What an absolutely beautiful home. We had the most lovely few nights at Daisy & James home. Large comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space. Everything you could possibly need. We loved it and would really recommend for a group of friends or family. Thank you for a fabulous stay! X X X

We had a lovely stay at Boulsdon Croft. The setting is absolutely beautiful with so many nice places to sit and relax. We made good use of the hot tub and the lawns and enjoyed the communal spaces in the kitchen and upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and we were left a lovely basket of food and a very tasty cake. Laurence kept in contact and was very helpful. All of us would absolutely come back and think a summer stay would be incredible.

Wonderful stay in a house which felt just like home . Huge kitchen and table to sit around talking , playing games and having fun . We loved it here and will defo be back in the future .

Exactly as advertised. Lovely cottage in peaceful and beautiful gardens which the kids loved playing in. Mel was really friendly, helpful, and very responsive on message. Would definitely recommend

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

Picked the Lodge for a Bank Holiday break with friends and it didn’t disappoint. We were warmly welcomed by Mel who gave us some great local recommendations. House was clean and had all the required amenities. Having the pool for the morning was great fun. Would recommend Small breeds centre if you have young children and Hay on Wye for a wander round

We stayed at Riverdale Lodge for 3 nights in November for a family get together. Chrystel was very understanding regarding our arrival as we were held up in traffic and so were at least 30 minutes later than arranged. She was welcoming and showed us the house , giving clear instructions about keys, rubbish and departure. We had lovely walks along the river bank with Freddie, our dog, some of our party played Crazy Golf at the Butterfly Farm and we enjoyed a tasty meal at The Ferrie Inn. The house easily accommodated our party of 10 adults and 2 children. Thanks Chrystel for a wonderful time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. House was exactly what we expected; presented to a high standard, but still cosy and inviting. Bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms were clean, living rooms were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Couldn’t ask for much more! Lovely surroundings. We enjoyed exploring the grounds on a walk to the next village. Truly beautiful area.

This was the most perfect Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Such a wow factor and I’d say that some of the interior photos just can’t capture how beautiful it really is. Already planning when we can squeeze visit number 2 in. So so happy we chose Ebony Cottage. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful property, loved the decor. Did a lovely circular walk from The Little House. Popped into The Bell, which is more restaurant than pub. Amazing castle in the village of Skenfrith. Would book again as a great location for exploring the Wye Valley. Many thanks ☺️

Was easy to check in, all instructions very clear. Lovely place. Was almost a shame I was there for work as really used as a base for three days and it was beautiful and looked a nice place to sit on the balcony and relax. Very nice bathroom and slept well. Will be back I am sure.

My daughter, my 3 year old grandson and I stayed here for 3 nights. The area is very special to me and this lovely accommodation made our stay even more special. It was perfect. We met Suzanne as we arrived and found her to be friendly, chatty and helpful. The Lodge is beautiful. It is warm and cosy and so well thought out. Everything that we needed was there. There is a lovely garden with stunning views. The area is lovely, so quiet and peaceful with so much to see. We really did not want to leave.

Weekend visit and Patrick's house fitted the bill perfectly. Close to the town centre and park for dog walking. Enclosed garden was perfect. A very warm house and had everything we needed. Comfy beds. Cosy living room. Good size kitchen/diner. We could not fault our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bungalow! The property features a spacious, open-plan layout with large windows, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The garden is a real highlight, wrapping around the entire house, and is secure, which gave us peace of mind with our dogs. However, it’s worth noting that the fence isn’t particularly high, so more determined dogs could potentially jump over it. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a lovely, large shower. Our only suggestion would be to assess the kitchen equipment—specifically, the knives, as they weren’t very sharp. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and the property is perfectly located for exploring the stunning Forest of Dean. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely few days in Hay-on-Wye and the property is perfect for getting into town. Just a short walk across the border, which was novel! Great space and nice and clean. Angie left us a bottle of milk which was well appreciated as we arrived late and meant a cup of tea in the morning.

We had a very relaxing time at Carey's house. It had everything we needed and we felt extremely comfortable. The area was very peaceful and allowed us to have some quality down time at the end of the day. Many thanks for a wonderful few days.

Loved our stay just outside of Ledbury. The place is beautifully decorated and really nice for two of us (a couple) to stay for the weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to get started (milk and butter appreciated). The tub with bath salts is a nice bonus. We were a bit disappointed because we searched for places with an ‘indoor fireplace’ and the picture of their fireplace looks so real it looks like a real log burner! So we were disappointed it was electric. Other than that the place was lovely.

Beautiful place to stay, quiet area. One issue, the two double beds are a little too close to the floor, those with mobility issues will have problems getting off them, but other then that no issues at all.

Nice house that served our needs. Everything in the village walkable and convenient for Abergavenny and Merthyr . Have booked again.
