Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect find!! This property was so well decorated and furnished! modern, clean and filled with helpful amenities. It’s a stones throw from the beaches and coastal walk, and the sea can been seen and heard from the bedrooms which made it very relaxing. Ian is a great host! Very responsive and helpful and made sure we were well looked after. Highly recommend and we will be returning!! (FYI there’s another 1 bed small property - same owners I presume - attached to the house from the kitchen that has the back garden, the connecting door is locked though)

Very nice place in a good location. Right by the beach with some restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Peter was brilliant at responding when we needed something and very friendly. Good shower and bath. Would definitely stay there again.

I came here to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and family. The house was perfect for the weekend. It’s spacious and in a great location for access to Southwold, which has entertainment for kids and adults alike (beach for kids, brewery for adults!). The kitchen area was great for hosting such a large group (there were 10 of us inc kids). The living room was relaxing with nice large sofas. The host was very helpful and responsive from start to finish, and I would recommend this place if you want to visit Southwold or have somewhere to relax.

The house was exactly as described & had a real homely, cosy vibe. It had everything you needed and is right near a Tesco as well as a short walk through the little town to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and the area of Sheringham. Would highly recommend this place.

thanks so much for a lovely stay. a beautiful house in a really central location in Norwich city centre. parking at the house was great too. Leza was a great host, really responsive. we cannot recommend this house highly enough, perfect for a family group or friends to explore the city.

We stayed here for 2 nights as a party of 13 plus 2 kids for a 60th birthday. The house was absolutely amazing, plenty of space for all of us not to be on top of eachother. Rooms extremely clean as well as the bathrooms, toilet rolls, towels, hand soaps inc. Kitchen very well stocked with lots of plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses etc plenty of each for us all. Very clean kitchen with dishwasher tablets, kitchen rolls etc. little office with lots of books and games for all ages which was great. Lots of places around the house to chill out, snug area, conservatory and a grand living room. We will definitely book this beautiful house again. Thank you very much

We have stayed at Angie’s place previously and was so welcoming we booked again. It is ideally situated with free parking and everything on your doorstep. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. All the additional touches were welcomed. We had a wonderful stay.

Paul gave us detailed information prior to our visit which we found very reassuring and helpful. The property was situated in an excellent position only 3 minutes walk from the town centre. There was adequate on street parking very nearby. The property was very spacious and was furnished to a very high spec. The two short flights of stairs leading to the first floor were easily negotiable and well lit. North Norfolk is packed with lovely country walks and interesting places to visit and the bus and train stops are only a few minutes from your door. Thank you Paul for helping to make our visit so enjoyable.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Liam is very friendly, accomodating, and responding super fast. the apartment is very cozy, crisp clean, and exactly as in the ad. walking distance to very nice restaurants and cafes. i would definitely stay here next time over

Fantastic find - a perfect location with all of Cromer within close walking distance, but a really peaceful sanctuary. Loved having North Lodge Park at the end of the road. Easy private parking also a huge bonus. Flat was comfortable and spotlessly clean, kitchen very well supplied. Loved all the board games! Thanks for a great stay.

A very comfortable, cozy, place to stay, finished to a high standard. The perfect place to enjoy a couple of nights in North Norfolk. The only downside for a tall person was limited headspace in the bathroom and kitchen. Otherwise we had a fabulous time.

Emma’s apartment was perfect for mine and my girlfriend’s short trip to Cromer. From entering the property, we instantly felt at home. Well-furnished, equipped and comfortable, with the lovely addition of a welcome package, the space was made instantly welcoming. The bathroom was cleanly and spacious, the bedroom was a relaxing environment, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen/living space was a great place to come back to after a day of exploring the local area. Emma was a great host; she was always very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had a positive stay in her gorgeous apartment. Thank you so much again, Emma, for a peaceful and relaxing break away. We’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay, thanks to Emma’s kind hospitality and the comfortability of the apartment itself. We will definitely be looking to return soon :)

Fantastic couple of days in Cromer over New Year. This was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable and cosy, well equipped and clean, and walking distance for everything in town. Would happily stay again.

Our stay at Sea Mist was exceptional. The property was pristine, inside and out. Elaine was brilliant at communicating with us from start to finish. We really appreciated the extras that we didn’t expect, cake, crumpets, milk, orange juice etc, thank you so much. We also appreciated the kindness that Elaine showed, knowing we had booked as a party of 3 to include our beloved dog, only to have lost him suddenly due to illness, prior to our stay, Elaine made sure that doggie items were not visible during our trip. We hope to come back and stay again, we have stayed in many places in Winterton and this is by far the best place for 2 that we have been to. Highly recommend.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
