Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

Love the place, perfect for a little weekend get away and lovely patio with morning sun!

This was truly a special place! I was a solo traveler and the room was very comfortable for me. Large bed and cute shower and bathroom area. As you step outside there is a gorgeous view of the mountains and palm trees by the pool and jacuzzi area. There was also a big lounging section for relaxation or playing games like foosball. There was even a firepit! The kitchen area in the room was well stocked with anything you may need. Coffee and water were included. The location is north of the main city section but I’ve walked through many times. Ubers are pretty inexpensive too. The host was lovely and very responsive. This is a one of a kind Airbnb and I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend of Coachella and had such a great stay! It was a quick drive to one of the shuttle spots, but the location was far enough away to allow us a peaceful stay before and after festival activities. The backyard is SO peaceful and the interior is clean, cute, and comfortable. Plus -- the water pressure in the shower was amazing!! They also had so many thoughtful amenities like waters and Sprites when we arrived, tea and coffee, a well-stocked kitchen, makeup towels, salts for the outdoor tub, and so much more. Such a great stay and friendly/communicative host.

We had a great stay! Condo was just as described, the pool was super close to the unit which we enjoyed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed to enjoy our meals! Thank you 😊 For festival goers, this location was only 7 mins from our shuttle pick up location which was great!

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

Our family (2 kids under 6, 4 adults) really enjoyed our stay at Michael’s property! It’s pristine and so well done— the decor, furniture, amenities, layout, etc all are very thoughtfully and well done. Felt like we were staying in a designer home. Although the square footage isn’t huge, we never felt crowded and the indoor/outdoor flow is great. The pool/backyard area is a great setup and we enjoyed grilling and outdoor dining + plenty of pool time. Kitchen is stocked with everything for home cooking too.

We had an wonderful stay! Palm Springs is fantastic for a chill family vacation and dose of sunshine, but our highlight was this house. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, privacy, and a perfect backyard for hours of entertainment. We had a minor issue with some outdoor lights on the first day, but the hosts were very responsive and this was quickly remedied. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed the space inside and out was perfect to have room to spread out. The space outside was as pictured with lots to do. More games than pictured were available. The outside grill and kitchen is perfect! So clean and in great condition. The pool and spa were perfectly overlooking the mountains and also perfect for stargazing. We had awful winds during part of our trip and the inside space was just as entertaining. Great space in the kitchen and tons of games to play. We will def book this space again.

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

Clio was very responsive and very helpful at all times. I will definitely keep her place at the top of my list when family members come to visit.

Cute and comfy place! Close to everything. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. Note that there is only a mini-fridge in the kitchen and some of the furnishings need a little TLC. But it was a good value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

Can not recommend this house enough!! Most favorite aspect is the location!! This house sits by some of the best restaurants in PS. The house cleanliness is pristine and host extremely responsive! Small gifts upon entering were a nice surprise!!

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. I've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and must say this was the most welcoming and well-furnished I've encountered. Thank you Justin and Daniel for a memorable week in Palm Springs! -Carol A.

We lived Devin as a host! Super kind and always there when we needed her. She came to the place to let us in and show us around when she didn’t even have to. I would definitely from Devin again and the place was perfect for my husband and l. Quiet and close To lots. Magdalena

This was by far one of our favorite rentals on Airbnb. Michael's condo is very comfortable. It is clean inside and out, including the wonderful pools and spas. We felt at home right away. We seriously did not ever have a need to contact the host. Everything we needed was already supplied. I love that the condo is not overly decorated and that it is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with convenient distance to everything Palm Springs. Our second stay at Riley and Kevin's fantastic apartment. We wouldn't really want to stay anywhere else, but it is rightly popular! Riley and Kevin were flexible with check in which we really appreciated in our jet lagged state. Wonderful location - peaceful yet just 5 mins walk to stores, restaurants, health food cafe, and bakery (and 7 minutes to a great outdoor 50m public swimming pool). In some seasons you could manage without a car - and it is very close to the airport- but also easy parking. The set up is perfect (kind of an L shape) so both bedrooms and baths have privacy if you want it and the kitchen and living area have everything you need, including board games. Good air conditioning aided by fans in each room. You can use the complex's swimming pools and hot tubs which are also peaceful (with neighbours, not parties!). Many thoughtful touches make it an ideal holiday base to explore the desert cities - we will be back!

Casa Rosario was an awesome place to spend our fourth anniversary. Everything was as described in the description given. We were happily surprised by the dual balconies, front and rear. We will absolutely book Casa Rosario again if she will have us!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Palm Springs! From the moment we arrived, we could tell this was going to be a special experience. The place was spotless,super clean, and clearly well cared for, which made us feel instantly at home. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a relaxing and stylish vibe that perfectly matched the desert surroundings. The space was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furniture, plush bedding, and all the amenities we needed for a restful getaway and ready for Coachella weekend!! 🌵🏜️ The attention to detail really stood out from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft towels and quality toiletries, everything was just right. Communication with the host was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this gem if you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable stay in Palm Springs. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in the condo at Canyon Shores. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a nice little shaded patio overlooking one of the many water features through the complex. There was also a charcoal grille outside. There is a master suite on each of the two levels with the bunk bedroom upstairs. The condo was very roomy. It was a very quiet complex during our stay. We had the pool (#4) pretty much to ourselves everyday. All pools are heated. Everyone we saw out and about in the complex were nice. Our daughter loved using the fitness center and had it all to herself each day. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It’s great value for a 3 bed 3 bath.

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.
