My family and I booked this house for our Christmas vacation. The home was beautiful and cleaned spotless. We had everything we needed and the location was right on a lake. Very peaceful and quiet. We had absolutely zero problems. We will stay here again. I recommend this place. It’s absolutely just like the pictures shows, gorgeous. I did not have to contact the host for any reason or stay was wonderful. Great job making our family feel safe and right at home. Thank you for great hospitality.

Nice spring stay. Beautiful location. Able to walk down to the marina and Marina restaurants and watch the turtles and ducks. Suggestion for the host to get rid of some of the extra furniture in the living area as it's a bit cluttered but other than that the space is perfect for a long weekend.

Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

Kailani was so responsive and helpful along the way. The house was just as described, and was just what we were looking for. We loved the lake and eating dinner under the lights out back!

Me and my family enjoyed staying in Elle’s place where we had the full use of the lower floor which has its own deck facing the lake. All 3 bedrooms are pretty big and the living area was great to hang out with. The Place is very quiet.

My colleague and I rented Lorena’s space when we were in town for a weeklong training. She was a great host, and the house was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and the access to the lake was really cool. Oh and I just loved the fireplace! I will definitely rent here again!

Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

Great private location in the woods. Close enough to Franklin but, far enough away to enjoy the wilderness and serenity.

This was the cutest place with such happy energy and thoughtful touches! The beds were super comfy too. The area was quiet and safe. We were very comfortable and would definitely return. James was very kind and responsive. Thank you!
