Great place to unwind, plenty of space, spotless, and I didn't see a single bug, love the enclosed screens. Everything worked, there was everything I needed and more, great hosts, great place, felt at home instantly.

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

My husband and I just returned from our second stay at The Modern Farmhouse and we can highly recommend it. Spacious and super clean, and a huge backyard with plenty of seating options. The kitchen is a dream, fully stocked and very modern appliances. The house is walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping. A short 3 minute drive to Publix, Walmart, etc.. we absolutely love this house and will definitely return! Lastly, Elise is a fantastic host…wonderful communication! Just book this place, you wont regret it!

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. It was close to anything I needed. The host was great to communicate with. Whenever I go back to Tampa, I will most definitely stay with them!!

Stayed at Erika’s place for a few days since we were visiting Busch Gardens and going on a cruise, it was in the perfect location! Super comfy couch and beds. Love the fact that there is a coffee maker. So easy to get in and Erika was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Karolina’s place was all we could have hoped for. Very clean and so many areas to hang out. Something unique we appreciated that isn’t always the case at other Airbnb’s is the amount of dishes and silverware they had available. We barely had to run the dishwasher because there was always plenty of dishes/cups/silverware etc. to choose from. She also had a nice selection of pots and pans. You won’t regret staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Weeki Wachee for my son’s birthday! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. We loved having plenty of kayaks to explore the stunning springs, plus the BBQ and fire pit made for great evenings. Kelly was a fantastic superhost, she checked in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. Being able to bring our pups along made the trip even more special! Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

The most charming home on a beautiful lot. Amble backyard space featuring a fire pit and fairy lights - the perfect activity for a chilly night. My husband and 2 boys not only enjoyed the fire pit but my two year old LOVED all the room the backyard offers. The home itself is super cozy and very clean. I would recommend and would love to stay here again.

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. Overall, a great experience! The tv wasn’t working one of the nights and Yenia went out of her way to send someone to get us a new remote on a Friday night. She was great at communication! In addition, it was fun to have private pool days & grill out. My only complaint was I wished the pillows were fluffier, and there was a bigger comforter on the bed.

May's place is exactly as described! It's cute, clean an near the beach! It's a short drive downtown and May was very responsive to our questions and helped us with recommendations. I highly recommend staying here! You won't regret it!

Had a terrific stay! It is a quiet residential neighborhood, which we loved. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. At the end of the road were benches with beautiful sunsets overlooking the bay. The place was clean and newly renovated. It is close to the beaches where we spent most of our time. My husband and I would go back in a heartbeat.

This Airbnb is a great value. Judith's apartment is located in a quiet and beutiful neighborhood on an estate size lot. Step out the door onto a large private patio and swimming pool with tables, chairs, a grill, and pool toys. The patio overlooks a garden, fire pit, and a large nature pond. The sandhill cranes seem to like it. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, and very clean. I hope it's available the next time my family visits Tampa.

I had a wonderful stay at this three-bedroom apartment! It was spacious, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the independence of the space—it really felt like home. The amenities were fantastic, with access to a gym and a pool, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the overall charm of the place. Plus, the location was perfect, with a Starbucks just around the corner, making my mornings even better. My stay in the Rooster Hut was too short. This is the kind of place you fantasize about holding up to hide from the world, write a book, etc.. It is very private and has just enough space for one or two people. It is close to major roads in the area, but still gives you the feeling that you're 10 miles into the wilderness. Inside, the feel is very rustic. Lots of exposed wood and matching furniture. The rooster theme continues inside. The house is furnished as a small home/cabin with a well provisioned full kitchen, etc. There is a bathroom that fits one and a separate shower attached to the kitchen. Upstairs is a nicely sized bedroom with two desks. The bed was large and comfy with soft, clean linens. There were several well placed power outlets to keep devices charged. There are 360 degree windows, so you can wake with the sun (and nearby rooster :)). Wifi was strong and fast and both floors had smart TVs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return.

This place was so relaxful and peaceful! The photos did not do the place justice, it was even more beautiful in person!! We enjoyed the backyard with kayaking and fishing off the dock. Thank yall so much!

Great cabin with lots of games. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortably accommodated seven of us. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate.

The cabin was incredible was perfect for our stay. I recommend bringing a twin mattress topper for the pull out bed. The mini fridge was surprisingly large and he has a gril available for use for cooking. Nice little pond to catch some fish we caught a few bluegills and a cat fish. The trail was nice and the weather was perfect. Will definitely be staying again soon!

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. This is so far our best vacation yet. Just being away from everyone in a calm environment on a lake. Got to see a small gator. The place was clean and Shannon was an amazing host even left a welcome card for us. There’s plenty of things to do in the cabin alone that going out really isn’t necessary. Would definitely recommend especially for the price and would consider going back in the future.
