This little home was totally perfect! It is cute and cozy in a great location, convenient to everything yet very peaceful. There is also a great walking bike path close by as well. The house was cute as a button and the kitchen had everything one could want. The linens and down comforter were sooo cozy for our winter stay. Wayne was fantastic. I totally understand why many guests choose to stay here on a regular basis. It was a perfect home base. Thank you!!

Our stay was wonderful. It was as expected with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. The floors were creaky as listed, but we've always lived in old houses so it didn't bother us at all. For being such an old house, it was warm and cozy with no drafts. I would suggest opening a window when cooking so you don't set the fire alarm off, but it was good to know they were working! All instructions were laid out in a book on the table and easy to follow. Neighborhood is artsy and quiet with plenty to do within walking distance. Josh was very helpful and responsive, and gave us plenty of privacy. They even helped me find running trails since im unfamiliar with the area. We would love to come back!

Tim is a good host to communicate with and to solve our concerns very quickly. The house is clean and well organized. Worth every dollar I paid. Overall great experience.

Lovely home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Just the right size for our family of 6. Was clean and had some nice updates throughout the house. Priced well, and a good location. Accommodated our very last minute trip. Would stay again.

Our time at this sweet duplex was excellent! And, when I left a sweater behind, the host sent it to me at no charge! I will gladly stay at this location again.

What a gem of a house! We loved our stay at Crystal’s home over the holidays. The neighborhood is beyond charming - quaint and residential, but just a short walk to coffee shops etc. Our dog loved exploring the large fenced in yard. The King bed upstairs was very comfortable, and the entire house was well set up for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

This place totally met our needs, plenty of space to relax and hang out. The pool was perfect! Workout facilities were adequate to allow us to not get too off track! Great value!

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

Had a great stay. Tyler is a great host, everything was prepared and ready for us. The apartment was clean and everything worked properly. There was paid parking right across the street, and even cheaper parking in the ramp around the corner. The views are really something.

Prachi’s place felt like we found a little spa alongside our AirB&B! We stayed during super cold days in February and the sauna and the fantastic steam shower felt amazing. We plan on going again in the summer to check out the pool. Don’t miss her place if it’s available. Definitely worth it!

This apartment is perfect for a couple nights! The space is so eclectic but really homey. Lived the vintage vibes of the kitchen appliances and the helpful notes that Julie left. Julie was also great and put down more rugs for my senior dog!

Nadine’s place was so well cared for and had everything you needed for a stay. The fenced in backyard was a huge hit with our dogs. The entire place felt comfortable from the minute we arrived. The location is amazing, with a pocket of wonderful restaurants two minutes down the street. We’d happily stay here again, and would recommend to anyone needing a pet-friendly spot in the cities.

We were in town for a few days for friend’s funeral. So, as a last minute booking, we couldn’t have been happier! Every bed was reportedly incredibly comfortable: mine definitely was. I have neck issues, so I was super happy about that. Everything was clean. Dorcas was responsive. And we had no issues whatsoever. Overall, a happy experience.

I stayed here as a temporary housing insurance situation and it was lovely. room for all 3 of our pets, huge backyard for the dog, cozy fireplace to sit at and work and almost anything I could need in the kitchen. the host was great to work with and very flexible considering I was there for a couple of weeks. I would absolutely stay here again if need be.

Kelley’s mid-century retro combines classic charm with modern amenities. My guests and I felt at home right from check-in, and we enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful, and quiet stay.
