Wonderful secure and clean new building with great amenities within a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. Unit is spacious, view is amazing, and host is friendly and responsive.

This is a brand new, squeaky clean modern condominium with excellent security. The management team is fabulous they arranged transportation for us and everything went seamless. Neil allowed us to check in early which really helped us out. We rented beach loungers out in front on the playa from Jaco Surf School, so we could go from the ocean boogie boarding to the pool easily. The location is great and the underground parking was very secure. It was easy to move our gear up with a trolley and a shopping buggy to the apartment without multiple trips. The furniture is great, beds comfortable and air conditioning is great. Nice stay in Jaco. 👍👍

Everything was great! Just what we were looking for, for a weekend getaway. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood. No complaints. Enjoyed everything 😊

La estancia fue espectacular, el lugar estaba ideal. Hermosas vistas en la azotea, silencioso, parqueo seguro. Frente a la playa con acceso y cercanía a servicios como restaurante, supermercado, panaderías etc. Sumamente recomendado.

Desde el inicio hasta el final Ana Milena se comportó increíble con nosotros, buena comunicación y atenta. El apartamento como nuevo, muy limpio y organizado, las instalaciones igualmente muy limpias. Las instalaciones seguras, zonas comunes limpias y con muchas amenidades para disfrutarlas. 10 de 10.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nosara. Close to everything, including a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, cafés, hotels and bars. The home felt very safe and secure. The information about the area that the host provided was extremely helpful in putting together an itinerary. The outdoor patio was a highlight as a shady spot to enjoy time outdoors. I would stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Security was amazing and you can’t ask for a better location to get to the beach or see the sunset from the balcony. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location within the Los Sueños resort! Bedrooms were comfortable with ample space for a party of 5. Easy instructions to get in and it was nice to have a security guard stationed at the front of the community. Only suggestion would be to include more basic necessities for guests, ie soap/toilet paper in the bathrooms. Overall would stay again!

Absolutely great building and location. Security was great and very helpful. The condo was absolutely flawless, all new furnishings throughout. Ticos surf school on the beach across the street booked all of our excursions and provided umbrellas and lounge chairs at a great price, even food and drinks from cocos. I have never had such a great experience on the beach. We Highly recommend Barrys place he is a fantastic host.

Norman is the best host. Very communicative with excellent recommendations for our stay. His place is gorgeous and we would happily stay there again if Costa Rica weren't so far away. Loved our vacation, thank you!

Our stay at Randall's place was good. Los Sueños Resort in Costa Rica is a great place to stay and rest. The house was a little outdated, and the beach is not the best, but it has all you need, and the beach club is beautiful with outstanding service. You need a car to move between nearby beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed our time in Las Colinas.

Having been to Los Suenos on several occasions we can confirm that you will enjoy this condo. Great location and lots of restaurants to choose from. We shared a few meals at the condo and we had everything we needed in terms of kitchenware. The beds are super comfy and the open air space in living room and kitchen area are spacious and comfy. We highly recommend this condo for your next stay. Grocery store is only a km or so from condo so very convenient.

Great place to stay in Los Sueños. The check-in process was easy at the Marina Office. The apartment (Del Mae - 2J) was great with good appliances and nice furniture. KItchen was well equipped and the view was very nice.

My wife and I LOVE Marriott Los Suenos. It is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed. Johana's unit is located right next to the golf course with a great view of the course and water. The Beach Club is super nice & highly recommended. Perfect place for a getaway.

I had a great stay at Camiel's place. I liked it so much I stayed for almost two months. It is very clean and safe and although there is some noise from the street and gym on the second floor I got use to it very quickly and had no problem sleeping. The apartment itself had plenty of hot water, a big screen TV with Netflix, good air conditioning and excellent WiFi suitable for streaming, Zoom calls, online work, etc. I also like that there is a washer and dryer available in the building which was very convenient. The location is also excellent with it bieng only a few steps from the main strip in Jaco where all the action is and about a three minute walk to the ocean. I recommend this place to any future travelers to Jaco and it will be where I stay when I return.

La casa es muy bonita y moderna, esta totalmente equipada para lo que una familia con su mascota pueda necesitar. Esta decorada con un excelente gusto y las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. El condominio es muy bonito, tranquilo y cuenta con amenidades muy completas y ordenadas. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, pues esta a 5 min dee supermercados y tiendas, 10 min de la Marina Los Sueños o 15 min de Jacó. Nos encantó porque nos sentimos como en casa, definitivamente volvería.

Felt extremely safe. Quiet area but only minutes from the hustle and bustle… what an amazing space, better than pictures, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely be back.

Our family absolutely loved staying at this air B and B. Was one of our top favorites. Great location and we were able to walk to get breakfast in the morning. Was a short drive to Jaco, not bad at all. My boys loved the open-air house and the pool. We got to see monkeys one day while swimming and tucans and other parrots. We can't wait to come back!

L’hôte (Marlon) était très réactif et était là à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir avec une grande classe. Lits très confortables, climatisation dans le salon, cuisine et dans chacune des 3 chambres. Il y a également trois ventilateurs sur pied. La piscine du complexe à proximité du logement avec plusieurs bassins et aménagement est très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y retournerons.

Chris was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. The place was great for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the cutlery and utensils. Chris brought some groceries from their kitchen to help us out. Hollie baked some delicious cupcakes for my family. The place is a little off the beaten path and a little tough to drive to during heavy rains. However, the view from the balcony and the bedrooms is just amazing. We sat there almost all of our time just looking at the jungle, the ocean in the distance, and listening to the sounds of nature surrounding us. My kids loved reading their books in the hammock listening to the birds and the rainfall. This was a great place to unwind and recharge. We went to the beaches and restaurants in town (about 15-30 minutes away), but for the most part we preferred staying at the cabin. My wife and I enjoyed our morning walks on the mountain road seeing the colorful birds fly by. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks Chris and Hollie.

Blair was a great host, quick to respond and always helpful with recommendations. The villa was great, clean and nice modern look, surrounded by tropical garden and a shared pool. We do not recommend walking to the beach due to the unpaved street, though it was just a few minutes drive. We suggest renting an ATV as streets are mainly unpaved. Lots to do, beautiful beaches, close to restaurants, activities, animal sanctuaries, etc. The rental company that Blair uses can help you to reserve restaurants and activities prior to arrival. We loved our vacation at Blair’s villa and highly recommended his place.

We had a really great stay at Mari's place in Playa Pelada and would definitely come back. For the cost and value, it is hard to beat. Mari was a very communicative host and always available if we had questions or needed anything. I stayed with my husband and two young boys and felt we had plenty of space. My in-laws also rented a unit in the complex while we were there. ACs in the bedrooms work great, but as others have noted it can get quite warm in the living room/kitchen mid-day. Mornings and evenings were very comfortable throughout the apartment. The shared pool was great for cooling off, and laundry on site was a huge plus with kids. We loved being able to walk to La Luna for dinner, Seekret Spot for gelato, and Sunrise Coffee for breakfast. You can also walk the jungle path to North Guiones in about 15-20 mins. But if you're traveling with young kids definitely rent a car to get around!
