Josue's apartment was excellent and everything we hoped for. It was in a gated community with a security guard which made us feel safe. The apartment was spacious and had a wonderful master bedroom and master bath, and additional bedrooms with bunk beds and another full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had a big dining table and large sofa - this type of spacious space is why we now prefer to stay at Airbnb. There is a small beach at the property and there were beach chairs and towels. But other public beaches were close by if people wish to try them. We found some excellent local restaurants within a 25 minute drive - recommendations include Don Pepe, Las Picuas 123 Seafood Restaurant, and Asador Boricua. There is a small grocery store/pharmacy next to the resort and a Walmart 20 minutes away. We had a rental car but when we needed to use Uber once we were able to find one within 15 minutes. We loved Josue's apartment, and we will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Cookie and Enrique’s Airbnb in Rio Grande! The location is absolutely perfect and was great for our family. I was able to wake up in the morning and walk with my toddler to the beach. Cookie and Enrique also had towels, beach chairs, a ton of beach toys, and a travel crib, so we didn't need to bring a lot of things to have a great time. The location was also an easy drive to daytrips, so we did a trips to Old San Juan, El Yunque, and to a bioluminescent bay tour, all of which were 30-45 minutes away. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and Cookie and Enrique were very responsive, and full of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. One thing I'll note is that infants were not allowed to use the larger pool. That was a surprise to us, but not an issue as the beach was right there. There is also a smaller infant pool next to the larger one to use. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb anyone staying in Puerto Rico.

Great stay! We’ve have been to Puerto Rico several times, but this was our first time staying in a private Airbnb rather than a hotel or with family. Aquatika is great but can be tricky to find initially - especially in the dark! Aside from that, great location. Beach was a little rough but we found a private, more calm beach less that 10 minutes away. Definitely recommend renting a car. The lazy river and water park were closed during our stay, slide only open on weekends. We found great places to eat, just don’t be shy about supporting local businesses. Home was very clean (and I’m a clean freak) comfy bedding and mattress. Only negative inside the house was no tub for our toddler but that actually made my life easier! Would highly highly recommend!

Rafael’s place is such a gem. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to a beautiful Puerto Rican view. The location was great and close to restaurants and beaches. It felt one with nature, listening to coquis at night.

It was an amazing place! Short walk to the beach. Great area and space. Only thing was they didn’t have a hairdryer in the apartment. So please bring one. Other than that it was an amazing stay

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Nick is a great host. He was very attentive and proactive. Overall a great stay.

The property was as described and exactly what I was looking for; private and plenty of room for the family. Check in was seamless and response time for my general inquiries and requests for local recommendations was incredibly fast. If you are looking to experience nature but still want to be conveniently located near cities and tourist attractions I would recommend staying here.

This is a great stat! We had a group of 10. This house is about 40-45 mins from San Juan Airport. 10-15 mins to the Liquillo beach & food / bars. The house itself has a nice large size kitchen & livingroom area. We got groceries about 15 mins away. It was quite windy, (typical for PR in February), but just be prepared as the wind howls at night. It didn’t bother us & it kept the bugs away. The pool was very clean, it was a little cool for us, so we didn’t swim much, but maybe the managers could have turned it up (I didn’t ask, so that’s on me). The area going out to the ocean is very swallow ( like knee deep) for a long distance, we tried to walk out there and went quite far, but the ocean floor is very uneven, so it is not easy walking & it is very weedy. This is not an issue of the house, but rather if you think you are going swimming / snorkeling out there, it’s not really that kind of ocean area, more for looking. The managers are great & they were extremely helpful & responsive.

The Nice Beach House was a gem! The pictures are accurate but do not do it justice. The beautiful backyard leads to a private, quiet beach with amazing views. We were a group of 8 women, and the house offered plenty of space and we felt very safe. Tim and Sarah were a message away and responded quickly for any questions. They also provided great activities and restaurant recommendations prior to our trip so we could plan accordingly. Highly recommend renting a car as they suggested. I will be retuning! Thanks again, Tim and Sarah! Absolutely loved your place and will return!

Annie and PJ were more helpful and responsive and any vacation rental I have booked. Response time was always under 30 minutes. Suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. If I could give above 5 stars I would!

We loved our stay in this gorgeous spot! Plenty of room for a family of 8, kitchen well-stocked; pool and back patio amazing; beach access. Leidy was so helpful and communicative with speedy responses. Location was great - private and quiet but close enough to San Juan and other activities. We loved our stay here!

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

Ruben’s place was great. Was amazing to be right on the water and to be able To hear the ocean as we slept. The drive to the house from the airport was amazing. And it was a good location right between Loquillo/Fajardo and San Juan. Ruben was very quick to respond and was very helpful

Laura’s condo was spectacular my family of five enjoyed every minute of it. From waking up in the morning to going out on the balcony and watching the waves crash was probably my favorite part to start my day. The unit it self was very clean up to date and very homie from our home away from home. We stayed at another unit earlier in the week and we had groceries that were In The fridge we got ahold of Laura and she let us put our cold stuff in the fridge until we could get into the unit for check in which saved us hundreds of dollars so we didn’t have to throw our groceries away. She had her property manager Juan Carlos reach out to us and in 5 mins he got ahold of us and lets us put our things in the fridge. While we were there Juan Carlos would send us text messages where to eat and what there is to do on the island. Which was a hugh help for our first time. We had family game night every night because of the games that were provided. I can’t wait to book our next Christmas trip here

We had a wonderful visit to Luis's condo. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed for our month long stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and well laid out. We had guests visit using the second bedroom and everyone had great visits. We loved our long walks along the beach which had very few in any people on it. We visited some of the more popular beaches, but due to crowds our favorite was the one adjacent to the condo. Luis was a very responsive host. Thank you Luis! We hope to visit again.

We had a great stay, with ample room for a family of 5. Information for the area and the recommendations were much appreciated! It was in a nice quiet location, the only thing to be aware of is the beach area is prone to rip currents/tides but so it a lot of east/northeastern side of the island this time of year. We liked that it was quiet and without any crowds. It was easy to get to Old San Juan, el yunque, and a boating excursion we took out of Ceiba. It was a great value!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est particulièrement propre et joliment décoré. Comme les extérieurs d'ailleurs qui sont accueillants avec cette piscine tellement agréable. L'environnement immédiat n'offre pas une vue imprenable mais nous conseillons vivement le logement de Fred et Vane qui nous ont d'ailleurs répondu avec efficacité à nos diverses sollicitations.

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!

My stay at Scott and John's Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Scott was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Idalee’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The condo has everything we needed and more, is spacious and has the most amazing views. It was so comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Our favorite was sitting on the open air porch in the evenings, feeling the breeze and hearing the ocean. A true slice of paradise! Loved having easy access to the beach, the pool, and pickleball courts. The property is well maintained and was quiet. Lots of other families there, too. Close proximity to the rainforest and Luquillo. Idalee was very responsive when we had questions. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Very good value for the cost. The resort is a little dated, but lots of pools, beach, etc for the whole family. Parking was easy and secure. The host was very responsive and as helpful as one could be during an island wide power outage.
