My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kristen’s place. We enjoyed dinner nearby on Lake Palestine, caught a few fish in the pond, enjoyed the hot tub, and slept well. It was definitely an outdoorsy, off the grid stay for us and that is what we wanted. The cabin was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee, sodas, and snacks. Thank you Kristen for hosting.

It was a beautiful place and my partner and I enjoyed the area so much. We loved looking at the picture books they had of them building the cabin and all the personal details. Listening to the birds in the morning was one of the highlights of our stay. So cozy and comfortable!

What a wonderful escape from the city. The grounds are gorgeous and there is so much to do while you relax. Can't wait for another great stay. :)

if in the area I would highly recommend staying in this cabin in the woods if you're looking for peace and quiet off the beaten path. we got in late and had no issues getting in we had to get up early in the morning so we weren't able to enjoy the surrounding scenery but the place is in the country quiet peaceful and had beautiful surroundings just didn't have time the next morning to take it all in.

We had a great time, it was nice to get away and be alone. We loved the outdoor kitchen and tge cabin right by the water! They had wood ready for us to use when we needed it we used the Blackstone as well both great grills! We went fishing but didn't catch anything but maybe next time! Kristen is a great host we had a great time and will be back again!

All I can say is this place is absolutely perfect. The location is very private, and absolutely beautiful. The best way to describe the stay was peaceful. Kelley was unbelievably accommodating throughout the entire stay. I can’t thank her enough for being such an amazing host. I hope to stay again in the future.

The location was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The view was breathtaking, the bedroom Was warmly peaceful, seating down on the deck looking at the pond with my glass of wine . The host are very friendly and very helpful. Above all I fall in love with the place, I will definitely come back again

This stay was exactly what I was looking for- lots of nature and a nice trail inside the property that My dog absolutely loved. There is other guest on the property but everyone stays in their own area. It's a really cute little lake town that we really enjoyed. Would love to visit again when driving by.

Fantastic cabin to rent if you plan on enjoying nature, or if you are planning on attending a paintball tournament. That is what me and my family did, and was a super easy to walk to the field. Would recommend to anyone who is interested!

Needed a place last minute and Kelley was quick to respond and offer insight. The place was perfect for my family of 5 with 3 children ages 12, 9, and 4. The view was wonderful! Would highly recommend and stay again. Dollar General is 10 minutes away if needed.

My boyfriend and I have stayed here multiple times. Each time has been peaceful and calm. We love the huge bed and overhead shower. The space is cozy and perfect for anyone needing a place to stay. The hosts worked with me on an early check-in and a late check-out. Everything was perfect. I cannot wait to book again!

Patti was an awesome host! Beautiful place with Amazing night sky views. Two porches to take it all in! The house had everything we needed plus more. Close to many surrounding towns. Highly recommend!

Spent my anniversary here with my girlfriend, beautifully designed cabin in a very peaceful location. The hot tub on the porch has a great view of the lake at sunset and the hosts are very communicative. We had a very special anniversary here, would definitely recommend this place!

Extremely nice and very responsive hosts. Booked this beautiful place for my girlfriend on her birthday and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back and hopefully have time for the hot tub next time around.

We enjoyed our stay at Dennis and Kelly’s barn. It was a last minute booking and we arrived late at night, but they accommodated our stay and everything was as described. My son and I really enjoyed the animals in the morning, and Dennis was kind enough to let us feed them. Great stay!

Carol was extremely nice and thoughtful! I was celebrating my bday and she left me lots of yummy goodies including a cupcake and individual pie! I loved everything about this place! Highly recommend!! I couldn’t get a great picture of the bluebirds because they are fast and I didn’t bring my professional camera, but they have a 🪺 on the porch!

While we’ve stayed at this location before it’s the first time we stayed at Jerry’s. We loved it! It was cleaned. Comfortable. & as always it’s such a beautiful place. I’ll definitely be staying again

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and we loved it. The Christmas decor was so cute and they had snacks which was a nice touch. Felt safe and cozy.
