We had a pleasant stay. Finding the place was a bit difficult, as Google Maps pointed to a different place, but we got there without too much difficulty.

We had a restful stay. Easy to find and park. Pamela’s communication was excellent and we felt welcome and at home. The facilities were everything we needed and more. The area is lovely and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We very much hope to return next time we are in the area, and would recommend to anyone.

I found the Annexe was within walkable distance to Harpenden about 25 mins which is great on a fine day ( local taxis are available and not expensive ). You can walk via the Common or via Rothampsted Park both pleasant. Trains to London are fast and frequent and a combined tube and bus ticket is very flexible. The booking office staff are very helpful too . We went to Windsor on one day to which was less than an hours drive away . Eileen is a perfect host and will assist in anyway possible . oh yes the Annexe was lovely and warm ,we were free to come and go as we please and . Suited our needs very well . Would recommend

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Was only a one night stop over but felt like a mini holiday, the village is quaint and the The Cricketers pub is within walking distance and is lovely on a warm summers evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pumping House. We chose it for its proximity to Hertfordshire Zoo (for an animal and dinosaur-mad 4-year old) and it was perfect. The building is beautiful and the flat is clean with great design and everything you need for a short stay in the area. Matthew was very communicative and helpful throughout and gave lots of tips on places to stay. We also loved the homemade jam from his daughters too - thank you!

Stayed here for a few times and it always has been an amaizing place to stay, Chris and her husband are excellent hosts.

The studio was great and well worth the money, supermarkets close by and I had everything I needed. Rachel communicated really well and was very quick to respond. The studio was beautifully decorated and I loved all the little touches. I would definitely stay again.

Although I couldn’t make the stay in Tom’s place, because I finished my work in London earlier than expected, but from the way he communicated with me I felt that Tom’s place is comfortable and with good characteristics. I will definitely book my next stay with Tom and I’m sure it’ll be great and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our short stay at Elizabeth's place. It is in a peaceful, homey and safe surrounding. It was squeaky clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The place is about 10-12 mins walk from the train station (with a 20 min fast train into Central London). It is a few mins walk from a couple of local pubs which we enjoyed. Would stay again !

Well located for London and local attractions e.g. Windsor, Beaconscott model village. Set in quiet countryside. The Studio is an ideal base, pristine interior and very comfortable. This is our base of choice for our frequent visit to Herts/Bucks borders.

The best air BnB I’ve stayed at by far! Was so fun, and the hosts were there for every single need! My baby’s first ever get away and they made it as magical as there Harry Potter themed stay! I would like to say they are the friendliest and happiest people I’ve spoken too in a long while, will definitely stay again!

Nadia was such a wonderful and friendly host. She responded quickly to my messages and helped me with everything I needed. I appreciated her taking the time to say goodbye to me in person when I checked out! The self-contained studio had everything I needed, which saved me a lot of hassle during my stay here. I also enjoyed the privacy it provided. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Nice accomodation for a Cranfield student. Quiet and tidy place. Good communication with the host as well.

Everything worked out really well. Karen is a great and helping individual. Can only recommend the accommodation.

The stay was great, great location, clean and smooth checkin. Ann is a very nice person, she takes care of everything at place. The garden is lovely and the place is better than what it looks in photos. Would definitely love to stay some other time.
