My partner and I had an amazing time staying at Eugene's apartment. It was so cosy and inviting; it felt like home. Everything was clean and neatly placed. The small balcony allowed us to have some fresh air especially on the days that were inside due to the snow. It was very easy for us to check-in and check-out, the instructions were clear and Eugene was very responsive when I had an queries. We drove to a lot of restaurants nearby which wasn't a problem as we had a car, lots of good places to eat at. Having such a nice place to stay at really made my first time in the US that much better. I look forward to my next visits!!

The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, with beautiful views of the river. Nicole was responsive and helpful during check in and check out. It was exactly what we were looking for!

This property was perfectly suited for our holiday vacation. This was our first time staying in this area of Richmond. It's now our favorite and in close proximity to Hubby's parents. A five-star rating relates to accurate listing and amenities of the property.

Our group had a wonderful time. Christine’s home was beautifully decorated without the loss of function which was awesome! Plenty of towels and all the amenities one could need. Christine was flexible and responsive. We had everything we needed.

Did not disappoint! The house is spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the river and marsh. Setting is private and peaceful. The layout was perfect for our group of 12 that included ages ranging from toddler to great-grandparents. We found the house clean and well-equipped. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or to escape to a bedroom or nook for some quiet time. Thank you to Ruby, who was an excellent, attentive host!

While our reservation was not able to be completed, due to change in circumstances, I highly recommend Jenny's place! She was quick to respond and made sure to connect with me regarding the student of whom this reservation was for.

Everything was fantastic and as advertised. The entertainment room with the hugh and comfortable couch was certainly the coolest thing about this place, but everything else was just as great. Would definitely choose to stay here again. Perfect for those that want a more private and quiet stay. Likely not for those that want a more active community as things to do and see are a decent drive away, which wasn’t a deal breaker thing for us.

What a lovely place! It has been an incredible and memorable experience having passed Christmas and NYE at this place. Lots of memories to the family! For last. The snow came and made everything even more special! Angela is a fantastic host and very helpful. We look forward to getting back to Mrs Ellie!

Fabulous get away. Clean, stunning open views of river. Can get outside and look for sharks’ teeth, shells, and simply be. If you pack along some groceries, absolutely no reason to leave.
