This place was a most fantastic find.. with the most accomodating hosts .. fresh and cozy and comfortable and straight across the road from a very Shelly Beach where we got to watch turtles bobbing around , early morning dips in the bay and afternoon sunset walks ..Fabulous location, super clean and fresh and love the eclectic style.. thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous little gem with us - we found the perfect place for future stays!

A perfect, hassle free place to stay with friends and family. The direct access to the beach is a big bonus :)!

Wonderful weekend away at this fantastic property in Toogoom, beautiful location beach right at your door step. Secure yard for the dogs and close to the convenience store. Short 15 mins drive to Hervey Bay if looking for major supermarkets. It had everything we needed, we will definitely be back.

We were a group of 15 The house was amazing and accommodated us all perfectly the location perfect. The kids played in the sea for hours Michael is a superb host and was very responsive with messaging All round we had an amazing memory making weekend Can't wait to be able to come back

The stay was in a delightful period Queenslander with wooden floors and amazing paintings. It is the best equipped Airbnb we have stayed in and although we didn't cook a lot as there were excellent restaurants nearby, there was everything you could possibly need. The men in the family however would have liked a coffee machine! Pam made certain that we were kept informed of any issues and responded quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Enjoyed our stay. Our view was lovely. Great location for Saltys coffee shop. There is a tiny beach at the end of the road which is lovely when tide is up. Toni our host was great in our time of need! Only thing I’d change is having aircon throughout the home as the heat was extreme on our visit.

Amazing home! The view was perfect and being able to walk across the road to the wall and beach was so convenient. The air conditioning made the home a perfect spot to come back to after a hot afternoon out.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It’s spacious and clean, close to the beach and has a wonderful swimming pool in the front of the house. Close to restaurants and the pier. Markets on Saturday morning. I just wished we could’ve stayed longer. Will be going back whenever we are in the area.

The family had a wedding to attend at Kingfisher Bay Kgari so we booked Rishendas beach house. Everyone felt comfortable, the home was well equipped and plenty big enough for our large group. The views were amazing, the resident kookaburras visited daily. The outdoor dining area with spa and BBQ on the deck overlooking the fabulous views was Amazing. We would definitely recommend Rishendas house and would love to return again for an Island holiday.

Kayla’s place provides excellent value! What looks like an unassuming house on approach gives way to an expansive, modern, spotless home with all amenities. The couch is incredibly comfy and a great spot for a family movie night. We spent so much time in the pool which is the perfect depth and design for kids. Also loved reliving my teens challenging my tween on super Mario! Plenty of space, dog friendly yard and tiled flooring through most of the house. We will be back asap 💖

Lovely place to stay with the use of all Kingfisher resort amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had recently been renovated.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Beloved mid-century style interior, new kitchen appliances, and a nice pool. Definitely worth a second visit!

This unit was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, which we made good use of. The beds were very comfortable and lovely to have the benefit of both fans and aircon. All in all, an easy place to enjoy a stay on the island.

We had a fantastic stay at Sonya’s “The Nest” it truly felt like a home away from home! The place was spotless, and the thoughtful touches like a bottle on wine on arrival made it extra special. Sonya was an amazing host, always quick to respond and full of great local tips. The Nest’s location was perfect—just minutes from the beach and lovely cafes/restaurants and half hour from Harvey Bay. We especially loved relaxing on the verandah after a day of exploring. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!”

This is the second time that we stayed here and we will certainly be back again. Everything as excpected in a conforatble setting at a very convenient location, especially if you ahve dogs.

Fiona was incredibly supportive throughout our entire stay. From the moment we booked the home until the very last day, she was thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The home was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Plus, it was conveniently located very close to the ferry station. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Michelle's place! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment/house was immaculately clean, beautifully arranged, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like wall paintings and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was also ideal, quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. Michelle was an excellent host, very communicative and accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed, and I appreciated her recommendations for local spots to check out. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot to stay.

Great House and Perfect Location. Fully fenced backyard perfect for dogs and a private entrance to the beach made for a fantastic weeks stay.

Classic beach bungalow vibe. Very dog friendly. Even our tiny pooch couldn’t escape. Dog bowls and mats appreciated. Extra amenities like plenty of shampoo conditioner. Washing up supplies. Comfy beds. Super friendly host and very responsive. One block from pub and pier. Our boat and vehicle fitted perfectly inside fence area which was fantastic.

Loved the house and the yard was perfect for some backyard cricket. The fold out couch was broken and unusable which Christina said she will replace. Great location.
