Absolutely beautiful, tranquil, park-like setting. Very quiet. Frequent visitor of many wild turkeys, squirrels and deer right in the yard. 💙 Centrally located but in a peaceful, rural setting. A hop, skip and a jump to great restaurants, shopping, Ohio River. Definitely all the comforts of home. I hated to leave but will return if ever needed. Thank you so much. 👍🏼

Stayed here for a winter work retreat with 12 people. Communication was good, had some Internet challenges upon arrival but the owner resolved that very quickly! It’s an old hunting lodge, so if you don’t mind being one with nature and need loads of space, this is your place! The listing is very accurate, so read carefully- lots of stink bugs and japanese beatles. Thank you for a great stay, it met our needs (and beds are very comfortable)!

Kaci and Chuck’s place is exactly what we needed for the week we visited family. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed how peaceful it was. We even brought our chihuahua and she loved it! It felt like a French lakeside cottage, very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We’ve found a home away from home for when we visit family and will be back!

Absolutely magical, beautiful space. Well kept trails, easy access to the river. Everything id clean. Everything works as it should. Lori is fun and phenomenal, and very responsive. The cabin is well built and beautiful as well. Great place all around!

This was our fifth year at The Farm. It's always a highlight for our sports team. They love exploring the farm and making s'mores around the fire.

I thru a 72nd birthday party for my aunt. We had 13 girls. We stayed by the pool area. Whether we were in the hot tub, sauna, pool or sitting by the pool chatting and catching up. I live locally and it was a pretty central location for all of us to come together. The house was so nice. We are planning on returning later this year or again next year at this time. We are wanting to go when the weather is nice to experience the outdoor pool, seating area and overall atmosphere.

We are return visitors to Tonya’s place. She is friendly and her place is so welcoming. She goes out of her way to make us feel right at home. We’ll definitely book again. Thank you Tonya!
