Great escape from the City. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Will definitely come back!

Our 2nd stay here, and with any luck we will be back for a 3rd. The apartment is excellent, very well equipped, high spec, really nicely located in walking distance to everything you'd want to do in Hermanus, including a great little coffee shop next door for the morning coffee and pastry. It has secure garage parking, a nice little pool and outdoor space, with really nice views - the sunset views from the living room are a highlight. Only drawback is that the pool is ICE COLD so be prepared for that, but then any would be in the area! Svenia is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful with some great recommendations. Highly recommend staying here as possibly one of the best apartments in Hermanus.

Great break from the city life. Nice, clean and relaxing space. We had difficulty finding the pool. Maybe a map or clear directions would be great. Otherwise, a great stay.

We spent 2 days at this Airbnb which was truly beautifully appointed and very well equipped and stocked. Lost of attention to detail too. The terrace offered incredible views and it was just lovely to sit and watch the sunset in the evenings. We loved Palmiet as an area because of its tranquillity and peacefulness. The house is also very close to the board walk leading to Palmiet beach or you could take the cliff walk all the way to Kleinmond beach. Irmarie was always super responsive and happy to help. We had a fabulous time here and would recommend it any time. We are hoping to visit again some time soon.

Madeleine's place was amazing! Great views and scenery, Hermanus is a lovely town and there is so much to do.

One of the very few AirBnBs where you just immediately feel at home. Everything is stocked the way you would do your own home. The knives are plentiful and sharp, there’s plenty of glasses and plates and everything. They’ve also created such wonderful different spaces around the house, so that by the end of the day you felt like you’ve been in 4 or 5 different homes. The views, the braai, everything is just perfect.

We had such a great stay in this beautiful house right across from the ocean The view was unbelievable, the house was tastefully decorated with a real home away from home feeling Kitchen was well equipped and the open plan flow made it really nice to all hang out but not feel cramped at all We will definitely go back to this spot any time And if we ever stay in the Overberg area again - I am most definitely looking for accommodation run by Firefly Villa's as they were so good at communicating and making our check in and out so effortless And thank you for our special welcome gift you left for us - it was much appreciated

We had a wonderful stay in Hermanus at Twin Gables. The apartment is very centrally located for restaurants, cafes, food shopping, the cliff walk plus whale and dolphin watching. The property was super clean and very spacious. We were just 2 but it could easily accommodate 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped - even with an air fryer and microwave plus a selection of condiments too. The aircon and internet worked well during our stay. There is parking on site and the building is secure. Henriette and Tanya were great hosts and provided valuable info during our stay. I highly recommend this property.
