Easy, walkable area convenient for staying in Downtown Indy.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Great spot especially of you're going to Lucas Oil Stadium as it's less than 2 miles away so a short drive. Place is really clean and cozy. You get your own garage. Coded lockpads to get in so no worrying about keys. Clear checkout instructions too. All in all I would recommend.

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay, great location! Make sure to check out the coffee shop right across the street, as well!

I loved this space so much. I can’t wait to go back. It was way bigger than the pictures looked, and I enjoyed my stay and wish I’d planned for longer. It made me want my own apartment space within the building. It was great to park in the garage close to the room without the use of elevator, and was easy to locate. I loved loved it. Thank you again !

The place was great. Briana was quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. We walked to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse for a Pacers game. Highly recommend.

Craig was the ultimate host and his home did not disappoint. It was spotless and very comfortable for all of us! The pictures do not do this home justice. The family that we were there to visit we're only a 5-minute walk, which made it even better! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend that you stay there too!

We love our stay! Trisha was extremely responsive and accommodating to us. We were in town for doctors appointments for our kids and needed a slightly later check out which she happily accommodated which was a lifesaver. The house was squeaky clean, which I am a stickler on. it was also very visually pleasing, stocked with kitchen essentials, towels and toiletries, which made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the gated for a porch for our kids to play on! It was nestled in a very quiet part of the neighborhood and was only a block away from a little park! If you’re a foodie, there’s not many places nearby to eat, but we used DoorDash, which was convenient and worked out just fine! Tricia was kind enough to recommend a local spot to us. She was also very communicative about the check-in process ahead of time which went smooth, and also the checkout process was very minimal and simple. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area!

William was a great host. He made sure everything was perfect.

A welcome retreat before and after my son’s wedding at a local venue. It was so nice to be able to have a place to relax after the rehearsal & wedding. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the pool!

I absolutely loved Ellen's charming, quirky little house and the thoughtful details throughout. I was in town to share Thanksgiving with my elderly parents nearby and my brother spent a night with me TG night, meaning he could spend an extra day with family without adding stress to our mom & dad. The house was immaculately clean on check-in, and the kitchen was so well-stocked I was able to prepare much of the family feast there! Many thanks to Ellen for making our family gathering stress-free all around. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Plenty of space for our group, very close to the event we were in town to attend, and kitchen had all the tools we needed to prepare our meals.

We stayed in the house over Christmas while visiting family and found it to be comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms each have a bath and are quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. It is possible to cook a meal. The neighborhood is desirable and full of restaurants and shops. Four adults and a non- walking baby fit nicely.

We had such a fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Christy was so helpful and accommodating, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

James's condo was absolutely perfect for our quick trip. The place was easy to find, clean, and exactly as it is described/shown in the listing. Beds were comfortable, living area has great natural light, and everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. James is a great communicator and make checking in and out a breeze. Ripping some Skynyrd on the record player was a nice bonus too! Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great weekend in Indy. The home was perfect and specious for the four of us and was a fantastic location.

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!
