Nice, quiet location. Easy walk to downtown and the Floyd Country Store. Apartment had everything we needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Even spare toothbrushes and toothpaste! Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying here and I would stay again. Clean, comfortable space. I had an issue with entering the building (the keypad malfunctioned) but Katie responded immediately and had a back up method in place for such instances. The keypad was promptly replaced the next day. She takes pride in maintaining her properties and ensuring her guests have a positive experience.

Absolutely loved it here. Will be back. Felt right at home. Katie and her team were incredibly responsive. Very central to anywhere you need to go. Plenty of space and everything you need. Wish I would have stayed here when I was in town for 2 weeks!

Katie is an amazing host and this property was just what we were looking for! Katie was very responsive to all questions and provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay. The property was just as described, the space was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and calm. We’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s always such a great experience. It's super clean, super comfy, and in a great location—perfect for catching a few baseball games at Ferrum College. Honestly, we don’t even look at other places anymore. This is our go-to whenever we’re in town! Highly recommend.

This place was clean and how it was described. Katie's response time was fast and fixed issues quickly. Wifi wasnt great on your phone but connected great on TV. Overall good place, bed and sofa are comfortable.

I do not get to Danville often, but when I do I will definitely look to stay with Katie again. The space was warm and inviting, quiet and in walking distance to good food.

We were in town for the race and the location was perfect!! There is shopping literally around the corner and we felt safe and at home. If we were to come back to beautiful Virgina for anything we would absolutely try to snag this great place again. I didn't hear any of the people that were staying in the other units, so I would say it was quiet as well. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and recommend places to go as well. overall wonderful place to stay.

This basement apartment is well appointed and maximized for comfort. Quality furnishings, including very comfortable queen bed with premium mattress, pillows, and bedding. Great dresser and closet. Space heaters were more than adequate for cold nights. Located in the back of a neighborhood, this was a pleasant and peaceful experience. The stocked Keurig and snacks were nice touches.

Just great people . Always responded fast to anything. Locked myself out and they were there in no time. More than helpful. Highly recommend.

Cozy place, everything ypu could possibly need to cook with and a washer and dryer as well if needed.

JoAnn was incredible responsive. Had a problem with fan on bathroom smelling like cigarettes and she fix it right away. Didn’t feel very safe in neighborhood unfortunately. Parking was my biggest concern and arriving at place after 10+ hours drive I have to ask people to move car since the spot was blocked. Another night after work someone was parked again at the spot and was very inconvenient to be asking for it and explaining to people. I was stressed by the values I had in the car big items I couldn’t carry in and out. Apartment was nice inside. Cleaning can be a little better.

Wonderfully thought out items included throughout the apartment. The historical clock on Main St was a beautiful historical landmark. Would love to stay again.

Thank you for a lovely and peaceful stay! The place and atmosphere is beautiful and serene. We especially loved the amazing out of this world dream shower!! The shower alone was worth the stay. I mean you gotta see this amazing spa like shower. Also the host was very kind and attentive and genuine. As far as I'm concerned this is a "must stay" if traveling thru the area. Thanks guys.

I stayed at Brianna’s for a work trip and it was perfect! The bed was comfy, the space was clean and had everything I needed!

The place was really special. The view from the balcony was picturesque. I was just sorry I had to work and couldn't spend more time taking in the views. Michelle did a great job communicating with me. Everything was exactly as proposed. The place had everything I needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Thank you again and I may be back when work calls.

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and spices. The home was very clean and very cozy. There is a neighboring town about 15 minutes away, so there were plenty of food and grocery options. It is a perfect remote get away.

Lenora is very responsive and the unit is just as she described it. The grounds around the buildings are spacious and offer a beautiful view of Smith Mountain across the lake. Great value!

We love Peggy’s place. The view is wonderful, and everything well apportioned. This is our second stay and would gladly visit again.
