Great spot! We're from out of town and not used to the cold of Minneapolis but the house kept us cozy. Private, calm neighborhood right by a river and a liquor store. We had 4 people here and it was perfect.

Had a couple of minor issues, but these were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Clean place, great instructions, lots of space for eight adults. Two nice seating areas made it easy to have multiple conversations going. Great value for the cost. Recommend staying there again if we are in the MSP area. Central location provided access to airport, downtown, and family on NW and SE part of town.

It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived that there was a pool table and ping pong table downstairs! It was a great way to spend some time. The place was very nice and looks liked the pictures. When we arrived there wasn’t enough towels however we messaged the hosts and towels were delivered within an hour. Great response time. Would definitely stay here again. 10-15 minutes away from a lot of fun activities.

Florence was absolutely wonderful to work with! Always available for any question and very informative of the house and its amenities as well as its beautiful surroundings. The perfect house for my family and friends to gather for my bachelorette! So much space to play games and enjoy each other’s company while also separate enough from the bedrooms to allow for people to slip away when they needed to rest or have some time to themselves. A beautiful house perfect for large gatherings. Florence was so flexible with our schedule and our needs and was so helpful making sure our stay was as perfect as possible.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet and charming. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great experience!

Warm and cozy felt like a spiral retreat Away from home. Will be staying there on my visits to see my daughter "son-in-law and the grandchildren. Really blessed to have found this diamond in the rough.

The studio was as described and I enjoyed my stay here with my dog. The additional heating in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely Beautiful private lake!!!! The owner was extremely friendly and came to say hello. He told us about the lake and all of the features on his property. There were kayaks and my favorite, the canoe! We saw so much wildlife and beautiful views of nature! We spotted a bald eagle, snapping turtle, fish, lotus plants and cattails! There was a beautiful firepit that was a fun time! It was great to have a clean shower to jump into after the refreshing lake. The house was quaint, clean, and we had no problems keeping cool with the AC and Fans! I loved the natural woodwork and character of the space. My husband and I wanted to stay longer! Tons to do, boat rentals across the street, great restaurants and breweries, and an abundance of natural beauty, all in walking distance. We drove over to the next town to explore and couldn’t wait to return to the lake!

Such a comfortable and homey flat. We were in town for college visits and had a rental car. The location is just outside downtown so it’s quiet and residential with no problems getting downtown within 10 min. Cute restaurants, cafes and bars were in walking distance (if you’re up to braving the cold in winter). We arrived past midnight but Grace’s instructions were perfect so check in was a breeze. Street parking was always available on the block so we had no problem there. The flat was warm and inviting and everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and even cooked a few dinners in. We highly recommend Grace’s flat for a perfect stay.
