We had an incredible stay at this charming piece of old Florida! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in the Bayou. Watching a dolphin hunt for its evening meal was a unique highlight of our trip. The kayaks were a hit with the kids, and the well-equipped kitchen made mealtime a breeze. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room to move around and a fantastic well built patio cover, adirondack chairs, outdoor cooking area. The second refrigerator downstairs was a true lifesaver for keeping our four little ones hydrated. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was a huge plus, and the grandparents loved their private room with a bath and outdoor patio. *kids ages from 13,10, & 6 plenty of activities available from sun tanning, board games, tvs, to giant basket of Legos. Also great spot for fishing! Thank you for being such a wonderful host! We can’t wait to plan our next stay!”

Truly amazing! Crystal’s place felt like our home away from home. We were able to make meals while on vacation since her kitchen is stocked with cookware and spices, I was able to do laundry and pack our bags with clean clothes before checkout, & we even got to grill out and use the fire pit to make s’mores in the backyard. Crystal’s listing stood out to me because it is only 11 minutes away from Honeymoon Island State Park! Another bonus is that check-in is flexible and it was a breeze; with the keyless entry we were able to let ourselves in without having to coordinate with the hosts our ETA, especially since we got there later in the evening. They utilize an electronic keypad so when I had to go to Publix (which is also 4 min away) and my family was at the local pier fishing, they could re-enter the home without us having to worry about “leaving a key under a mat” or anything like that. Overall this Airbnb is worth the price and the hosts are very friendly and responsive, 10/10‼️😁💯

We loved saying at Michelle’s house. It was so nice to have a fenced in yard for our dogs, a pool, a boat dock, and close to the gulf! The house was nice and clean too!

We had a great anniversary trip at Brian's place! The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Where to begin! From the very beginning Danielle was very quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I knew I had made the right choice to book this location! The plan was to be close to the gulf… and we were! We brought our boat with us and the lift could not have been more perfect! The public boat ramp was at the end of the street. We were literally 5 minutes from the Gulf! The house was clean and comfortable and included all the amenities you could ask for! Nearby within walking distance are many restaurants and bars, entertainment… oh and did I mention the backyard tiki bar is the perfect spot in the morning for morning coffee and watching the sunrise! I highly recommend this location and will definitely keep this location in my favorites for future trips!

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

This property is in a quiet older neighborhood about 2 blocks from a lovely park on the water. A wonderful place to see the sunset. The house is very clean and attractive. Loved the bed and the ceiling fans. Patti is very good at communicating. I would certainly return if I were in the area. Great restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

Our stay was short, but sweet. The open living space and large pool were perfect for 14 people. 4 decided to sleep at a hotel before we arrived when we realized there are 4 bedrooms, not 5. This allowed the youngest kids to go to bed closer to their bedtime, and everyone else to relax together watching the Olympics and chatting. We loved the kayaks, and Larry brought life vests when we noticed that there weren’t enough. I was a little disappointed that the rooftop deck is out of order, but I would still stay here again. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. Lisa and Larry were very responsive and helpful from booking throughout the stay, and this house provided greatly needed rest while we visited our terminally ill relative.

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

Exactly as described! Kids lived waking each morning to go fishing (shrimp was the best bait - easy to get from local bait shop) and we finished each evening on a kayak ride to the gulf (very easy paddle). Truly loved the neighborhood and will definitely be back!

We would stay here again. Spacious and clean with a super pool and lovely evening views watching dolphins from the upper deck. Angela responds quickly and is helpful. The house is very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The location has local restaurants a 3 minute drive away. Great place to relax after Christmas!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. Large, clean, comfortable and safe apartment with beautiful views. The people on the complex were friendly. We could happily live here!!! Susana gave clear instructions and was responsive and helpful.

For someone wanting to be close to a beach or in a quiet place it was perfect. We took our bikes and can ride to anything within 5 miles. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house was comfortable and feel like we had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Julia was always generous to answer any questions and easy to rent from.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

The home was beautiful, you can tell there have been a lot of recent updates. The location on the canal has a beautiful view and the neighborhood is quiet. The spacious rooms and plentiful sleeping locations makes this ideal for families.

This is the place to be. We loved having the pool as well as being able to view the ocean. The house is huge and has everything you would absolutely need for your family to stay the week. It also has nice touches that just makes it extra special like the ice balls for your bourbon lovers, the fire place out back for those chilly nights, the water activities if your brave to jump in the ocean. Location is excellent for us we loved being able to visit Crystal River then do a trip down to Tampa. The location of this home I could continue going on and on about it literally feels like you’re in your own world. I enjoyed being able to take a run and see ocean almost every where I jogged. Jordan is an excellent host and would always reply to us almost immediately and also went out of her way to check on us during the stay! This is a must place to stay we will be booking back hopefully every year from now on.

Great house! Hard to get in contact with evolve but the host himself was more than helpful and great! Access to the water and sandbar was awesome! Put the boat in at blue pelican marina and got to the house with no issues on the water. Had a great time! Birds made the power go out a few times and the internet was out for the first few days of our stay. But the house was awesome, good access to stores and restaurants. Fantastic place to stay!! I would Recommend this house to a friend!

My family and I enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. The walking trail was an added bonus. It was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of hangout spaces. Joey was lightning ⚡️ fast responding to our needs!

This house was in the perfect spot! Walked just a few steps to get beach views. Restaurants great also traveled by foot. This house did us good. Family had fun fishing out back. Very clean and updated. Would stay again. We love Hudson!

Located on the end of the building with amazing views on 3 sides. I was concerned about damage from the hurricane season but it looks like they know what they are doing to get things cleaned up. The condo was comfortable, not a lot of noise from other units. Other residents were very friendly, saying hello when passing. Deb recommended good places to eat. We liked exploring the lagoon and saw some fun wild life. Husband got pooped on my some creepy birds🤣 I had a calm close encounter with a Heron. I would stay again and recommend this host.
