Great house, perfect if you want to be secluded and unbothered. House had plenty of amenities and had everything that we needed. Instructions were clear and the house had more than what we needed.

Loved this house on the lake. The stars from the dock were spectacular! Stacie was a great host and the instructions were easy and clear. The house is comfortable and cozy.

Overall we had a wonderful stay in this large home in the town of Floyd. It was very walkable, the backyard was perfect and fenced for kids, and there were huge bedrooms and multiple living spaces for our group of 12 to spread out. Its important to mention that the bathrooms were very small, and the upstairs bathroom was more the size of a half bath with a tub squeezed inside. Also, be aware that the top bunks do not have railings on them and the mattresses hang over the edge by a couple of inches. It was a great place to reconnect with family and I'm so grateful we rented here.

We cannot say enough positive about our stay at Jessica's home. This house felt like home and offered our family the perfect location in which to create lasting memories. Jessica was helpful, communicative, gracious, and just the perfect host. The home was spacious and offered so much area in which our grandchildren could play. It also provided the opportunity for us to actual host our Virginian grandchildren rather than just visit. Since leaving, they continue to ask to go back to the "farm." We hope to make this place our "home away from home." It was perfect! While a very rural location, it was convenient to Rocky Mount as well as a few closer convenient stores. Just loved it!

Dannie and Nancy are amazing people! They made our short stay so amazing and felt more like being at an amazing family lake house than a rental. The lake house is a little piece of heaven. I'm a disabled Veteran that struggles with ptsd and anxiety and being here was so good for my mind heart and soul. Me and my wife loved it and loved meeting Dannie and Nancy in person! we are already planning trips back and can't wait. we thank Dannie and Nancy so much and highly recommend staying at their place!

This is a super cute, spacious spot that is conveniently located to our favorite Floyd shops and restaurants.

Nice place peaceful sleep . Had trouble getting in at first and the wifi never worked but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

Jennifer’s place is such a gem. If you like being on the lake and having all the toys and amenities already taken care of for you then this is your place. I have my own kayaks but it was nice to not to have to worry about bringing them. Kayaks for adults and kids, paddle boat, paddle board, beautiful deck, multiple ladders to get out after swimming. They have board games and a karaoke machine that was so fun. The porch was so nice and relaxing. Better than the pictures. You should stay here.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Keepin it Real! This condo has everything you could ever need and more. Hosts were very responsive from booking through stay. They definitely did a great job utilizing the small space-two people is the perfect number. Very comfortable and clean. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Dollar General is close, groceries about 10 minutes away. Very nice deck with nice furniture. There are quite a few steps down to the condo from the parking lot and down to the pool. Dogs have to be walked up near the parking lot in the grassy area. There is no lake access for swimming-just for boats.

Allison was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is well kept well decorated and comfortable for our stay. Mariners point and her rental allows access to lots of social and sport activities making the stay that much more enjoyable. Access to 12 pickleball courts large workout facilities and indoor/outdoor pools.

This was an outstanding place. First thing I noticed upon arrival was how clean and well kept the place was. Like spotless. Linens were clean and great quality. Beds were super comfortable. Location was great— lake front. Very safe. This place was PERFECT for our family— we have 3 small kids and took advantage of the pool, playground and small beach, all of which are walkable from the place. We also walked to the “bites and pints” where there was food and live music. Wonderful.

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!

The place is as pictured, comfy and clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend and stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our Christmas stay! It was extremely peaceful and the view was spectacular. The onsite dining was very convenient and the food was delicious. We were able to get out and walk, my husband and son had great luck fishing. I would love to come back during the summer season. The condo was clean and beautiful. Judy is a wonderful host.

This small cabin was perfect! We live about an hour away in NC and just wanted to get away for a night and I'm so glad we chose Andy's cabin. It was just like the photos, felt SO clean and the bed was super comfy. To be in the middle of the woods, it felt very safe. I would absolutely stay here again!

I definitely come back to Wayne’s place! Its feels like home. Warming apartment, with all that a family needs to be comfortable! Super clean, white bed sheets, white towel, all the electronics are new. And the best is the host. I will never forget my black Starbucks coffee. Thank you Wayne for being such a nice person! Hope to come back soon!

Andy’s cabin in Martinsville was the perfect getaway! Cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful location and beautiful views made it ideal for relaxation. Andy was a great host, offering an easy check-in process and navigation to the location. I highly recommend for a quiet, nature-filled retreat!

Perfect for a quick getaway. Lots of wood for the fire, thoughtful touches throughout the space, and Alex is a sweet, friendly soul. My husband and I are both 6ft tall - any taller than us and you might not be able to stand up straight inside! Toilet is now a flush toilet which was an upgrade, and a person taller than us will probably struggle to use it 😅. We will definitely return and check out other offerings.

The place was small and quaint. My hubs and I were very happy and comfortable with the location and the trailer. It was peaceful and serene. There are fire pits and tiki torches all around. Not five miles from there is the cute downtown area of Martinsville with good food and bars. Shay has a vision to make that place amazing! Great experience!
