Let me start by saying—Jay, Kel, and Quan were absolutely some of the best hosts I’ve ever had! Everything about their luxury apartment home was perfect. The space was clean, spotless, and exactly as described. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Communication with the hosts was seamless—they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. I also really appreciated the secure garage parking for my vehicle; it made things so much easier and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Amazing food places near the home also close to everything I needed to go during my stay. Huge shoutout to the hosts—thank you, thank you! I’ll definitely be booking with them again.

I stayed here on a solo trip & it was beautiful & central to where I needed to be with a lot of great food options walking distance ! Only a 10 min drive from State Farm arena & about a 20min drive to the airport ! I highly enjoyed my stay

Excellent place to stay. The hosts were responsive and provided easy instructions. Kitchen is well stocked and the unit is very clean and up to date. Will definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying at one of their properties, and once again, everything was perfect. The home is very clean, cozy, and feels just like home. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host is incredibly responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Thomas' home was just as advertised. His home was beautiful. I was only in Atlanta to visit Six Flags, so I wasn't at the home much. But, I was always comfortable while in the home. I'm also a simple guest, so I usually don't bother my host much, but the few questions I had, Thomas was very clear and prompt with his responses. He was also very proactive with his approach. Even when I didn't need anything, he was always checking on how everything was going. It was nice knowing he actually cared that my stay was pleasant. And last, but not least, the wine he provided was a fantastic touch. With the day I had before leaving home for my trip, being able to wind down in comfort with a glass of wine came in clutch. I 100% recommend staying at Thomas'. And being that I purchased season passes for my son and I, I highly recommend booking Thomas before I do as I plan on trying to stay at Thomas' home for every visit. Thank you for your hospitality, Thomas!

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The home was comfortable, with easy check-in and check-out, and the parking was very accessible. Communication with the host was great—clear and responsive. The location was convenient, with lots of people walking by on their way to the Beltline, which made the area feel lively. The only downside was the noise from the garage opening and closing. Otherwise, everything was great, and I would recommend this stay to others!

Worked perfectly for my quick stay. Kitchen was much smaller than i expected but it was well equipped. The place was clean and just as shown in photos

Avanna was very detailed for what she advertised for the location so you get what you see. We liked everything including the patio. She was very responsive especially during check-in when we encountered issues. It was a bit of a hassle getting the key and there was spotty signal in the lobby of the area. I did pay for secured parking. We weren’t really able to figure out at the end if the location of the apartment could be accessed easier via the parking garage or if we really did need to walk quite long (about 5 minutes to get there). When returning the parking pass, we had to leave the garage, park outside, come back and return the parking pass, and drop off the keys. There were also other menial tasks that we had to complete during the checkout process that made me question what the cleaning fee was for. This might be a standard experience and the checkout process was detailed for what would be expected prior to, but it was a lot for checkout.

This Airbnb was the definitive choice for celebrating my birthday with family, friends, and colleagues. The description was absolutely accurate—110% without a doubt. Our host, Trev, excelled in every aspect: he was accommodating, hospitable, and consistently responsive. I strongly recommend booking this place, and I will definitely be returning for future stays!

We came to Atlanta for a quick visit to the aquarium and the zoo. The house met all of our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Lounging on the back patio was peaceful!! It was a major plus that the house provided a pac n play. We greatly appreciated Tim being very accommodating and responsive.

Family on spring break first time in Atlanta. Ashley was a great host. She offered up a ton of great places to visit and was quick with communication. The house has a great location. Close to everything! House was exactly as advertised. Beds were cozy! I would highly recommend parking on the street as the drive way was tight! We would stay here again.

Better than advertized. The house was new with a clean European open design. Located in the heart of the Old 4th Ward 100 yards from the Beltline. Restaurants, bars and clubs in easy walking distance. There is so much foot traffic on the Beltline that you always feel secure. I love how Krog Street has developed. A great spot.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home. Everything was clean and well stocked. Only caution I would make is driveway is shared with tenants in the house next door. Larger vehicles may find parking in driveway problematic. Clearer instructions on parking would be helpful. But our questions/concerns about parking were answered promptly. We appreciated the owner/property manager efforts to make our stay perfect.

Provided towels, refreshments, and more than enought snacks to make us feel at home. I hope to stay again in the future!

Doug is an excellent host. Very responsive and made it clear that he was out to ensure a great trip for us! He was proactive in ensuring the place was ready for us, and even left the lights on when he found out we’d be arriving at night.
