The place was more than we expected. It was so peaceful and great for a morning walk or paddle. The house had all the comforts of home. The hosts were very responsive and made some wonderful recommendations. Peace in Weeki!

had a very peaceful getaway. love that there are no neighbors behind the house on the other side of the water. hot tub was great to have, especially after kayaking. this was my first time ever kayaking and had no issues but definitely check the tides cause low can be really low. publix is just a short drive (5-8 min) and there is also a target and dunkin's in the same plaza - what else do you need LOL great communication from host. house was clean and has everything you need. if you don't mind a 45 minute drive, there is a great brewery we found in Trinity, FL - Escape brewing company was fantastic!

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

All of our stays in Weeki Wachee have always been wonderful. It's such a pleasant and relaxing environment. Tabitha's place was exactly what we needed for a short, quick, getaway in family. The place was super clean. Kayaks were provided. Beds were firm. Tabitha was super responsive and came in minutes when needed.

This was the perfect river shack for our multi family vacay. We had kids from 1yo to 15 and they all had a blast. They loved the rope swing and having their own space in the bunk houses. The outdoor full bathroom was perfect for kids. Plenty of kayaks or paddle boards for us to share. Not a far paddle to clear water. It was our first time to Weeki wachi river and we had a great experience. Allison was always quick to respond any time we messaged her. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our family and adventuring on the river and in the springs. We saw manatees every single day from off the dock. It was truly magical!

Our stay here was great. The location was perfect for our children to swim right off the canal. The fire pit at Sally's place is a plus. Sally's place has definitely made it to our places to revisit list.

great little house. was a little disappointed that the dock wasn't accessible due to damage. but completely understand due to the hurricanes. it was a very nice relaxing stay. would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Brian’s place on the Weeki Wachee! It’s an older home but was recently updated and has all the useful amenities (including 4 kayaks that we had a great time using!). Brian met us when we arrived and gave a quick tour of the space. Everything else was self explanatory. We also really loved the cinnamon bun pancakes at the Silver Dolphin restaurant 5 minutes away!!

I recommend this place very peaceful and quiet. People are friendly. A lot of things to do. Everything is nice and clean. Communication excellent I recommend this place.

We enjoyed our 3rd stay at Jon's place, even though the weather wasn't as cooperative as usual. This is a very peaceful and relaxing stop for us during our month in Florida. This area did get hit hard by the last Hurricane and it's sad to see that. Jon's place is back to normal with an updated kitchen and nice new eating counter and all the appreciated outdoor amenities. Aripeka is a very special area. We really enjoyed talking with Lou Charity (long time resident and historian) at the nearby library and historical museum. Jon is a great host and we really appreciate his early arrival and late departure times!

My brother's family joined us so there were 11 of us in all, but we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. The outdoor spaces were lovely. We all got to see a mother manatee and her calf during a kayaking adventure. Love love LOVED our stay. *Use the bug spray... no see ems are no joke. Nancy left spray for us, but we didn't get the hint. There was a lovely basket of all kinds of goodies that our kids devoured (thank you!) We all felt very cared for, and we're so grateful that Nancy makes her property available for others to enjoy!

3rd time staying here. The best for quiet area, and stellar sunsets. The place never disappoints, and the hosts always respond. I recommend to all who want a taste of old Florida.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

Our group of 8 loved our stay at Tabitha's place! We were able to wake up and immediately enjoy the beauty of the springs without hauling kayaks or leaving the cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was the perfect spot for essentially a fun, adult summer camp. We just left and are already talking about coming back! Thank you!

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!
