hiking. It was clean, and the water was already set to a perfect temperature. It’s a great place to take in the beautiful surroundings. Astrid was very responsive, quick to answer any questions we had. She made us feel right at home. We look forward to coming back in the future with our kids and would certainly recommend her place to friends.

Sandra’s place is amazing. It’s perfectly located giving you easy access to town as well as multiple trails for hiking. The hot tub is great, fireplace is easy to use…. The place is perfect. She’s also thought of everything. From leaving flashlights, head lamps, dog poop bags, lint rollers… anything you need, it’s there. I highly recommend staying with Sandra!

A wonderful and welcoming place! We felt right at home and everything was clean and comfortable. Town was only a few minutes walk so the location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Suzanne was fantastic! She was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. She checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Excellent host!

My boyfriend and I, and our pup, needed a getaway from the daily grind and wanted to check out Idyllwild. This adorable A-frame provided us with the perfect spot to do so. Nestled in the mountains with an awesome deck surrounded by trees, jacuzzi, wood burning stove, it was just what we needed. I love the style of this cabin, modern but still homey. Great location too, easy 10 minute drive into town with some awesome restaurant options and cute galleries! Great hiking all over. The hosts were great, very communicative!! This is the second time we stayed in this cozy home. We love this home very much because it is cozy, quiet, clean, and walkable to Village Center of Idyllwild. The check-in and check-out procedures are super easy, and the host always communicate very well with us via Airbnb app. Thanks to the host. We enjoyed the stay very much...We had coffee on the porch, walked around the town with our little dog, watched 2 movies, and enjoyed eating out! A perfect getaway weekend to celebrate our anniversary.

Great stay! Gary was very detailed with directions, instructions, and willing to support as needed. The cabin was plenty spacious for two, really enjoyed the large windows with views of the trees. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Peaceful Pines! The cozy cabin was perfect for us and our two dogs. The backyard is a huge blessing and allowed us to have some time together without our pups. Jay is a kind person and welcomed us when we arrived. We are hoping to make this an annual trip! Thank you Jay 🐾

Had a great time staying at Sarah’s house! Sarah was an amazing host and the home is so nicely done. Very peaceful and a short drive into town. The house had everything we needed and Sarah’s instructions and recommendations made things very comfortable.

Lisa and Ryan were excellent hosts! A cozy and beautiful home in the mountains. The area was peaceful and it offered a nice view.

Charming Cozy Stay in the Snow! We had a wonderful stay at this cute little Airbnb in Idyllwild! The space was perfect for two adults (and small pet-friendly too, which was a huge plus for us). The backyard is super big plenty of room to let your pup roam around. We visited during snowfall, and the whole experience felt like a winter wonderland. The home was warm, cozy, and just a short distance from the main village market. Super convenient for grabbing food or exploring local shops. Mario, our host, was incredibly attentive and responsive. He quickly addressed the small issues we encountered and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway!

Thank you so much for letting my family and I make a home out of your cabin for a few days! We celebrated our youngest daughter’s 6th birthday while we were there. Absolutely stunning little cabin! We stayed here for our honeymoon and Michael and Cat were such wonderful hosts. They had a beautiful bunch of flowers, eggs and fresh oranges for arrival. The cabin was so cozy and looked even better than the photos. It is in the most beautiful location and close to great restaurants. We can’t say anything negative for this gorgeous, romantic cabin.

Just got back from a wonderful girls’ weekend away at Heather’s cabin—we all really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed, and very clean. The location was perfect for us, on a quiet, walkable street that is just a few minutes’ drive in to town. The living room was somehow simultaneously super spacious and cozy for us to all hang out in. I may have to come back sometime during slightly warmer weather so I can really enjoy the screened-in porch and its gorgeous view.

Beautiful location, excellent cabin. Anita was very responsive, helpful and kind. Everything was exactly as described/pictured, all amenities were great, close to town and stores, provided items were perfect and thoughtful. Can not wait to visit again!!

Communication was clear, and Elena was always responsive. The home is beautiful and clean. The kitchen has all the amenities for a good morning coffee, or an eat-in dinner. Home temperature is easily controlled. The heated floors in the bathroom is a luxury touch. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us.

We had a wonderful time at this amazing cabin. The location was close to town. The home was beautiful, clean, cozy, and updated. We had 4 young children in the house, it was a perfect space for play and family time. We enjoyed the large deck to enjoy the lovely surroundings. We saw lots of wildlife including a beautiful hawk stretching in the early morning and a family of deer walking past! If you are trading with family, it is a great place to get away!

What a beautiful and peaceful home! We had the most relaxing week surrounded by nature and peace. Slow mornings on the sunny patio, bird watching, and beautiful walks. The WiFi is extremely fast and reliable. Highly recommend for anybody who has to be on nonstop video calls. This little cabin was like cream for our souls.

This was a great weekend getaway for my partner & I! This air bnb has everything you could need & is in such a great area! Near to downtown Idyllwild & lots to do. Highly recommend this place & we would come back in a heartbeat!
