Я никогда не была в более красивом и уединенном месте. Прекрасная вилла и конечно же невероятный Которский залив с частным пляжем! Давно хотела сюда попасть и ни капли не разочаровалась, даже с тем условием, что нам не повезло с погодой. Особенно восхитила гостиная с невероятным видом на залив, кухня, оснащенная всем необходимым и даже больше, два бассейна и частный оборудованный пляж. Всем рекомендую это неземное место, отдельное спасибо хозяйке Ирине и менеджеру Ольге за отзывчивость и гостеприимство. Обязательно вернусь сюда большой компанией на более длительное время;)

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

We loved our stay! Beautiful scenery and the location was walking distance to almost everything and to more restaurants than we could eat at. Violeta made check in and check a breeze and helped with all questions we had as first time travelers to Montenegro. I highly recommend this place and Violeta as a host.

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

Wonderful place. Never felt so much privacy. The view is stunning. If you are coming in the direction from Zagreb, don’t listen to Google maps on the shortest route. Go all the way down to the roundabout, take the third exit and go up the hill. Mario is super responsive and will always guide you via WA text or even call if you get lost - especially about the light switches. 😁

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

We had a great time staying at one of Nadas studios. Sitting at the terrace, you have a lovely sea-view. It's only a few minutes to the seafront with beaches and restaurants but the way back is a little workout. Nadas nice yard has a hammock and a porch swing and there are kiwis and grapes growing. One everything, Nada gave a barbecue for all the guests and the food was just amazing. Nadas hospitality is great, she was always available for questions and at our arrival when we got a little lost, she drove all the way to find us and guide us the way. The kitchen is very basically equipped so it is not ideal to really cook in there. All in all, we can definitely recommend the place and would go back there!

7-10 Aralık tarihleri arasında konakladık. Bir oda ve banyo iki kişinin kalması için yeterli. Salaş bir yer, büyük lüks arayışı olanlara uygun değil. Buna rağmen klima, sıcak su, internet ve mutfak ve balkon mevcut. Basitçe günlük yemek ihtiyaçları karşılanabilir. Manzarası körfeze bakıyor ve keyifli. Yaz aylarında çok daha keyifli olacağına eminim ama sürekli yağmurlu ve soğuk Tivat kışında bile bizi herhangi bir şey üzmedi. Fiyat/perfomans açısından tavsiye edilir.

Charming house with lots of natural light. I enjoyed reading out on the patio under the lovely fruit trees. The area is easy to drive to and you can walk to the sea from the house. Marijana was a wonderful host, answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

Très bon appartement avec une hôte accueillante, restaurants, plage, cafés, salles de sport, bus etc... à proximité. Des pistes de promenades accessible le long de la plage, en forêt et en montagne. Destination idéale pour court séjour tout comme pour long séjour.

appartement situé à l'étage dans une maison ou vit l'hote les 2 entrées sont bien séparées ageable, nous etions avec un autre couple, l'appartement possede 2 salles de bains et 4 chambres bien disposées 2 terrasses : une devant face à la mer et l'autre derriere logement propre et entretenu poser la question du parking avant l'arrivée si vous êtes en voiture car les places sont rares dans ce village mais nos hôtes se sont très bien débrouillées pour placer nos 2 voitures

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

Tanja uzakta olmasına rağmen harika iletişim kurdu. Küçük aksaklıklara büyümeden anında çözüm buldu. Fiyat performans orantılıydı. Mekanda olması gerekenden fazlasıyla eşya var, pilaj malzemeleri dahi var. Tam bir yaşam alanı. Teşekkürler Tanja seneye görüşmek üzere 😘 😘

A little piece of paradise tucked away in the hills above the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house is comfortable (with effective air-conditioning and reliable WiFi), but it's the large outside space that really steals the show - lots of terraces with seating and umbrellas or trees for shade, we enjoyed eating all our meals in different places! Relaxing with a cool beer and a book with those amazing views and the sound of the cicadas was heavenly. The kids loved the pool (which is bigger than it appears in the photos) and it's all wonderfully private. As mentioned in other reviews, the 10-mins drive up from Morinj is steep and narrow (don't rent too big a car!), and it took a while to get used to parking in the steep driveway, so this place is not suitable for nervous drivers, or in fact for anyone with mobility problems. There is loads to do in the area - you could have a chilled-out beach holiday, soak up historic culture, or enjoy hiking and watersports. Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Herceg Novi are all within easy reach. The tourist areas and beaches were busy, but we had expected that in July. Alexandra and Gunther were fantastic hosts and always responded promptly with loads of information including practical details and tourist tips. Highly recommended!

Quinze jours très agréable. Maison fonctionnelle propre et bien entretenue. Les hôtes sont agréables, bien vaillants, très très bon accueil par Zeljko et son épouse, réactifs et très très honnête. Equipement de la maison très bien, beaucoup d'ustensile pour cuisiner (lave vaisselle en panne). Le jardin est très agréable et l'espace devant la maison pour manger au top (abrité et à l'ombre). Parking facile. Access à la maison rapide la route principale passe juste en contre bas. (un peu bruyant). Plage et bord de mer à 10mn à pied. Quartier autours de la maison en grand travaux ! pendant que nous y étions. un peu de bruit par moment. Un super séjour super Merci Zeljko

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Montenegro und Jas und Rosa haben es zu einer unvergesslichen Erinnerung gemacht . Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben es uns einfach gemacht das wir uns schnell wie zu Hause fühlten . Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön . Jas hat uns viele Tips gegeben und war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an die liebe Rosa . Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Eine traumhaft schöne Wohnung mit direktem Blick aufs Meer , die Bucht und die Natur. Große separate Terrasse. Wir haben herrliche Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, perfekt sauber und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Strand und Restaurantbesuche. Der herrlich große Pool mit Meerblick lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Danjela ist eine großzügige und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Mila als der gute Engel vor Ort sorgt dafür, dass alles perfekt ist. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit.

Endroit très agréable et très propre et Marija très gentille et serviable, si nous revenons au Monténégro et que nous cherchons un logement dans ce coin nous retournerons chez elle!

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnelle (four, barbecue, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. La proximité des commerces (en voiture) et d’Herceg Novi est un plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible et accueillant pour leurs vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un éventuel retour au Monténégro !

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a cozy stay. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a place with stunning scenery and a thoughtful host, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

Ana was a perfect hostess. We were supposed to be there 6 people, but only 2 of us made it, because our flights were cancelled. She offered us to reschedule our stay without us asking. Sadly we couldn’t do that.. She has waited until very late for our friends check in no questions asked. At least two of our friends had a chance to enjoy their stay and they loved it. Thank you Ana!

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.
